HYGIENE ISSUES, PICKING FOOD AND SALAD UP WITH THERE FINGERS, CROSS CONTAMINATION, SHOULD BE USING UTENSILS NOT FINGERS, HIGH RISK OF FOOD POISONING..I WAS WATCHING THEM DO THIS AS THEY DONE ME A KEBAB,,,THE PLACE IS GOING DOWNHILL FAST ,AND THE KEBAB WAS AWFUL AS WELL

Delicious and made with care, delivered quickly and precisely by a friendly person. As always.

I love the wraps, however, recently I've found the majority of the paper it's wrapped in is entangled in the wrap causing the contents to go everywhere if I don't want to eat paper.

Big portions, fast service and very good price. Delicious!

My favourite takeaway during my first year at Aber. Burgers are massive and delicious, kebab is amazing, and the cheesy chips are the best in town, all for a very cheap price. Never had anything missing, always had a consistent quality that I couldn't find elsewhere in town. Nothing better than getting a pizza lush after a long week.

Ordered food off just eat arrived barley warm and looked fresh out a 5 rounder with mike tyson the pizza was not cut and all the toppings were on the side of the box with basically no cheese tried to call the restaurant to make a complaint and got met with goon who didnt listen and talked b0llocks had better and more productive conversations with a mirror

Such a great service the guy who delivered my order was so polite if I could speak to him myself I’d personally say thanks to him cos he was so polite on arrival and when he delivered

There seemed to be an issue on my end or with the JustEat system that meant my phone number went wrong on the restaurant/driver end, but the drivers and restaurant were lovely sorting it out and got my food to me in the end, still warm.

Ordered cheesy chips and a burger, was absolutely delicious. They forgot something but ran it back up to me ASAP and I didn’t even call them to do it. Thank you so much! So yummy

The ketchup is a little vinegary, but they consistently has the best burger in town and they sell burger sauce on its own.

Just the best pizza in the region. Always well cooked with fresh ingredients, combined exactly as ordered, always satisfying and filling.

food quantity was below par massively. delivery time was okay. wouldn't try it again or advice anyone else to do, better options for the same price.

Food was delivered by the owner but he forgot the drinks so he bought them from the shop and offered £5 off my next order, even refusing to let me give him the money to compensate him, incredibly grateful for the generosity and will order from there again :)

We were served quickly and staff is super friendly. Food tasted very nice especially pizza, portions are very generous and all served hot. Will be eating here more often.

Having ordered several times from this establishment I would assume that they could get the order correct, but despite putting their prices up the quality seems to have dropped, repeatedly getting basic orders wrong, and being very rude about being confronted about the fact things are missing from the order

delivery driver was very charming

I ordered a burger and peri peri chicken wrap. Before even opening the paper from around the wrap it was absolutely drenched and was clung to the wrap, could not peel it off because it was that wet. The wrap was not folded either, so all the contents were everywhere. The only decent thing from this was the burger and even that wasn’t the nicest. Would not recommend and would no order from here again

Regular customer of Pizza Lush, never had a bad experience. If I had to nit pick, the chips are slightly soggy by the time they've been delivered buy won't stop me ordering again as the food is great 👌

Great kebab and pizza everytime

Order it late, so I rang ahead and told them not to knock on my door so my flat mates wouldn’t get woken up. Bloke rang the doorbell twice and didn’t call me, now my flatmates are angry. Cheers!

Just been to pizza lush for kebab absolutely disgusting the meat was vile it was burned and tasted revolting it was the weekend meat recooked how can you sell such rubbish it's in my food waste bin were it belongs NEVER AGAIN

Was charged an extra £3 for delivery when already paid delivery then driver tried to get us to pay £3 for salad quality was poor bad attitude of staff too

Burger was tastless but edible, bun was toasted well, and cheese was good. Chips tastes as if they were cooked in very old oil, straight into the bin. Chicken strips cooked in the same oil were overcooked and had a distasteful flavour. Out of the 4 of us, mine was the only poor meal, the rest of the group had kebabs.

Unfortunately, the driver couldn't be bothered to get out the car to ring the door bell. I missed the phone ringing due to charging in another room, but would have heard the door and would have had the food a bit sooner than we did. Bought two kebabs the other night have had bad food poisoning since Avoid avoid avoid

just ordered food and it was vile the kebab smells like dirty arm pit looks like it's been left out over night for days no one seems to know what there doing in there absolute shambles food absolutely stinks 6 boxes of chips left out to defrost kebab spike looked very brown/green and very dry this place has definitely gone down hill environmental health will be at your door soon if you keep this up sorry guys but theres 5 of you in there sending out awful food wouldn't recommend to anyone anymore since hali left waste of money now avoid unless you want to be ill !!!!

Arrived in an hour. Very doughy. Next to no sauce. 10inch pizza 8 pieces of pepperoni. 4 out of 10. Don't bother

Food was exceptional as always. Genuine error from our driver in forgetting to give us one of our items. We contacted the restaurant, and they made sure the food got to us within 10 minutes and they made us a fresh serving as well as our original order. Service from restaurant and driver was above and beyond, thank you! Totally recommend!

The food was freezing and all burnt

Scampi bites were burnt black and had barely any fish inside, wrap and kebab had little to no sauce and chips were rock hard, driver also tried delivering food to the wrong address.

the scampi bites where burnt but not cooked on the inside barleg any fish in however the fish thst was in had bones in and the chips were hard and cold wrap and kebab had like no sauce in however delivery good

I really didn't think I'd be writing a bad review for Pizza Lush as its always litterally been lush... But today was shocking. £19 for a pizza and chips which took an hour and a half to arrive cold. The peperoni 12 inch had barely any cheese, the base was like a soft sponge, and the chips tasted like chlorine for some reason. Normally the pizzas from here are amazing, covered in cheese, proper takeaway food, but today was the opposite. We ordered through Food Hub and they make it near impossible to get a refund, and when speaking to the guy in pizza lush he was very reluctant to help and just said the pizza tastes great.. ( how he knows without trying it I'll never know. ) Wasted my money for food I cant even eat. Shocking

Two pieces of chicken missing when we paid for 10

I don't know what's going on with pizza lush, it used to be the place to go.... terrible food last couple of times

Ordered online. It has been 16 hours, the webpage says the food is still cooking. I called them numerous times during opening hours (after the food was 10 minutes late, again after the food wa 1 hour late ect) and again today. They contnue to ignore me. I am unable to leave a review on their website either.

Fuming over a hour late food was stone cold. Said didn't know where I lived. You have my postcode plus I ha e ordered off you many times before. To spent £20 for what I had so wrong. Bread was solid chips freezing. So not happy

The chicken wrap was to die for but the chips tasted foul, like days old oil, I couldn’t even finish them.

Food was a hour over estimate delivery time and when rang for a update all I got was it’s out for delivery and that was all not even apology when it was already late even after that phone call it still took a while to arrive. Food was cold also 😒

The burger was nice but cheese on it was dried and dark around the edges indicating it had been left out for some time. The pizza was very thick, dense and tasteless along with the cheese being burnt. The chips were soggy yet dry which is hard to achieve and of course tasteless. It was like they had been re cooked five times.

Cold chips and luke warm kebab meat

Food could have been warmer, no updates about order received. Food is usually good from here though.

Chicken donna kebab and chips with cheesey mushroom garlic bread was all devine. Defo order again when in area.

Food was cold by the time it was delivered. Triple pepperoni pizza was burnt and had 4 slices of pepperoni on it!

Reyt nice food also great customer service from the staff especially the Polish lass with freckles 10/10 for her. Would recommend!

Food was excellent. But I phoned them to state the I was allergic to cheese so no cheese on my pizza. When it arrived it was just a pizza base and sauce none of the toppings I ordered. When I checked they had only charged me for the basic. It would be nice to have a NO CHEESE option on the Just Eat menu for Pizza Lush to save confusion in the future. Apart from that everything is really good!

Found on just eat but did not state did not deliver to our area so we were charged a £5 delivery fee even on a £60 order and then had to pick up from park entrance..food was pretty standard.

Only thing I could fault was the size of the sauce pots.

Shocking hardly any kebab meat even though I paid £12 odd for the combination kabab? It's £4 more than a large so you would assume you got at least as much meat as a large if not more? pita was hard and dry. No onion or tomato or lettice, just a sprinkle of cabbage and two slices of cucumber. Very last time I will ever order here.

Food was cold and the ring sorc so the food was ruind

The food we ordered was completely different to what we got the delivery driver didn’t get out of his car to ring the bell and warn us it was outside nor did he ring I understand it was late at night but hoinking your horn is just plain rude the food I ordered was 1: wrong 2:cold and we ordered a drink and once I mentioned we didn’t have a drink they gave us a warm can

Chips are actually bussin, will fight anyone who says any other takeaway has better chips.

Had a kebab from there tasted like left over food full of grease never again 🙃
