The best restaurants in Aberteifi/Cardigan-Teifi Ceredigion Mid Wales

Had a meal here for Valentine’s. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, possibly more than any restaurant I’ve been to which was nice! The food also excellent and I’m extremely fussy with food, I will only ever usually go to one other Indian so it was a big risk and one that paid off. Thank you, we will be back.

Stumbled across this gem whilst looking for somewhere to get a breakfast pre-9am which was difficult in Cardigan. This is a modern building embedded into the old castle site. Nice views of the tidal river from the panoramic windows. The cooked breakfast was a knockout and was served by a very friendly and welcoming young lady. Great breakfast , great service, smart surroundings. I will be back.

Wonderful seafood cafe by the estuary in Cardigan. Quirky and friendly and delicious. My family are regulars and have been raving about it for months and I can see why. Reserved table in the sunshine and the most excellent crab salad and salmon boards. The staff are wonderful and really make the effort to look after the older of our tribe. It is much appreciated. Fresh fish to buy to take home too!

beautiful freshly cooked food served with style. The wild boar ravioli was wonderful and rich and so filling. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

We're on holiday, so I normally research places before I visit but we had just visited poppit sands and after leaving we decided to stop in cardigan. This was nigh on the first dog friendly cafe we came too so we took a chance . We only came in for a drink and my wife had a scone so can't comment on the food but if I was able to come back there were plenty of options on the menu that took our fancy. Service was friendly and efficient and we enjoyed our time there. The place was very cosy and looked like it had lots of different choices of seating on different levels. If I lived locally this would be an ideal place to meet up with friends for a chat. It's also dog friendly which is another bonus.

Super Sunday lunch. Beautiful cooked turkey nd veg. Prompt efficient service Amazing. Highly recommended everything cooked to perfection and plenty of it

Really nice food, great place to eat and friendly staff

Ordered a pick up for 6 people costing over £70. Only live the top end of town but when we got the chips home they were cold. One chicken was so over cooked it was hard and burnt. They forgot some of the order and we had to collect it ourselves so now mine was cold and burnt. Cheesy chips were also missed. Very disappointed and only good if you are drunk. Won't use again.

Excellent service and quality of food

We arrived early, which is better for older people as we don't like eating late, so 5pm start is ideal. We were made very welcome and the food was delicious. We shall certainly be returning.

Visited this weekend with my friend and had a great time. Karaoke was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing. Partying until the early hours we had a blast will definitely be coming back soon

An absolute gem! Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and a piping hot shower! What's even more impressive is the excellent price! I will DEFINITELY return!

Staff are so friendly, especially the young man named Morgan I believe at the coffee machine, very chatty, funny and accommodating. The place was very clean and coffee was spot on!!

Wow again! Been in Cardigan 3 years and only found you a while ago. By far the best i have had and believe me I know what is good. Have always had food delivered. Always come before they give a time. Delivery driver is always so good and so friendly. An amazing experience from putting in an order, what a fab chap and so helpful and so happy on phone, no idea who the chef is but please give a massive high 5, hug from me! As said, delivery driver always brilliant. Well.. the food ... outstanding... amazing ...
