We went for lunch on the busiest of afternoons and the staff were run off their feet and did everything they could to make it ok for us, bringing our drinks very quickly, whilst we had a bit of a wait for food. When it came it was delicious, soup, homemade hummus, lovely mixed salad, and tasty wrap. Lovely atmosphere, wide spacious wooden tables, good humoured and hard working staff. Will definitely go back.

I write this review because the Rarebit spoke directly to my soul and enriched me to my core! Flipped heck it was good. On a rainy day on our family weekend away in rural wales this was everything! The decor in unremarkable the service Is fine and good but the food simply banging!

Visiting Cardigan Wales today. we decided to drop into this Cafe at lunchtime to grab a quick drink and a light meal. My wife opted for a toasted tea cake and a cold drink I opted for Welsh rarebit with bacon and a coffee. The tea cake arrived extremely hot with the silver foil pack of butter placed in the middle of the tea cake consider the heat of the tea cake the butter had turned to a liquid mass and was just poured over the tea cake. I waited a further ten minutes before my rarebit on toast arrived. Extremely over done burned black and no bacon. I handed it back to the cashier she said I’ll fix that for you. Eventually it came back to the table where visually it looked a little better but I soon realised they had just scraped off the burned cheese and replaced it with more cheese the underneath of the bread now rock solid and burned. The bacon was thrown in and under cooked. It is just not good enough in my mind. This is my honest opinion and I’m sorry to say we will not be returning to this establishment Thanks

Not been for ages so pleased to pop in with a girlfriend and have the most fabulous cake and coffee experience! Lovely lady behind the desk - sorry I didn’t ask her name, wonderful choice of cakes and stickies, we chose the beautiful looking Victoria Sponge and I also purchased a Jaffa Cake Cake to take home for the Husband! We were offered a ‘Dirty latte’, not had one before and it was delicious, mine with coconut milk. Lovely surroundings, some beautiful retail therapy available and friendly and pleasant waiting staff. Will definitely be back sooner! Thank you for a lovely morning!

We ventured in from the rain as this was a dog friendly cafe. What a treat. We were welcomed by the staff who were full of smiles. We chose a lunch of open sandwiches. My husband had the Welsh rarebit option and I had the falafel - both were served with a delicious vegan salad. We also had cappuccinos which were the best we had.

Situated at the brow of the hill in the Main Street this pop in cafe has well spaced out tables over three floors. An enthusiastic team provide service with excellent coffee and a small range of cakes. Local woollen products are for sale in a sales area and a programme of craft events for each month is chalked on the wall. A most pleasant refuge when shopping takes its toll. A breakfast and lunchtime menu looked tempting.

Whenever we visit Cardigan we have breakfast here. Menu has changed since our last visit. We opted for a full breakfast. The restaurant wasn’t busy but took a long time to arrive. Unfortunately the only item hot on the plate was the sausage. The plate was cold. The sour dough toast turned out to be white sliced bread toasted. A single pat of butter for 2 halves of toast. Distinctly average

The wait time for food was half-hour - during this time we had 3 other peoples brought to our table. We had ordered Diet Coke & Still Water - we were brought Diet Coke & Coca-Cola. Promptly exchanged when error pointed out but no glasses to drink from! Welsh rarebit ordered x 2 - when this arrived it looked like someone’s shoe sole melted onto toast. Disgusting flavour & not at all appetising to look at. Sadly wouldn’t make a return visit.

We walked past and were taken by the lightness of the creative space. Reasonably priced lunch of Welsh rarebit, Brie & bacon baguette and Cajun chicken wrap. We all had milkshakes too as I needed Dairy after the spicy chicken. Tasty food. Every sandwich accompanied by a pile of colourful tasty salad. Food came quickly but there was an issue with clearing tables. Dirty dishes were stacking up. At one point a junior member of staff came to clear but another told them to leave it. Anyway customer service was not affected too badly by the staff dramas! If there was one thing I’d improve it was quieter music. When we came in there was no music but it was suddenly piped everywhere noisily.

Had a great lunch here today, just wish I'd had room for more. I went for butter chicken which tasted really fresh, loads of chicken and a great sauce. My husband had the breakfast roll crammed with really tasty bacon, sausage and egg and we shared a slice of lovely carrot cake. Jake the dog tried a little of all and thoroughly enjoyed it too. I had Earl Grey tea which tasted really refreshing, proper flavour unlike I've had before. Will be researching Carmarthenshire tea traders and placing an order. The staff at the stwdio were really lovely, friendly and chatty and welcoming. If we lived anywhere near we'd be regulars for sure.

Yes. Dog friendly. But the food was very badly prepared. I expected more for what I paid. Bacon and brie with cranberry. One solid lump of brie in one side. Very little bacon. Came with salad but without a fork. The coffee was OK but the tea spoon dirty. I would have complained but it was busy and had my dogs. Maybe an off day for them.

We've visited Cardigan quite a few times and seen this establishment change (always for the better) each time. This latest visit was the cherry on the icing. What a marvellous, clean, comfortable, pleasant, friendly (for dogs too) eatery it has fully transformed into. 3.5 floors to sit - fantastic comfy sofas overlooking the High street on the top floor - lovely coffees and Biscoff Tiffin cakes at a reasonable price. My Mum and I visited Cardigan and stopped at the Stiwdio 3 for a coffee. Our little dog Tilly was welcomed with open arms. We all felt extremely at home and comfortable here.....I was sad when we had to leave. So wished it was close to home so we could pop in every week for a hot Latte and a warm fruit scone served with delicious jam, clotted cream and butter. I loved the atmosphere, the art and craft work displayed and the very warm reception from the ladies serving us. Several other people arrived with dogs and were also made very welcome. I always enjoy seeing what other customers order and I was not disappointed as all the food looked excellent and other customers appeared to be really enjoying their visits too. I look forward to another holiday in that area so we can return to Stwidio 3 again. Well done Stwidio 3, we had a fab time with you. xxx

Food choice was limited and consisted of quality ingredients making items such as Welsh Rarebit, salads and French Toast. Not somewhere for Sunday Roast but more than satisfying. The “bowls” menu is interesting if a bit limited but I guess that’s because it’s all freshly prepared from local produce. Prices vary from £6.50 to £8.50. I had the vegan option - sweet potato and coconut dhal - which was nice but I would have preferred it a bit warmer. My friend had the carbonara which was huge. Made with thick cut bacon and served with garlic bread, she said it was lovely but couldn’t finish it. Other friends were also having lunch there and they enjoyed the sausage and mash bowl. The chicken korma bowl was sold out and there were also vegi bean bowls and a superfood salad bowl plus mini bowls for lighter appetites and children. The cakes looked amazing too. It’s a welcome addition to Cardigan with the workshop area located upstairs. Nice, relaxed feel to the place. Also doggy friendly

Two of us called in for a coffee and shared a piece of vegan chocolate cake. The cake was tasty and would be something that I would be happy to eat again. Sadly being an regular coffee drinker both at home and in different cafe's, it was so disappointing. We both like strong coffee, but the two of us, I had a black Americano and my husband a Cappacino had to leave half of each one behind as the taste was so bitter, dispite my husband adding more sweetner to try and mask the taste. Sorry but coffee at Stiwdio 3 is out, we cannot afford to buy coffees that neither of us can drink.
