The best restaurants in Wales

This tea room actually closed. This is the main reason of my 1 star review. The train station took over the land in which the cafe was placed.

Monday night is a quiz night it turns out

We have used the Golden Well for several years now and always have a great time. Alan and his team are fabulous hosts, super attentive and want to embassies you have a great time. We generally visit as a group of 8 or 10 of us and have set menu to share, they're is always plenty to go round and the price is very reasonable. I can highly recommend this restaurant / take away.

Fresh fish, tasty chips. They even opened up after closing for the evening! Best fish and chips I’ve had in a while.

Just popped in for a coffee and toilet stop from our walk. Pleasant staff. Lovely place to eat and drink.

Food was out of this world! 🌍 I’m a fatty so order the ‘Tex Mex Sharer’ Honestly, one of the best foods I’ve had in a good while in a place like this! Parking sucks though… so just park on the roof if there’s space. 🤷🏼‍♂️ (Or go to space)

We took a spontaneous trip to Pembroke to check out the castle and ended up staying the night—so glad we did! The location was spot-on, the room was clean, and the host was really welcoming. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The food was great and breakfast hit the spot. Just a perfect little stopover—would definitely stay again!
