Great B&B. Comfy, clean rooms and a good breakfast. Friendly owner / manager provided tips for eating and drinking locally.

There is a wide choice of pizza, pasta and sharing meat dishes on the menu for dinner, but they also open for breakfast. Non-alcoholic Peroni available. the range of sweets looked really tempting. A very good experience.

Stopped in on the off chance as I had parked just up from the restaurant to return some items to Primark and was on my own. I’m so glad I did! I had the 3 course lunch special for £12.95 and what can I say other than Wow. I decided to go out of my usual of onion bhaji and had the fish starter (something I never have) Amritshri Macchi the batter was so so light and delicious delicate the overall started was amazing. The main I went for the chilli chicken which they made to my spice level and this was so tasty and the chicken tikka pieces were moist and tasty. I had the Nann bread as my side and when I say this was the best nann bread I have ever had. It was thin to look at which at first I was a bit sceptical but one bite in and omg I was sold. I even bought an Nann bread to take home with me. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and I was made to feel so welcome. I got to choose where I wanted to sit and the owner even came out to see how I enjoyed the meal and was so friendly. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone. Can’t wait to return with family and friends.

Found this restaurant by chance, what a gem. Went with 4 adults and 2 children, food was fantastic, service was excellent, very friendly and attentive staff

Over to visit my mum & decided to call into the Raven. Traditional looking pub with lots of car parking & outside area for drinking etc. very friendly staff. Traditional pub menu with some added specialities like ribs etc that I will order next time. A good selection on the menu & the food was presented well, tasted great & portion sizes were very good & I could not clear my plate! I really recommend the Raven.

Arrived midweek without a booking. They were very accommodating and polite. Food was excellent and service was at a nice pace without feeling rushed. Would have had 5 stars for service but I had to ask several times for a glass of water. The mocktail I had was amazing.

Called in today. Food great and good price. Staff great very friendly and helpful. Also came out with treats for our 2 westies. Would definitely recommend and will visit again next time we're on the area

Mind blowingly incredible service! Extremely welcoming, me, my partner and his mother came to visit wales to a rural Air BnB and came across this pub on chance! I don’t think I’ll ever find a more welcoming pub again. I couldn’t recommend the staff more. Dog friendly, and accommodating. Featuring a dog section of small treats and blankets for them. The interior was super clean and comfortable, also very visually appealing. 10/10 food, everyone needs to try this place no matter where you’re from. Thankyou from Cornwall
