The restaurant has basic pub style décor. They only offered raw oyster on the menu and when I asked if I could have the oysters grilled or roasted, I was told the chef does not know how to do that. How is that even possible? If I could have, I would have gone into the kitchen and done it myself. As a starter, my husband ordered the raw oysters, and we both ordered clam as our main. The clams were nothing but ok, and not nearly as good as the ones we had at Sea Salt Bistro. What a bust this restaurant was. So sorry we did not stick to our original choice for dinner and did not follow a recommendation to dine here.

Went here on Saturday night with some friends from Belfast. They said it was always their first stop when in Glasgow. I can now see why. We all four had great main courses of pitas, chicken, pork and lamb souvlaki, moussaka and of course Greek chips.. Giant portions and all delicious. Some nice Greek red wine and a couple of Mythos too. All finished off with the obligatory raki and we were stuffed. We will be back very soon.

We went with our baby and dog a couple of times during our stay. The food, both sweet and savoury, is delicious. Fantastic selection of cakes with quite a few different to what you usually find in a tearoom (in a good way!). They do takeaway on some of the savoury options and the cakes if you can't get a seat as the cafe has limited seating. Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

Traditional bar in the heart of Old Aberdeen. Once a student haunt of mine. Seems the younger students of today are less drouthy ,with the current day time clientele a bit older? Must go back to sample their excellent range of whisky. They have a whisky tasting offering tasty looks interesting. I had drinks only

Firstly, many thanks for hosting my wife’s 70th birthday party on Saturday 9 November. Everyone that was present (32 people) was full of praise for the quality of the food, the service and the superb venue for such a party. We cannot praise your restaurant highly enough. Many thanks again and we will return.

Went with friends, who had recommended that we try the lamb speciality. We certainly weren't disappointed - the flavour was delicious , the lamb tender and the portion was more than very generous. This was our first visit and it wont be our last!! Lovely ambience and great service.

This is a very convenient stop if you are travelling down the M90 from Perth towards Dunfermline, Edinburgh etc. It is easily reached from junction 7 and you can easily connect afterwards by continuing down South Street. The menu is extensive but we only wanted a light bite. The soup was really tasty and beautifully served with a very good cheese scone or lovely brown bread. The cafe is well laid out and the staff are very attentive.
