The worst BK I have ever used. Haven should get them out and get a business in that wont take customers for granted, food never arrived so I then went to collect it and it was stone cold. Told them to make it fresh and they sneakily went away and gave it a re-heat which I noticed when I got back to my caravan. Staff member couldnt even look me in the eye. STAY CLEAR, you would be better ordering from somewhere in Ayr and having someone cycle to deliver it, as you might have a chance of it appearing and being warm.

Tried to order a takeaway after having really enjoyed one a few weeks previously which they had accepted card payment for via link Tonight when phoned the person who answered was abrupt and informed in a very obnoxious manner it was cash only before hanging up on me suddenly before I could place order. When I phoned back I explained that was okay and could I continue ordering to which I was hung up on again with no explanation. I tried to phone back the phone was answered and then put down again straight away. Only my second time using this place and the poor customer service tonight has put me off for good. I will be passing this onto friends or others asking regarding this establishment

First off, their prices are ridiculous. We tried them a year ago and paid more for a take home curry than we did when we go sit down at a restaurant!! The food tasted ok back then. Nothing memorable but not awful. I saw the sign that they were under new ownership. I thought I'd try them again. I wouldn't have thought it was possible, but they've gotten worse. I paid more than £25 for 2 ckn curries and 2 naans. No rice. No starters. Not even a poppadom. 25 POUNDS. I made my own 'hoose rice'. Flavour: my son got the HOT Garlic chili which was not hot at all. Did they think we look like people who can't handle spicy food? The korma tastes like it came from a cheap jar sauce. I thought the saving grace would be the Peshawari Naan. The previous owners made a great peshawari naan, but nope. Doughy. Bland. No honey. Forget this place. I can't stand when places price gouge us because we're in a rural area. I couldn't believe their prices and then the low quality food. It's such an insult. If you want GREAT Indian food at an amazing price (£6 for a starter, curry, AND rice for lunch), then look at Jai Apur in Ardrossan. Those folks know how to make a tasty curry that's easy on the wallet. It's worth the drive. As for this place, drive past. Give it a miss.
