Burger King in South Ayrshire

Ordered food for 5 people to be delivered to our caravan at 6:15pm. It turned up at 6:55pm, lukewarm, and some of the order was wrong. Cant get through to them on the phone to complain.

Disgusting Food and drinks never coming back ever again

Restaurant was relatively quiet. Took 15 minutes for order to be made. One chips was missing. Replaced with no apology. Then noticed the XL bacon double cheeseburger which had been upgraded to bacon had absolutely no bacon in it. Cold bacon shoved in the burger, again with no apology.

Food was warm and tasty and service was excellent I will definitely be back thank you

I went to order an espresso with my meal food was cold they did not have salt plus it says on the ordering screen no other coffees just espresso 2 pound it cost just for that I then asked the manager if i could get my 2 pound back as I did relise they serve it as a shot I asked if they could put hot water in it or even a latte as I seen on there coffee machine they had flat white lattes hot chocolate and other hot beverages poor customer service won’t be back again.

Useless ordered food and payed for it to be delivered and a time and they didn't deliver. i rang the number they just put phone down had to go and get i food i payed for

The worst BK I have ever used. Haven should get them out and get a business in that wont take customers for granted, food never arrived so I then went to collect it and it was stone cold. Told them to make it fresh and they sneakily went away and gave it a re-heat which I noticed when I got back to my caravan. Staff member couldnt even look me in the eye. STAY CLEAR, you would be better ordering from somewhere in Ayr and having someone cycle to deliver it, as you might have a chance of it appearing and being warm.

Absolutely disgusting. Listen to the other reviews and AVOID food was 45 minutes later than order time. Chips were stone cold and vile. Chicken royale with cheese was hard and had no cheese on it. Food was insanely old and awful. Husband ordered a large meal and received regular chips. Drinks came without straws and tasted absolutely foul like watery syrup. Tried calling 40 times in the past 20 minutes and no one answered. The first time we called to check where our food was someone did answer, a young lad who took the brunt of every call but the sounds of it whilst a female in the background was just asking him questions about my call instead of taking over the call. Will be making a proper complaint. Avoid avoid avoid.

The order was wrong, the food was cold and missing item. The milkshake taste odd and not nice.

Stay clear ordered a delivery at half five to be delivery at half six no delivery at half seven had to go to pick it up myself , tried to call restaurant but calls kept getting dropped very bad service manager hiding in back left young lad to deal with complaint when I did get it back found the chips were missing and food was cold, I’d stay well clear

Limited menu, expensive prices, bad presentation, no service with a smile either? Very clean inside and didn't take long for our order.

Worst burger king ordered a large and was given small everything place is run by invalids

Got the order wrong and the food was cold.

Ordered delivery, waited 2 hours for it (order disappeared after the original delivery time had passed.) Tried to call but no answer so went in to order again. Again a huge wait. Got home and over an 1hr later the delivery guy is trying to give me food that's now over 3hrs old. Lost over £30 on that first order, think that's why he was so keen for me to take it, so I couldn't get a refund.

Over priced food was rotten delivery took a lot longer then what it should have

Place was open till 10pm we went in about 6pm had to ask to get a syrup in and literally all of the syrups had ran out she replaced one and had a sour look on her face for having to work. Service was lacking. Burger was alright

Food never arrived tho the app says it was delivered. Totally overpriced and now I have a HANGRY autistic child

We live ourselves a BK, but sometimes, if it's a delivery, the food is often stone cold, and there's always, always something missing. If they had a little more staff and perhaps opened up the he softplay again, it would attract more parents and kids to sit in for their meal. Jusy a thought 🤔

Absolutely shocking service, 25 minutes late and nobody answering the phone when you call, terrible service for over priced rubbish.

Lovely little burger King on the caravan park, the guy on the till was really canny- food was lovely and hot- we got 3x whopper burgers and they were all tasty! Would visit again for tea! You can eat in or take away back to your caravan which is handy too.

You cant get as much stuff as the normal burger kigs but they do deliver but it takes a wee while! rate it a 6/10

My daughters and 1of my daughters family ate in your restaurant and haven't been the same since ,and all 6 of them felt unwell not long after eating ,they went to the club but had to go back to their apartment early due to sickness and diarrhoea, my youngest who is only 17 is still unwell, with sickness and diarrhoea, they ate at your place on Thursday

Vastly improved food since being refitted recently

I love Burger King and so do all my Family, but I recently visited the restaurant in Havens Craig Tara holiday park, it was dirty, and highly over priced, I have ate in Burger Kings all around Europe, Canada and the USA. And have never been over charged for a single thing. £4.99 for a single Plain Cheese burger. Absolutely disgusting.

Very bad customer service. One member in staff was extremely rude. Some members of staffs customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Food was amazing and quick service friendly staff

Food was good nice and hot served quickly in an environment that was kept clean. Only place on the park enforcing the legal requirement for to wear a mask in doors.

Just had double cheese burger with bacon and two lots of fries. No kidding it was delicious, the young lad who served me was really polite and helpful. Thanks.

Spoke to the restaurant manager to complain that this Burger King was not to the same standard of other Burger King's that I've visited over the years. She was taken aback, when I told her that the Food and the Service was Amazing. The best I've received in any other Burger King. The manager was so used to having complaints, that I actually felt great, to give her and her team praise on what a great job they were doing. Bravo. 👏👏👏👏👏

The prices are extortionate. For a medium meal and a kids meal I paid 11.70. The food was fresh but not worth the price. We couldn't get a table either.

I love BK so took this opportunity to grab one for our lunch ! Checked click and collect and delivery and opted to go in and order as times were about an hour long. Didn't regret it...met at the door, mask on and used the anti bac gel, we queued, ordered and waited under 10 minutes. Freshly made we ate back in our caravan. Lovely treat for our holiday!

Order collection time was 6.15 pm but I think it had been prepared well before this time as the order was quite soggy. Maybe they should revise the order times or text people if it is ready sooner.

They gave me plastic straw it was the best drink of my life

Urgh. Burger King has went so downhill it's unreal. Being that it's placed a caravan holiday park, the prices are outrageous given the quality and size of the meals you are given. They even forgot my son's King Jr. toy. Second time I've been to a BK in the last year and each time has been worse than the last. Shame, as I used to rate it more highly than McDonalds years ago.

The food is great but the prices are not so. They still advertise the free whopper when you complete a survey but won't redeem when you try claim it!! Come on people, change your receipt stationary or honour your deal!! Bad form 😥

click and collect on the app was so easy , the staff were lovley and packed up your food so well , and were good with social distancing and i want to say thank you to you for your tremendous work through this hard time....

Wait in long social distance que to be told that I could not be served as my mask kept falling down. And they would only serve me if it was covering my nose and mouth. And also they served few other customers with out a mask and ther was no issue. I definitely won't be back to burger King. Craig Tara

Ongelooflijk, nog nooit meegemaakt. De dame aan de desk begreep me niet goed (hoewel mijn Engels niet slecht is, heb ik dit nog niet eerder meegemaakt) en ze liep gewoon geïrriteerd weg! Terwijl er in feite niet eens zoveel aan de hand was... een ander moest de bestelling afmaken (en verontschuldigde zich nog wel netjes voor zijn collega). Wat een slechte klantenservice. Vervolgens bleek er bij aankomst thuis niets te kloppen van de bestelling. Jammer... geen reclame voor deze Burger King. Wel netjes dat nog een andere collega nog uitbreid excuses gaf.

Well well well, so let's first start with the orders, it was completely wrong, I ordered a plain Chicken Burger, med fanta and a med french fries, and got a childs plain hamberger, small coke and a small fries, then the perfectly good card gets declined due to terrible card mechines, and the server was blaming this all on me!

I have just experienced the worst bit of customer service in my life, I was standing in the line with a group of friends and family everyone got served Barr me! They collected there food and I was still left standing there waiting to be served for at least 5 mins whilst the staff chat amongst themselves, then the worst part was a family member came up and ordered again and I was still waiting to be asked what I wanted! No excuses really because I was standing over the counter so I’m baffled to how they went to him and asked what he wanted before asking me! Do not recommend this restaurant to anyone

This was in craig tarra holiday park and the staff are not helpful at all and very rude at times

It was a decent BK. The food was great and the staff were great too. The tables were a little dodgy, but overall decent.

Friendly staff however annoying when you get home and your kids plain chicken royal no mayo or lettuce (which was in receipt) has this on it.
