Very delicious food a very good prices

it has 7 staff all eating food in the back in full view of customers with there hands then went on to prepare food terrible i left before ordering

I ordered a king mix kebab mind this is £12.80 with delivery £16.30 no salad and just chili sauce, what i recieved is just an actual joke a huge naan bread and will never give them the option to decieve me again, a paltry portion and its just deflating knowing places are doing this to people and they are just accepting it!!

Pizza was ready really quickly and tasted fine

I am a regular at this restaurant I placed my order by going into the shop it took them ages to get my pizza. I ended up with 4 slices of a 12 inch pizza because the other slices we’re to cold to eat who ever thought it was clever to put my pizza into a carrier bag and tie it up like usual they’ve then put a big bottle Diet Coke on top of the pizza box and it soaked through the box and the weight of the bottle with the condensation has ripped the box lid hence half a cold pizza not happy. When I complained they were so rude and told me not to go back. Well I certainly will not be back don’t worry.

This place is always immaculate, food is always fresh and the staff are great. Definitely recommend getting veggie pakoras, they are amazing. Great value for money and fantastic service.

We came down to Park Dean Sundrum Castle for a break. We ordered a take away for two. The quality of the food was first class. Very generous portions and piping hot too on arrival. Best Madras sauce I have tasted in a long time. Can’t rate this take away restaurant highly enough

Wow! So good had to leave a review straight after eating! We live quite remote and any Indian take out round here doesn't do king prawns let alone king prawn tandoori,called up and munch kings said they do..we took a chance and a 25 mins there drive to get that with korma sauce, plain nann and a.prawn pouri(which were keeping till tomorrow)but the king prawn tandoori? Amazing!! And we've tried loads when we used to live in Glasgow.First place we've been where you get a FULL tub of sauce and not a half tub which barely covers your meal(Husband's pet hate),the king prawns were succulent and plentiful (7 each),rice was beautiful and fluffy and the nann was massive .We usually have to travel away to Ayr centre for a decent indian take away these days ,not now,this is our new fav. If you're looking for amazing food at very reasonable prices,this is your place. Totally recommend ! P.s. having read the very few negative reviews I think they're well out of order.Give someone a chance to correct a mistake before leaving bad feedback,business reply on it or at least go back and edit it if they correct it! other few I saw were ridiculous reasons for one star with gracious responses from the owners.

This is by far the best takeaway in South Ayrshire, myself and the wife have eaten from all the supposed best(3 idiots, Ayr India) those do not come close to Munch Kings for taste, flavour, portion size or value for money. Myself and my wife just had a king prawn tandoori main meal with Korma a naan and a prawn poori, only came to £21.80!!!! If this had been from any of the other 2 mentioned above it would have been well over £30(always felt a bit ripped off tbh) The food from Munch Kings was outstanding......if you keep serving up such great food at a reasonable price it will be our local(we live near Straiton) 😆

Bought two large portions of pakora 1 chicken 1 vegetable cooked to perfection going back tomorrow to try a main meal hoping it will be as good as the pakoras

I have waited an hour and 30 minutes for a delivery that stated it would take 50 minutes.

Food has never been anything less than brilliant.

Food is always tasty , you won’t go hungry either with generous portions. Service is pretty quick if you phone ahead and pickup. Although the prices went up recently with inflationary pressure, set meals are still value for money.

Ordered a takeaway, against previous experiences.... when your hungry etc! Omg it was dreadful... Large pizza, stone cold and soggy.... no taste. plus other bits, that went in the food caddy.... Honestly really wanted to like and use this place, as is so local, but massive portions of pretty substandard food 😟

Popped in here on the way home as hunger was setting in. Just had some chicken pakora and samosas. Pakora was freshly made with a delicious, crispy batter and the samosas were flavourful and plenty. Good dipping sauces too.

We eat out from here quite regularly and food is always the best quality staff are very pleasant also also used a couple of time for buffet for family gatherings well worth the money

Was really disappointed tonight, I made an order and my 2L bottle of pepsi didn't come, I phoned and complained and thankfully enough my juice arrived with a portion of pakora 2 hours later. Was very much appreciated. Good service.

Such a shame. Ordered online from this establishment many times. But they said there was no driver to deliver our order. If you can't deliver please remove yourself from apps as my 5 year old daughter was excited about her takeaway and I had to disappoint her. Won't order again.

Great food and service! I asked for a modification to the chilli korma and they obliged. They even let me taste it before leaving the shop just to make sure I liked it & offered to make another if I didn't! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Munch Kings! Great meal, great service!

Sorry .... .but I think they have gone down hill the past couple of times we have used them the chicken in the korma has been very dry and the chips have been awful really bad like refried not fresh. The pakoras went from a nice taste to just very spicy don't think we will be back shame really as it was fantastic

On your website it clearly states that delivery's are up until 10.45pm so why everytime when I phone at 10pm after being at work do yous think it's ok to question why I'm calling at that time for a delivery.. why are yous open past 10pm if yous can't be bothered to deliver after that time and also why false advertise saying your delivery's stop at 10.45pm when yous can't be bothered to send delivery's out past 10pm it's shocking and not professional atall.

Would have been 5 stars but the prices went way up a meal that used to cost £10 went to £13.50 in one go.

Down staying at Sundrum Castle Holiday Village and used this local take away for dinner...very friendly staff lovely clean shop..and the food was very tasty indeed will definately recommend and use again.

Just got the 'skyscraper' burger meal, first of all, no donner meat on the burger, chips half cooked, the burger itself was deep-fried and disgusting, even though the order was placed in store and confirmed by the guy behind the counter it was still wrong, they need to get someone in who can actually cook, so I will not be back and I will not be recommending this place

Having moved to Coylton in January 2019, MunchKings became our local takeaway. We are yet to be disappointed with any food.

Best place in the area for a munchy box.

The food was amazing quality. We stayed at sundrum castle holiday park and we went there more then once as it was excellent. The food was very good priced. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to locals and tourists going out to Ayr for a day out at the beach. They have seafood, Indian cuisine and American. It is opened from 3:30 till 11:30 so you can go for lunch or dinner or just a snack. As I said i would recommend it to anyone nearby

Food was brilliant. Rate this place higher than other local take away, yeah slightly further to travel but food is ten times better so makes it worth while. A wee bit pricey, but you don't mind that when the food is as good as it is from here.
