Food was OK Service was good and friendly. Place could have done with a bit more cleaning

Over an hour late and more than half of order missing,absolute disgrace,what is going to be done about this?

driver got my food here fast but my order was missing most of its items

Food was fine but arrived cold so had to be reheated before eating.

Always good although the young people serving have got my orders wrong on several occasions. But always been resolved

Chicken popcorn boxes weren’t full portions, missing a chips and tomato sauce that was ordered. Love having to cook anyway after waiting and paying for a takeaway.

food stone cold. burger thrown together. delivery time went from 15-20mins to an hour as soon as payment made. payed an extra £5 for the pleasure of having it delivered and in a bag! absolute disgrace from both KFC and just eat.

Quality two star because sweet chilli dip missing from order

Food was cold and not be dry fresh in one meal.

The add on large popcorn chicken was missing.. Phoned the restaurant, very polite apologetic female member of staff who said we could collect it or be credited- it was the dinner for my child so collected, with some complimentary items

It took over an hour to arrive & when it did everything was cold

Quick service, you can order on screen and it's delivered tomtiur table which is great.

Once again KFC Irvine mess up an order. Sides were missing from our order, but they sent 3 tubs of gravy which we didn't order. Useless

No dios that I paid £1.20 for. I would never have ordered from here as well if I wasn’t getting supercharger dips with it. I’ve literally wasted £34 pounds on food I cannot eat because they dios are missing

Ordered 2 Christmas Stacker Meals. Given 2 normal Christmas Meals. Ridiculous at the prices they charge now. Just eat order and really annoyed that staff in store can't get an order right.

I would have emailed my complaint about your app’s re-order feature not working, but you make it so difficult to contact you; sorry KFC, but your rating needs to suffer as a result of this, but it’s more effective than wasting anymore of my time in trying to rectify it…oh, and I’ll be ordering from somewhere else instead now, so the fact I can’t reorder my last meal, means I’ll have to go through all the options again, so may as buy something else from another restaurant.

after spending £50 ordering our dinner, it came missing my meal! can kfc please double check their orders before sending as this is not the first time. actual delivery of the food was spot on 👍

currently 9pm telling me food was delivered at 9:15 but yet 2 kids are now having to have other food cause it's not showed up should have went to McDonald's like normal at least they show up

This was all that was given in a sundae. We mentioned it to the girl that served us, to which she only replied "yes, that's an aero sundae". It's horrible to be charged almost £2 for a quarter of a cup (similar to a previous review). This seems like a regular occurence. Do not waste money here.

From the time I was given it literally changed 5 or 6 times coming earlier then later and later, so waited an hour from ordering to delivery, food wasn’t as good as I’ve had before felt the chicken was dry and not the warmest! The piece of chicken I got in my box was literally bones and batter, not up to the usual standards

mini fillet missing from order, only 1 of 2 supercharger sauce made it, ordered 2 piece and 3 piece separately for them to throw 5 pieces in 1 bag. delivery was good and quick

Bright clean dining area. Great food served by the young, helpful team.

Service slow. Food poor quality. Another customer asked for her fillet burger to be microwaved as it was cold and the staff member obliged! Give her a fresh one. Would people eat cold food that's meant to be hot at home if they cooked for themselves, no, so why pay extortionate money for someone else to expect you to accept cold food.

I never even received the correct order. I always order boneless chicken and main part of wrong order was chicken wings. Couldnt even give it to dogs. Despite complaining to just eat no refund. Absolute waste of almost 30 pounds for a bag of bones.

If I could give zero stars I would! Missing items, next to no chips in the WHOLE order, cold. After spending £47 on order I’d expect at least the food that we actually got to be warm. Disgrace !

Got an ice cream. I usually got to Kilmarnock. I got given my ice cream in Irvine in what could me mistaken as an espresso cup and was maybe 1/4 of what I would get in Kilmarnock. Charged full price for barely 3 spoonfuls.

Prices are dreadful for what you get, got my son a lunch meal which cost over £7 to then be told you have to purchase chips separate which cost over £2 for 15 chips wont be back

Ordered a zinger stacker meal and got delivered two filet burger meals. How lazy is that.

The chicken is lovely, the fries are awful, & we were disappointed to have to wait nearly an hour and a half for it to arrive.
