KFC in North Ayrshire

I didn't receive my can of juice which was a bit frustrating

Food was horrible as it had been lieing to long and the batter was solid and most of it went in the bin. Will be telling poeple to definitely not go near your store in Irvine

Order came late and was freezing the won’t be a next time

The chicken wasn’t fresh and the skin was hard

forgot my dip which I had paid for and chicken piece was really oily. Burger was nice though.

Delivered quickly and everything still had a good heat in it and was very nice. Wasn't keen on the new cajun rice, preferred to old version

Order was assigned and delivered within about 40 minutes of placing. Delivery driver polite, order was fresh, hot, there in full including the free add on and tasted good, thanks

left a message on the "message for restaurant" section that said. No mayo on the trilogy burgers please, Thank you :) and guess what was on the burgers. Seems pointless to have a function to ask for customer specifics if no one reads it!

Was really good but changed times a few times but apart from that it was delicious

The chicken was very dry like it had been sat for a while. shocking standard for the process charged.

Ordered a variety bucket which is to include 4 mini fillets, 8 hot wings and 6 chicken on the bone. Only the chicken on the bone came !!!!!!!!! Spent £40 on the order to get less than half of the order, absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Chips were cold and soggy, my twister wrap had only a tiny bit of sauce at the bottom, so I basically had two bits of dry chicken in a wrap with no sauce or salad and the double downs felt as if they had been sitting out for a long time and were dry.

I have paid for a 1.5l Pepsi and did not receive it

Food was good but the best part was missing from our order the gravy which costs £2.99 yet didn’t receive it.

Delivery time stated 18.20 then got changed to 18.50 , missing 4 fries and large popcorn chicken, when I put in a refund for items missing , Irvine kfc said I gave pin to driver so it was delivered, yes it was delivered but items were missing, very poor customer service

Ordered at 8.30 came at 22.12 chicken fillets missing and popcorn chicken

Delivery arrived within the time stated but, delivery driver was rude, and the order was cold on arrival. I will not order from KFC again. Not a happy customer

It was on time but not very warm

The chips were squashed and alls tuck together. The spicy chicken wings were too burnt weren’t able to bite into them. The cookie had melted and stuck to the packet due to being put underneath all the hot food. And for £35 there’s was way too small portions to cost that much.

I will never be eating in this place again. Card Machine not working for 2 weeks so order at kiosk machine. Had help with this ! When order came was wrong bit annoyed 😒 Place is freezing so bring warm clothes Sat in wrong seat too The Fire Exit was being used constantly for delivery's and drive thru 🤔 This door should not be used ? Too lazy to go through main door.

We waited an hour and a half for our meal, it was cold when it arrived. The supercharger sauces were missing and the amount of supercharger sauces already on the two burgers was about the size of a fifty pence piece - totally inadequate. Very disappointed and the staff were not particularly helpful.

Credit where credit is due. Food was hot and fresh and we were helped by a young chap called Andrew. Pleasant manner and very professional. Please reward this young man.

Eve was great. Food arrived nice and hot. Exactly as I ordered. Delivery driver was polite and helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more 😊 I would recommend and buy from again.

Delivered to my garden rather than front door. Delivery man tried to force gate open. My dog was going mad and my gate nearly broken!

The usual forgotten item yet again. Every time I order something they forget something. Phoned up and the staff were useless. Not surprised they struggle to put an item in the bag after I spoke to them. Idiots!
