KFC in North Ayrshire

I will never be eating in this place again. Card Machine not working for 2 weeks so order at kiosk machine. Had help with this ! When order came was wrong bit annoyed 😒 Place is freezing so bring warm clothes Sat in wrong seat too The Fire Exit was being used constantly for delivery's and drive thru 🤔 This door should not be used ? Too lazy to go through main door.

I only got a bottle of juice when i ordered a meal deal

We waited an hour and a half for our meal, it was cold when it arrived. The supercharger sauces were missing and the amount of supercharger sauces already on the two burgers was about the size of a fifty pence piece - totally inadequate. Very disappointed and the staff were not particularly helpful.

Been here years this kfc and all ways a quick service drive thru as well

Credit where credit is due. Food was hot and fresh and we were helped by a young chap called Andrew. Pleasant manner and very professional. Please reward this young man.

Ordered mayo to go with my chips and no mayo was received. Not the first time this has happened hence why I’m posting on here. Poor show.

Again item missing regular popcorn chicken missing and two tango’s sent instead of one and one 7up ….!!

Order notes were not looked at. Chips were supposed to be unseasoned, sides were incorrect, food was cold, dips missing.

Got two southern rice wasn’t enough to make one half cup very poor…..

Eve was great. Food arrived nice and hot. Exactly as I ordered. Delivery driver was polite and helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more 😊 I would recommend and buy from again.

The delivery said it would come between 8.45-9.05 and got delivered at 10.10pm. The food has came freezing cold and hard.

Delivered to my garden rather than front door. Delivery man tried to force gate open. My dog was going mad and my gate nearly broken!

I don't think that being given half a container of Beans with my order was nice. Better check your orders before issuing them.

When the Meal arrivedthere were items missing and it was cold. When i tried to ask the driver about the missing items they could not speak English and just walked away from me. Very disappointed with yhis service.

The usual forgotten item yet again. Every time I order something they forget something. Phoned up and the staff were useless. Not surprised they struggle to put an item in the bag after I spoke to them. Idiots!

Chicken popcorn boxes weren’t full portions, missing a chips and tomato sauce that was ordered. Love having to cook anyway after waiting and paying for a takeaway.

The add on large popcorn chicken was missing.. Phoned the restaurant, very polite apologetic female member of staff who said we could collect it or be credited- it was the dinner for my child so collected, with some complimentary items

Ordered 2 Christmas Stacker Meals. Given 2 normal Christmas Meals. Ridiculous at the prices they charge now. Just eat order and really annoyed that staff in store can't get an order right.

I would have emailed my complaint about your app’s re-order feature not working, but you make it so difficult to contact you; sorry KFC, but your rating needs to suffer as a result of this, but it’s more effective than wasting anymore of my time in trying to rectify it…oh, and I’ll be ordering from somewhere else instead now, so the fact I can’t reorder my last meal, means I’ll have to go through all the options again, so may as buy something else from another restaurant.

This was all that was given in a sundae. We mentioned it to the girl that served us, to which she only replied "yes, that's an aero sundae". It's horrible to be charged almost £2 for a quarter of a cup (similar to a previous review). This seems like a regular occurence. Do not waste money here.

currently 9pm telling me food was delivered at 9:15 but yet 2 kids are now having to have other food cause it's not showed up should have went to McDonald's like normal at least they show up

From the time I was given it literally changed 5 or 6 times coming earlier then later and later, so waited an hour from ordering to delivery, food wasn’t as good as I’ve had before felt the chicken was dry and not the warmest! The piece of chicken I got in my box was literally bones and batter, not up to the usual standards

Lovely hot and fresh food. Could do with being a bit cleaner inside.
