Taco Bell in North Ayrshire

Trying to order a crispy chicken deluxe box , I've been told that he can't find it in the menu while it was continuously presented on the screens

Been sitting here stuck in their drive thru for 20 minutes and there's only TWO cars in front. Horrible service for FAST FOOD!!!!

Shop was quiet and we were the only order on the screen. £35 worth of food and they forgot half of my partners burrito box. Gave us a burrito that had been sitting there for a while instead? Could tell due to the wrap being glued to the paper. The burrito my partner did get was disgusting due to the fact we didn’t order it and had sour cream in it. Missing half the order and getting a someone else’s burrito is shocking. My food was hard as well with burnt rice and wrong ingredients in the food. We ordered because it’s the end of the month and it’s been a hard month. Cost of living so it was our treat for the month, and you won’t even answer the phone to try and rectify it. I don’t spend that amount on food and get half of the stuff I ordered and with the quality of the food I did get being terrible. We worked in fast food and know how it be sometimes. But the fact there was a car in the DT you had no clue was there due to the headset being sat on the counter speaks volumes. Again I wouldn’t be annoyed if we ordered during peak, because we get it, but Jesus Christ. Sort it out.

We visit every Sunday for lunch. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Olivia who remembers our order better than we do. Food always great. Would definitely recommend. Ian, Paul, Stephen.

We were with the whole family and the service surprised us very pleasantly. The food was tasty, well seasoned, and Oscar... Smiling face, great conversation, he has a 5 stars. Our daughters fell in love with it, so we have to go back again to see Oscar ;)

I had dinner at the taco bell in Irvine and have to say the food was brilliant, a staff member named Bernie was super helpful in guiding us through the child friendly options, she recommended the mini quesidillas with no sauce and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them. she was friendly and very polite. I definitely intend on popping into this location next time I'm there.

Everything was delicious and hot (temperature wise) which is more than you get at most fast food places. Their warmed up nacho cheese dip is the best in the world! High level customer service, Supported by Oskar, very helpful... I will be back again soon Thank you

I was in Irvine to take care of some business, and I went to Taco Bell for breakfast. And I am positively surprised. Fast and friendly service, very good food. I am sure I will visit you again. Best regards to all employees.

I love Taco Bell and I’m never disappointed when visiting the Irvine branch. Great service and fresh food. Staff are always lovely - on my last visit I was served by Bernie who was polite and attentive. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Irvine!

Went to the Taco Bell in Irvine and it did not disappoint lovely atmosphere the food was fab, I was served by Bernie and she was friendly helpful and a credit to the store, will be back just for her excellent customer service!

Forgotten items and some items were cold whilst some were hot? Extreme lack of filling in the food too and no cinnamon on the churros, £30 down and we’re still hungry - crazy!

There was a drink missing from one of the meals but otherwise everything was great.

Why bother reviews. Their called Taco [=]ell in the States. Why low grade food quality, cold food, pass out from starvation wait times, never receive what your full order you pay for, and if you have noticed they never ever reply to customers reviews with apology 🤔. Surprised the restaurant has lasted this long to be honest but that's convenience for people more than a quality establishment who could care less.

Everything I ordered was freezing I did not get my nacho sauce with my chicken nacho bites, there was only a tiny bit of nacho sauce over my chips with a massive chunk of sour sauce which made them worse cause also were freezing, worst Taco Bell I've had would na get a delivery again

Pains me to write this as I love coming to Taco Bell, the food is always incredible, but for some reason, I'm not sure I'm just that unlucky, or whether it's the service but there's ALWAYS something missing from the order. Be it a Taco from the box meal, or cheese sauce when getting chips / chicken nachos. It's quite disappointing, the food, quality prices, all sound. I just wish I get what I pay for.

If the The restaurant is advertised as shutting at 9.30pm on a Wednesday then I believe the restaurant should be open till 9.30pm. The restaurant has the ability to amend opening times. This isn't the first time this has happened! The restaurant was closed half an hour early

I ordered a Naked Chicken taco meal and a Nacho Cravings burrito but only got the tacos, I’m not sure how to contact you, so I’m leaving it as a review.

I waited over 2 hours for my food just to come cold the delivery time changed about 10 times each time longer and longer placed my order at 7:15 and never received until 9:24 absolute joke tried to get in contact and couldn’t will not be ordering again costumer service was terrible.

Order complete with no missing items. Unfortunately it was stone cold on arrival and had to be reheated. Was ok but would have been better without the reheat.

Delivery delayed by only 5 minutes, driver friendly and polite. Food wasn’t hot but wasn’t inedible. Needed a quick heat thru. Only one item wrong, beef instead of chicken, not the worst mistake. Rest of order tasty. Would order again.

The food was lukewarm and pretty disappointing to be honest. Server was friendly but I wouldn’t go back.

Was always very good initially, now the place always seems grubby, the food can be luke warm, you can't speak to someone and have your order taken unless you have cash. When I did have cash and used the counter my order number was shouted out, the tray was then flung on the counter and the person went back into the kitchen. Getting pretty poor.

Food was good, but none of the 4 different burritos that were ordered had any descriptive markings on the packaging. Made it a bit difficult to identify.

Man and woman came to my door with wrong delivery left my gate open kids let dog out it got out lucky she's home safe kids should have looked but unless those morons were born in a park you open gate you close it it's not rocket since there lucky my dog is OK

Ordered at 4.30 delivery time kept changing 7pm said it had been delivered, no it has not.

My order was wrong, I paid for a large beefy burrito meal and was given a small meal with a burrito containing chicken, no beef. I twice reiterated that I did not receive my meal and have still received no refund or feedback.

My girlfriend got hair in her food here, still rates it a 5/5 that’s how highly she rates this place! Was sitting in my car once, seen some little man playing heavy rap here, he looked kinda scared and perhaps he was playing a tough persona to hide some insecurities. I hope his crunchwrap supreme solved his impending worries. I don’t really fw the hard tacos like that, but the burritos are really good, i could probably eat two and be like “wow i’m kinda full” but yeah. Chips are good too, sometimes they come cold but this seems to be the norm in this god forsaken capitalist society.

Something was missing from my order

Absolutely fuming! First time I ordered it was delivered and the second time i waited nearly 2 hours so I cancelled it and they had a cheek to charge me £29 as a cancellation fee for the driver

small but lovely food place staff are lovely and quick food service about a 2min-5 min wait depending on order can do a good deal if u do a survey and get free chips, churros, or cinnamon twists

Ordered a delivery. Time kept changing for delivery then they actually delivered from wrong restaurant. Supposed to get taco bell. Driver arrives and hands over a bag. Close the door and hes left a mcdonalds which is actually freezing. Tried to call after him but he was off

Delivery time went from 7:45 and got delivered at 8:50pm , delivery driver drove round my street for 5mins and I had to stand outside and flag driver down to save driving round a third time

Food was amazing, the delivery guy was very nice. The nachos were seasoned a bit too much, it overpowered the taste of the cheese sauce and sour cream but other than that it was a 9/10

The time kept changing since the order

Given someone else's order with my sticker applied to the front of the bag..at first it wss to arrive at 3pm.. Arrived not far off 3.30pm.

Unfortunately every second order from Taco Bell results in a missing drink from meal deals and then my last order resulted in a missing drink AND a missing dessert!!! Usually Just Eat refund me for the missing items but not this time! So I’m never ordering from Just Eat again!

Unfortunately when we visited the restaurant was in an untidy condition, toilets weren’t overly tidy and urinals had a bit of a whiff. When you have an open kitchen that customers can see in unclogging cheese pump etc isn’t the best thing to watch. Food was ok and issues with no water etc were resolved.
