Taco Bell in North Ayrshire

Stood there for ages then ordered and found out they don't take 50s🤨

Order was all wrong. Won't be ordering take away again. Ordered 2 beef tacos, beef crunchwrap and the cheesy chicken quesadilla. Was given dry chicken on everything, quesadilla didn't have jalapeno sauce. Was shut by the time it was delivered. Poor

No fries delivered. Tried phoning restaurant numerous times no answer. Paid a lot of money for half a meal with absolutely no resolution

The time kept changing since the order

Given someone else's order with my sticker applied to the front of the bag..at first it wss to arrive at 3pm.. Arrived not far off 3.30pm.

Unfortunately every second order from Taco Bell results in a missing drink from meal deals and then my last order resulted in a missing drink AND a missing dessert!!! Usually Just Eat refund me for the missing items but not this time! So I’m never ordering from Just Eat again!

Love it all crunchy or soft, beef or chicken, cheesy fries what's not to love

Unfortunately when we visited the restaurant was in an untidy condition, toilets weren’t overly tidy and urinals had a bit of a whiff. When you have an open kitchen that customers can see in unclogging cheese pump etc isn’t the best thing to watch. Food was ok and issues with no water etc were resolved.

Food was great! I really enjoyed it!

Paid extra for priority delivery bit the crunchy Taco's came stone cold and broking into pieces. The crunchwrap supreme came slightly warm and soggy. Would not recommend.

Good food, staff excellent, very understanding of mess made by my young child and very polite.

In comparison to around 3 years ago when we last came. The standards of presentation and portion sizes has dropped drastically. It's nothing like what you see on the menu not even close. The flavour however is still fine but value for money isn't there. We spent 40 pounds on a meal for 3 of us ordering what we all like and expected alot more for the money. We've eaten and aside from myself are still hungry. Overall not an outstanding establishment but since we last visited the standards have dropped considerably. From the changes in packaging to the presentation and portion size of the meals. It's all dropped considerably. We most likely will just go to mcdonalds instead in future.

Food came out almost as soon I had finished the order. Incredibly lovely food. Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean space. Clean toilets 🚻

Very very small burrito and if that’s a large portion of chips I’d hate to see regular or small. I was hungry so I ate it, if it wasn’t a delivery it would get chucked right back in your face for you utter violation of human trust in what you advertise as to be true. Absolutely disgusted.

im leaving 0 stars for this order as it took over 2 hours to be delivered which resulted in me having to deal with 2 hungry angry children, when It did arrive all the food was cold and chips were beyond soggy, this was our treat take away and I feel it was a complete waste of time engery and money, would rather someone came and got it and gave me my money back

First time visit and I'll defo go back. Combo meal with burrito, fries, Taco, churros and a drink was surprisingly tasty and great value.

Dirty tables not being cleaned,sit in but we're given food in a paper bag with no napkins

ordered food and yous never called us to inform you had basically NONE of our order left and just substituted it all for rubbish that we don’t like or won’t eat? don’t accept an order if you don’t have the items to begin with. i want a full refund for the order and will be complaining to just eat also

Chips were cold and soggy, same with churros unacceptable for price.

spent 50 odd quid on food for the full order to be stone cold. its not even a wee bit warm, it's like been taken straight from the fridge and put in a bag

Kept changing the time and took an hour and half to come. Also one taco missing which was paid for.

My rice in my burrito was raw, my chips was cold and they got my order wrong. They gave me a crunchy burrito, sauce, salad and said they never got our order wrong because we didn’t have a receipt because the machine then when they noticed they got the order wrong they refused to fix it at all. The staff was rude about it as well, I honestly don’t recommend it at all ether go to McDonald’s or KFC the service and food will be so much better than this.

There was an accident on the road so it’s not the drivers fault

I wasn't happy with my order. There were items missing from my order and when I contacted the branch, all I was advised to do was request a refund. It didn't help that my food was cold when delivered too.

Do not purchase food for here it's bad I ordered a Quesadilla which compared with a other take away I get from most time was really bad expected this to be good as first time trying the restaurant so was excited but the taco bell quesadilla was tiny bits of chicken in a slop of sauce (if it was as cant tell what in this sauce mix) which was not nice plus got a dessert as always get them in Spain(the churros I mean? ) WOW that all I say the churros n cinnamon twists where not very good & very,very small for the price will never be back disappointed 😔

Was hardly anything in our items

Ordered the nachos last night and took them home. I often get the nachos as a treat and recently the salt/flavouring has been a bit heavy. Last night I had piles of it through the nachos couldn’t eat and had to brush some off so I could eat something, left most of it. I would have taken it back if I was sitting in but as I took it home I just wanted to enjoy it and rest for the night. I will ask for less salt/flavouring next time if there is a next time. Photo shows really dark area in the middle I love salt but this was just too much

Just went to gran some nachos but the salt/ spice was overload, it was as it the lid fell off the shaker and it was awful, and I like a lot of salt but this was crazy. If I hadn’t taken it as carry out I would have taken it back. Photo shows dark but in middle with overloaded salt/ flavouring

The best Taco Bell I've been to. Staff are lovely and super quick. Best thing for me is the chips are always well cooked, and the toilets are always in good condition. Only downside is the plugs don't always work for charging your phone.

Orderd the max £35 plus extra orderd 2 normal chunky beef and two chunky beef supreme got all four 4 normal beef with salad and no supreme with cheese or sour cream

Bought the deluxe box , food was disgusting taco and wrap fillings were just mush.The sweet you get with it was just as bad ,binned the lot.....save to say won't be back.

Was in here the other day, got some burritos, supposed to be a large and they are tiny, no way is this worth the money also the staff got the order wrong and forgot about items, I just can’t get over the size of what you get absolutely shocking, had to go over to McDonald’s after it.

Great meal and came swiftly. Is what I would have said if I’d even got it. Reviewing an order I didn’t even get. Obviously staff doing a bit of jiggery pokery with their just eat machine as they clearly couldn’t be arsed. Buzzing.

Forgot my cheese dip. 7 layer burrito was an absolute mess, couldn’t hold it without it falling apart. It also had sour cream in it when I asked for none. My tacos were both cold and overall was not worth £22. Tried to phone four times. And got hung up on. Terrible customer service, and I know because I work in fast food also.

It's ok, food is alright, but honestly, in my opinion, it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be as i have had better imo... I like the churos though, they were nice. That's just my opinion, though... if you like Mexican food, you can try it out.

I got someone else order. I order a crunchy taco got a soft one. Got churros I never ordered that were solid. Never got tub of sauce with my fries and got a chicken burrito instead if a spicy chicken craving burrito. How hard is it to focus on the correct order …

After being late, the food was stone cold. The crunchy taco wasn’t so crunchy. It was all soggy and stuck to the wrapper. The fries were so cold it was like they had just been defrosted from the freezer. And there was no caramel sauce with the churros to top it off.

Half items were missing, order was worth over £50 and we didn’t get the majority of what we had ordered

Feels very American, they keep the place clean and they have very good customer service, food isn't what I expected for the price but was still good.

Went for the first time, was ok, staff were informative, but never really cracked a smile or made you feel welcomed, service was prompt and food was quite good, but the tables were not cleaned properly and I put napkins on top of table before we ate, I would go back no problem due to the food, but would maybe use the drive through next time, just a shame about the lack of cheerful staff and cleanliness, which reflects on the atmosphere of the place aswell.
