Chips came cold and soaking wet chicken was soggy

Had the mixed starter, good selection. Nice packaging and above all tasty.

Great tasty food, good portions and pipping hot. Well packaged too with the sauce having clingfilm round the tub to stop leaks.

What I ordered has prawns in it my husband cannot eat prawns it bring him out in rash

Ordered food and noodles was cold and burnt and chicken curry was cold and rice was hard and curry sauce was runny was vile disgusting never use that restaurant again

Good sized portions, well packaged, piping hot and tasty!

Salt and chilli chips have came outside of the package just in the plastic bag and food is stone cold

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had, salt and chillie munch box has no flavour, chips taste reheated, ribs were fatty and very hard on the meat, chios were also burnt there is no way this can be classed as Chinese food

Food cold.. chicken chewy.. king po sauce was flavourless and watered down.. chips were reheats . Waited an hour and a half and it was disgusting!.. I've never put a bad review anywhere but had to for this one.. Avoid!!!

We’ve ordered from here a few times and the food is always delicious. Beef curry is so good and the gravy was spot on

Last few times i’ve ordered food has been terrible quality, boxes either wet or grease has dripped through chicken rubbery, chips soggy, rice was hard as a rock and the whole meal tasted like it had all been reheated. Delivery has always been a problem however tonight it was almost 2 hours later before it arrived, gave it another try as only chinese open on just eat, however will not be ordering again, £30 meal wasted

Really disappointed. The soup and the appetizer were ok, but the main course was completely flavourless. I thought I would give this restaurant another try but I won't be.ordering from them again.

I placed an order at half 7 said it would be delivered between 8.45 and 9 and had to phone the shop twice as it still was not here by half 9. The food was not good quality it was basically cold reheats. I had never had a problem before but was very disappointed tonight

I will never buy from this restaurant again,the chips weren't cooked, I found something in my food that just shouldn't have been there,the whole order was abysmal,I put almost everything in the bin except the prawn crackers

Food was terrible tonight, very disappointing. The noodles and rice were very over cooked to the point of soggy. Hardly any chips or curry sauce with my fried rice, chips, curry sauce combo.

Omitted one item from my order. Got an immediate refund from just eat.

the salt and chillie wings are to die for. Best crunch and flavour in the shire. ribs are very dry though. Still fab flavours in both

It was late but the food was delicious. when i phoned the shop the gentleman was apologetic and things do happen which I understand. The delivery driver also apologised . I would still order again as the food was so good.

My order was not right I asked for my food for my food not to be hot as I have a bad belly and it was to spicy and the chow mein had Vegetables and beansprouts

It actually never turned up!!! 8 hungry children waited over an hour and not even a phone call to say it wasn’t arriving!! I use just eat at home so tbey have all my details including my mobile number so absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication!! The restaurant could have contacted me to tell us there was an issue with location but I was also assured by staff at the caravan park that just eat is used for delivering here daily so appalling service from this restaurant

tasted good, salt n chilli chicken was a wee bit cold and chips were soggy but tasted really nice none the less, dog liked it aswell

Avoid this dump! Curry was tasteless. Salt and chilli Chips were burnt. Chow mein was just a box of mush. Very Overpriced and absolutely rank rotten, disgusting food.

Asked for no veg in noodles and curry as kids don’t like them, there was onions in curry and bean sprouts in noodles. Rice was hard and felt it had been sat for a while as the top was stuck like old rice does and chips were soggy and over all not the best. Normally have no issues with this place but the past couple times we ordered we haven’t been very impressed, thought it might have been a one off in the past but really not impressed at all.

1st time we've ever been dissapointed with the food and service from here. food was dry. delivery was so late. really surprised. Not happy tonight after always raving about how good you normally are.

Satay sauce wasn’t up to much and the ribs were missing from the munch box but other than that best Chinese I’ve had in Kilwinning thus far

everything was awful, cold, and I didn't even get what I was ordered! the chicken ball batter was hard as if it had been in the microwave instead of fresh, and I was sent plain ribs instead, the only thing that was okay was the prawn toast. and even then it was just alright.

An hour and a half to deliver one portion of bad tasting noodles and 2 cans of warm coca cola. "Driver is in your area" is what I got on the phone but somehow took an extra 20 minutes to be in "my area." Very disappointed as we normally have no problems with your restaurant.

Delivery driver was absolutely gorgeous

All the food we got was pretty bland and tastless. Loads of watery 'sauce' in the honey/garlic chicken. The 'crispy battered' chicken was soooo soggy and floating on sweet water with bits of garlic floating about. Never had a honey garlic chicken like it in my life, pretty inedible!!

Spare ribs so nice and good curry just abit to much salt

Salt and chilli munchy box was missing. Tried to wave driver down but was ignored. Phoned China Palace 7 times but rang out each time, I expect they were closed. 3 hungry kids. Had to do a trip to McDonalds as thats all that was open. Disappointed.

the salt and chillie chicken wings are to die for. the chicken wun tongs are a bit big to eat in one bite, very much value for.money. would defo recommend. top notch

Didn’t receive all of the chicken balls we ordered and there was hardly any curry sauce on the rice we ordered. Very disappointing tbh.
