My order never came but says it’s been delivered

Ordered large. Received a regular kebab.

The cheese burger had little to no cheese on it and the roll was very soggy

Food was delicious. Fresh & cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend. Best kebab I have ever tasted.

Worst Dürüm I've had in my life. Why so much meat? You are meant to eat it holding it in your hands, that thing weighed a ton and fell apart as soon as I tried to hold it. If you want to experience a real kebab place in Europe I'd suggest going anywhere but the UK. Poor quality.

The order was 45 mins late and food was cold and soggy.

Amazing food as always and even a free box of pakora into the bargain ! Highly recommend

The chips were over cooked and could have been warmer, otherwise great food.

Pizza burnt and dry. Phoned for replacement was told it would be 10 minutes waited 50! Replacement dry and I had to heat it up! Disgusting!

My lamb was dry and it was really chewy and I also had a small black round ball in my food that I accidentally ate and it was crunchy and tasted absolutely awful, I don't think it was supposed to be in there. And afterwards, I couldn't really taste much else except for that disgusting taste of the black thing.

Large pakora is very small when compared with Motherland and Jaipur. Not worth the extra money

Chicken tikka was very poorly prepared. Chips were very dry

Ordered chips cheese and donner and chicken pakora. The donner meat was unedible. So just ate the chips and cheese. And found black plastic type stuff through the chips and cheese. Won't be back

Only place I order from and they get a 46 pound order they can't get right but its my fault, Never again!!!

Never had food so bad the paper bag the pakora was in had dissolved. Pizza ordered wrong due to app asking me to pick pizza as first then ask for toppings 3x options later. Donner meat is pet food grade did not try chips as donner meat was on top

Pizzas used to be great, the 3 pizzas I ordered last night I thought I must have ordered from the wrong place, where terrible, the 4 seasons pizza was rotten and the other two were terrible also. Don't know what happened to the place.

I ordered Turkish delight pizza. Got 1 st delivery. ... wrong pizza. Called restaurant. 2nd pizza wrong. Got spicy chicken and doner..... gave up. Won't order again.. how is it possible to get 2 orders wrong..

Ordered chips cheese and dinner and I got stale chips and cheese but no dinner meat I rang several times and they hung up on me last time I’ll be ordering here

9” pizza sent in place of a 12” and even at that completely dried out and inedible. Chips were solid only good thing was the garlic sauce which will have come out a bottle. Thought would give a go seen as they are new but avoid at all costs!

Ordered a munchie box from here, came fast, sauce was good, so was the chicken pakora, however the chips were greasy, donner meat was like cardboard, and to top this all off I found a fingernail in my food. Never ordering from here again. Lucky I'm not calling a health inspector, disgusting. Wish I could get my money back.

Probably the worst kebab I've had anywhere, lack of meat just raw onions and about a gallon of chilli sauce, very poor

First time Came from Birmingham in sandy land holiday caravan park with family and order the large spicy chicken hoggie,chicken pakora,large chips cheese doner..food taste was great ,quick delivery..definitely will order everyday as long as we are here..

Just ordered a Deal 2 £10.95 consisting of 1 Original Doner,1chicken Doner,portion chips 2 cans Irn Bru,received original doner meat & chicken doner meat but certainty wasn't on a pitta!Have ordered before & was V happy but this was a let down slapped on a stale piece of pizza base that would have broke a Clydesdale Horses teeth! Last time I will be ordering from here!

Ordered banana fritters they arrived black and slimy called they said that’s normal no it’s not They sent another order of what I guess is supposed to be banana fritters box of mush 👎🏼

Amazing vegan pizza!!!!! Huge amount of toppings with delicious vegan cheese! I had the soy chilli chicken & my husband had the vegan sausage, both so delicious! Delighted to have access to such a great vegan takeaway on our doorstep

Had the misfortune of trying A1 German Doner Saltcoats last night, in all honesty it was the worst kebab I have ever tasted in my entire life. Why use the German name ? You are clearly deceiving the general public was false advertising. Their was nothing German style about the complete slop I was served last night , even the chips were inedible.🤨

Unbelievable. Ordered german mix kebab and it was absolutely Delicious, service is fast and good prices. Lots of veggie options and staff are very helpful. Definitely will return again.

Worst kebab ever , this is not a German Donner at any point , lahmacun is a pizza dough full of lettuce and something which taste very bad ( how you can selling this under lahmacun name ) , German Bread was soggy and without any taste , kebab meat ? Absolutely disgusting... hope you will close your business soon or you change your menu ...
