Hidden gem of Larkhall.....food is tremendous, staff are the friendliest you could ever find.....and the Peroni on draught is the best pint in ML9 👌

What you would expect and need from a walk-in Chinese takeaway... good food, made fast, very friendly staff.

Travelling from Yorkshire to Dunbarton it got to 9pm and we fancied fish and chips. Google told us this place wasn't far off the motorway and was worth a visit so we gave it a go. Excellent place! Good fish and chips (also only a fiver!). Delightful staff. The chippy is inside a corner shop! There are choc dips, scampi n lemon nik naks and a slush machine so you know its a quality gaff. Loved. Would come again if we didn't live 250 miles away.

Good food and drinks staff are extremely good and friendly.

We have been here many times before but this time was disappointing. Firstly, the chicken and rice soup I had for my starter was really delicious. Mainly our mains were fine but my husband’s pork roast was served with one Brussels sprout which was inedible so I gave him some of my large portion of brussells. There was no consistency and a lesson in making Yorkshire puddings wouldn’t go a miss. Two of us had desserts, mine was an ‘after eight’ thing which was awful and my sister had the pavlova which was crammed into a glass, presentation wasn’t great but she said it tasted ok. Our main gripe was the service, and prices, the staff were ok but the wait between courses was unacceptable. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention we paid £9.50 for a glass of wine which had we realised we would never have ordered , at least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!

Ordered family pizza, chips, mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks and it came to under £20. Staff were lovely and food was great value for money. Will be back. 10/10

I was at a function, and from everyone seated by 12 noon, it was 1pm before the buffet was ready, and even then the sausage rolls were tepid and the white bread sandwiches dry.

Ordered online. Stated 45 mins delivery and it showed up after 1 HR 40 mins. Not good enough with no explanation or advance warning. Got chicken satay and banana fritters. Chicken satay saturated with onions! I mean I like onions but not overloaded like it was. Would have been nice to have something other than onion like other takeaways do and a bit more sauce. Banana fritters came in the syrup so very soggy! Others give you a separate tub of syrup which works much better. Overall wouldn't order again **update half way through found a long hair in meal! Not mine!

Ordered salt and chilli chicken and went to bite into it and it was just pure string when to call the shop but can’t get through genuinely feel sick just looking at it

Our very favourite place to pop in for a treat and a coffee. Staff are wonderful and the cakes are to die for! Our week would not be the same if we didn’t visit!

We last visited The Music Room 5 years ago for a light lunch and decided to revisit the other day because we enjoyed ourselves the last time. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Alison or SuperAlly as we quickly realised. She was managing to run the bar very efficiently and make lunches in between. 👏 My wife had chips and a chicken and cheese toastie. I had home made lentil soup and a roll. Couldn’t believe it was only £2 for mine, it was lovely. We will certainly go back to The Music Room the next time we’re in Larkhall 👍

Arrived to be told they were only serving breakfast at 1030 am, which I thought was poor. Ordered 2 rolls n bacon and a can of juice pretty sure it was nearly £6 which is outrageous
