First time ordering fast delivery and food was decent thumbs up from me

Really good food! The fried rice with veg and the salt and pepper chips were to die for. Service was quick and straightforward too! Just a heads up, it’s cash only. But I highly recommend this place!! Best Chinese I’ve had in a while.

Food quality not as good as usual, fried rice was very stuck together big lumps of unmixed rice.

Food good, but not consistent. Tastes different every time

I would gave it a 0 star if it was possible. First time trying it, food tasted bad not fresh and chips were cold. Would not recommend it

1st time trying this place and wasn't disappointed. Got the beef curry and boiled rice. Nice and hot freshly made. Beef was lovely and soft. Will definitely be back

They have never heard of sweet and sour pork fried rice. Not a real Chinese

My daughter enjoys the food here but the customer service is poor. We ordered 2 meals and a side for 3 on the way home from a day out. The server read our order back to us and then told us we owed 15.65. We realised there was a meal missing after opening and phoned to be told they would need to find the ticket and would phone us back. As it’s 5 minutes to 9 I waited 5 then phoned to be told the same. I explained we were working tomorrow. When the server phoned back we were told it hadn’t been ordered! When we enquired about the price we were told it would have been £22 if it had been added. Won’t be using again

Just had a beef curry it was absolutely rank meat was fatty and had a slime texture to it the fried rice was stuck together I only gave it a one star because you can't give 0 stars this was always the best Chinese takeaway when I was a kid now it's rotten avoid at all costs

Some receipts are different then we are used to them, but over all very good food :).

Didn't look like much off a place from the outside, but really really enjoy the food, cheap and really tasty, usually a weekly takeaway from here... The food is fresh, large portions too, really great.

Giving it 3 stars because the food is actually quite nice but as a student £3.50 for one box of food is too costly. And also I had the same meals from there 3 days in a row and as a result I had very severe food poisoning which has put me off going there ever again if I’m honest. Which is a shame because the food is actually very good and I’m going to miss eating from here but at the same time it can’t get more than 3 stars if it had that much of an impact on me.

Used to be the best chinese takeaway in larkhall hands down, unfortunately sunrise takeaway has changed hands sometime in the last two years and it's absolutely positively gone down the pan in term's of quality, chips are cheep like you'd get at 2am at the only takeaway left open in town, curry has gone from what was once fantastic to is now pitiful(far too much curry powder), ribs are small lackluster and super expensive...all in all a real departure from its former glorious self....my rating has gone from 5 stars too let's just get pizza.

This used to be my favourite Chinese takeaway however it must have changed hands because that’s twice I’ve tried it and never again. My favourite was always curry, tried it not to my tasted, tried the sirloin steak which I love, never again the gravy was sweet and nothing like the previous owners,

Got a big order, and everything on it was was far to spicy to eat, like awful. All tasted the same

The most horrible and disgusting level of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited 1hour for a meal. “A meal” turned up it was wrong. Called them back to enquire got hung up on, called back they offered a refund yet no re cooked meal. It turns out they had never cooked our meal in the 1st place. They hung up 4 times - SHAMBLES. Should change the name - a shame as this branch was once a great takeaway

One of the better Chinese in Larkhall but got their salt n chilli munchy box and it was rank, mostly chips and a few dried up bits of chicken and ribs....dreadful for £13
