I was really wanting italian so I looked up 'italian' in Stonehaven and Gino's came up. We went there for lunch and it was great. The hot chocolate was amazing. the pasta dishes where all great everyone was happy with what they received. I'd happily return anytime =)

We get fish and chips from here most Fridays. I phone and order and pick it up at the same time each week. It's always ready, freshly cooked for me to take away. Delish!

Did a home delivery shop for a few days supplies and quite frankly the ready meals supplied were vial and cost in excess of 4 pound a hit! the balti was just spiced gravey with chicken, The beef strogonoff contained stringy beef in gravy that tasted of vinegar and was thrown out as tasted disgusting. Bought a fresh banoffee pie of which was drenched in thick gooey caramel type syrup that had a chemical taste to it with little banana to taste? threw that out simply because the amount of sugar made it vile to eat. And to top it off the veg that i bought of the fresh packet type was out of date the following day. Quality this isnt and prices are criminal.

Please read this and other recent reviews before parting with any money- Despite reading a few reviews on here where others had aired their disappointment, we were still excited to visit and sample the wonderful seafood on offer from the Seafood Bothy. However, this excitement was short lived. I chose the lobster and prawn roll. The roll was lovely, the box was full of salad but the seafood, the headliner of this dish, was sadly lacking. Two small pieces of lobster with about ten prawns which looked like they were previously frozen and could have been sourced from a local supermarket. The mayo wasn’t good quality either. My partner ordered the crab quiche which appeared as a shallow filled crab/egg filling in a pie case. I’m not sure this could be classed as a quiche. Nothing else in the bag. It did taste of crab though. On a positive note, the staff were lovely but I cannot help feeling that they are living on a past reputation. I don’t mind paying for good quality local produce which lives up to its reputation. This did not. Perhaps they should rename their van The Salad Shack as that’s what I got.

Can't dine in here. It's a takeaway. Has improved a lot the last year. Still not amazing, but certainly hits the spot when you can't be bothered cooking.
