Did a home delivery shop for a few days supplies and quite frankly the ready meals supplied were vial and cost in excess of 4 pound a hit! the balti was just spiced gravey with chicken, The beef strogonoff contained stringy beef in gravy that tasted of vinegar and was thrown out as tasted disgusting. Bought a fresh banoffee pie of which was drenched in thick gooey caramel type syrup that had a chemical taste to it with little banana to taste? threw that out simply because the amount of sugar made it vile to eat. And to top it off the veg that i bought of the fresh packet type was out of date the following day. Quality this isnt and prices are criminal.

I used the car wash yesterday and noticed from my previous visit (10 days ago) that the brushes do not fully clean the rear of the vehicle leaving the centre section dirty and more importantly leaving the number plate dirty. I informed the male member of staff when I went in who said' we know about that. We've told the owner nd they are not interested'. I asked him to inform them again and he was not interested. So despite paying for the gold wash at £6.99 it was a waste of money especially as when I got home the rear was dirty again and all the door sills had not been leaned either.

It's become a standing joke that if you go to Morrisons cafe you'll never be able to order your preferred meal because they'll have run out of most or all of the ingredients. I mean, they ran out of Christmas dinners before midday for goodness sake. The staff are friendly but we don't bother with the cafe any more.

Haven’t been in there for a while due to restrictions but had to be in Banchory for other reasons and did our shopping whilst in the town. We were impressed with range of stock for a smallish store, got everything we had on list plus a lot more! The prices are excellent as well. Another thing that has always impressed us about Morrison’s is how friendly the staff are, when we lived down south the same. Well done Morrison’s!

We used to eat here, or come for coffee and tea, every time we shopped in the adjoining store. We hadn't been in for 6 months because of travel restrictions and this time felt very different because of the extra C19 precautions, but if anything it was even better - with a wee surprise at the till! We'd opted for simple sausage, egg, chips and beans, with a cup of tea. This was nicely presented, well cooked and beautifully served. There have been some tweaks for the safety of customers and these include perspex partitions and table distancing. Good, British, fast grub for busy people. The surprise was that Morrisons are running a special half price offer til the end of August and we got the whole lot for £4! Amazing. I don't know whether there are time restrictions, because we never even noticed the offer, but even at double that it would have been good value.

Popped in for a few bits and pieces. Car park well maintained and easily navigated. Shelves well stocked and the store is clean. Staff present on the floor throughout the store. Used the self scan and was through in a second. Lovely shop and a pleasant experience.

Right next to where we stayed this little cafe was calling out for us to get coffee and cake. The cake offering was very good with lots of choice and the same with the drinks. Both were delicious - however, the service was so slow due to there being one member of staff trying to manage everything with a queue forming outside and orders coming in on an app. There needs to be more people helping.

Went in for a quick take away ice cream for me and the kids. There were 2 young girls behind the counter. 1 person was paying for their sit down meal and a mum and push chair were at the ice cream. Seemed to be struggling with Apple Pay and took an age to serve the ice cream. The other staffer was making coffees. A queue started forming and the mum left. Unfortunately I was ignored and the person who just walked on got served. I walked out and got served instantly next door. Not the first time happened in there. I won’t be back

Stayed here for just 1 night while exploring Balmoral and the local area. Room was lovely with a stunning view over the Loch. Even had time to try the golf which was a nice little course. Found the owners to be nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

Was having a family Christmas lunch there were 4 adults and 2 children, we were welcomed in,all proper procedures were adhered to, server asked about allergies before we ordered great but went down hill fast from there 3 of the adults had carvery we were asked what meats we wanted 2 wanted all 3 1 wanted gammon and turkey that was all we were asked. When the meal came she did not know what was on plate.Potatoes, vegetables etc were already on plate not in dishes to take what you wanted (as we were not asked what we wanted) the food was not even look warm and there were very full plates went back, it was not even asked when the server saw the full plates if there was a problem, as this was a Christmas family lunch and £60 we were very disappointed and would think twice about visiting again.
