Iwe was so disappointed in our order tonight, we had 2 jumbo haddock supper, 1 standard haddock single (they were all the same size) the fish was cooked but the batter was still soft not crispy at all, we also had portion of tattie fritters batter was the same and we had portion of onion rings WELL WHAT CAN I SAY batter was even sticking to the onion ring it was just a box full of grease they were TERRIBLE and who ever cooked the chips..... they was soft in the middle but chips was still white!!!!! Over £50 paid in my order and most of it went in the bin....I am very disappointed and usually tell people that this is the best chipper ....NOT ANYMORE!!!!! I wont be back 😡

Came as part of the Aberdeen Restaurant Week though we have been a few times before. Food was good-ample portions though it was for the special deal. Staff though mostly young were very professional and attentive. Only thing is menu never seems to have changed in all the years we have been going-could be doing with a revamp. Really nice hotel.

All freshly cooked, service was excellent, I've eaten a lot of Indian food but this was genuine cooked fresh food, not rushed to finish, table attendance non intrusive, better than a takeaway trust me

Shopping break with Family - offered taste of 2 wines before settling on a bottle of Chilean Merlot. Fish'n chips recommended - opted for beans instead of peas on the side

Came here for the first time since Covid and were VERY disappointed. We ordered hot drinks and cakes. The cakes came quickly and then we waited and waited for our drinks for about 15 mins, by which time the cakes had been almost finished. The rock cake was indeed rock hard too!! The staff seemed very unco-ordinated and one young waitress was just aimlessly going about. The tables were really close together again and you could hear the next tables full conversation-no privacy at all. The prices were also a lot higher than before as well-dearer than most other coffee shops. For example £9.99 for soup and a filled roll. Will think twice about returning-the whole experience put us off completely.

If your working in Dyce I fully recommend this place. Really good food. The place is spotless and modern. The team of ladies in the kitchen and on the counter are quick friendly and very professional. The Breakfast rolls and soup of the day are tremendous. Full of flavour. You can tell they don’t scrimp on the quality of produce. The PHILLY cheese steak ciabatta is immense. I’m up here for 2 more weeks and I certainly will be getting my breakfast/lunch from here most days.

Hello , I was at the coffee shop place and the cashier refused a Scottish paper £5 note, these notes are still in circulation , it is only Bank of England notes that were removed from circulation. Would appreciate that you let staff know that Scottish paper £ 5 notes are still in use. Many Thanks

Inside a great Premier Inn I think this restaurant sometimes goes unnoticed. We have eaten here several times and the food is pretty good, service is also good and the prices are mid range. My complaint would be that it does not open until 6pm If you have an early flight you want to be eating early and 6 is a bit too late I would like it to open earlier.
