Inside a great Premier Inn I think this restaurant sometimes goes unnoticed. We have eaten here several times and the food is pretty good, service is also good and the prices are mid range. My complaint would be that it does not open until 6pm If you have an early flight you want to be eating early and 6 is a bit too late I would like it to open earlier.

Your door secretary staff need to treat customer's with better respect, I am a member and I was sober and well dressed and the door secretary turned me away and this is the third time so I am going to take my custom elsewhere if that happens again.

The first time we were here everything was perfect, so left a good review. The second time things were a bit lacking, and they didn't respect the two minute silence for remembrance Sunday which really upset us, but we didn't change the review. We decided to give them another chance, we booked the table for 11am and turned up a couple minutes early, there were people getting seated with no booking which is fair enough, but when our drinks arrived (don't expect to get decaff coffee as although they do a fantastic decaff it's often sold out, which it was when we requested it) almost half an hour after we sat down we weren't too impressed. The staff member did apologise when he took our order and said they were unexpectedly short staffed, but why continue to take walk ins if you can't cope with the customers who have already booked? Our food arrived at 12 o'clock, an hour after our booking, and it wasn't worth waiting on. It wasn't bad, but it's been better. They'll probably be glad to hear we won't be back.

Ordered a delivery through Just Eat. Didn’t even get 1/2 of an item ordered. When rang the shop, the staff told, another packet is still on the shelf. Then asked me to contact the just eat. So I had to spent another 20 minutes to sort that out and didn’t get enough to eat. Why do the customers need to contact the delivery agency for their mistake? Very upsetting
