I am DONE with Pepe’s. The food? Yeah, it’s great—when you actually get what you ordered. But the service? Absolutely shocking.
The staff act like they’re doing you a favour by taking your money. Miserable faces, no customer skills, no effort. It’s like they’re allergic to basic courtesy.
And the cherry on top? They get the order wrong ALL. THE. TIME. I’m not talking once or twice—this is a regular thing. How hard is it to repeat the order back? It’s takeaway, not rocket science!
It’s beyond frustrating when you’re looking forward to your food, only to get home and find they’ve messed it up again. I’m sick of it.
You’ve got great food, Pepe’s, but your service is an absolute joke. FIX IT.
What a view from this lovely cafe, well worth a visit even just for that! Grabbed a coffee, pot of tea and sampled their cakes, which were pretty delicious. Chocolate cake and a slice of banoffee pie
I had my retirement get together here last weekend , can't thank the owners and staff enough for a great service and the buffet was excellent , Thank you all in the Cree Inn
We stopped here on the way to Kippford. We knew we had stumbled on a gem when we saw how busy it was.
The food was tasty, service was pleasant and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
Was greeted at the counter with a very rude staff member, whom very cheeky “no more hot food “ , there is ways to speak to the customer and that was not it . It was our first visit there and it will be the last
From the minute we stepped through the door, service was great from the young team, food was excellent , I had a meat like Platter with olives ,cheese and salad, homemade Garlic bread followed by Spahetti Bolognaise, Huge Portion and Garlic Bread that I had never seen or tasted before washed down with water and a lovely bottle of Zinfadel Rose wine , Absolutely delicious, Compliments to the Chefs and the Kp. Will definitely be back .Two very food Coma'd people and definately worth every penny for the atmosphere. Definitely phone up and book first. They also have just opened up Takeaway as so busy. Very Clean Restaurant also.

Ordered food last night, got too say very disappointing. I had a special curry which looked and tasted completely different from last time. It had a layer of oil sitting on top which was nasty and the sauce was so thin. My rice was so soggy it came out the dish in one solid block. My mother ordered salt & pepper king prawn which found to be under cooked, not good at all. The only dish that was enjoyed a special pork rice by my wife. To top all this off they also messaged up our order forgetting to put items in. I phoned complained and they apologiesed and sent the items back out but the time this arrived everyone was finished are weren't interested. Won't be coming back very disappointing!!!

The mango and lime is absolutely disgusting, someone’s review said it smelt like vomit and wow was it accurate. I couldn’t believe it when I opened the bag, how you could prepare and serve that without questioning the recipie. The spicy chicken burger was very average. Garlic mayo tasted of literally nothing. Chilli cheese bites also had very little taste. The drinks are 1000% watered down. The only good part of this meal was the curly fries they was 10/10 but everything other than the chicken burger, I wouldn’t feed to my dog. What a let down, save your money everyone.
Food was so disappointing, we waited an hour for the starters, lettuce on the Asian salad was brown and wilting.
On the mains chicken supreme ok but others gelatinous sauces.. so poor considering time we waited and hefty prices.
No atmosphere-bright and bare.
Reminiscent of Scotland in 1980s.
