The best restaurants in Eilean a' Chèo Highland Highlands and Islands

We went for a drink and to check it out for a meal another day. Drinks were the most expensive we bought on Skye (£9.90 for a pint and a half of cask ale) and sadly weren't that great I'm sorry to say. Location is lovely but we didn't return to dine.

Restaurant - the worst service and one of the meals was actually one of the worst we have experienced in Scotland. Dry tasteless pie and cold chips - avoid at all costs.

The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptionally friendly. The restaurant doesn't deserve a bad review! Upon arrival, we were seated immediately, and our drinks and meals (starter and main course) were served promptly. The young server did a great job! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Kyleakin es un pequeño pueblo desde donde puedes explorar la Isla de Skye, y que tiene una maravillosa vista costera. Como todo pueblo pequeño, las opciones para comer son pocas, así que visitar este restaurante se convierte casi en una "necesidad". Comida casera, sabrosa y cumplidora. Mejor reservar si se quiere ir a hora "punta"; porque además de turistas, también los locales suelen ir.

Too expensive, taste horrible Don't go. It's really terrible and expensive.

We stayed in the accommodation next door and had dinner and breakfast here. Food was fantastic. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in any Hotel. I had the full breakfast and my Husband had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. The staff are lovely and treated our dogs well. We have already recommended this place to family and friends.

El pescado estaba bien. Pero las patatas fritas eran basura y parecían sobras de ayer y se calentaron varias veces.

One of the few places that will give you food after 8pm in Skye. Their salt and pepper chips were good, but I did not love their egg fried rice which was very reheated if you know what I mean. Still I am grateful they were open.

The fab cinnamon buns elevated our coffee stop from great to awesome! Other really yummy cakes are available. Oh, and the vegan tomato pizza swirl looked great too if you fancy a savoury.

Not one healthy item on the menu. Lots of loaded fries options. If you don’t eat fry food, you won’t find anything on the menu. In the upside the bartender and staff are super friendly. Get yourself a drambuie and relax.

Nice hard working folks who make great food. I had the beef chili and was as good as any in Texas! My wife had the Mac and cheese and really liked it.

As we didn't get any. Found it really hard to find anywhere for lunch. And despite the website saying they do lunch and having a lunch menu and the outside of the building saying lunch 12-2, when we went in.. Asked if they were open for lunch. No.

Worst meal I've ever had in a restaurant. Too expensive for what's on the plate. It doesn’t even look like the pictures on Google and the taste was not good at all, I couldn't even finish my salmon.
