The best restaurants in Glasgow and Surrounding

This is by far the best place for pizza in the whole of Scotland! The staff are adorable, reasonable prices and banter top notch. No pizza will ever compare to Basta!

My husband and I have been big fans for many years, so it really was a no-brainer to do a bulk order from them for our wedding this past December. They were great with arranging our order (several months in advance), and on pick up day everything was carefully packed and ready to go. Our guests absolutely loved all the treats. "Best wedding dessert ever" and they are still raving 3 months on! As you can probably see in the picture, some were snagged before our reception even started. Thank goodness my MoH snagged some for us to eat later that night! So, massive thank you to the Big Bear Team for making a special treat for our big day. We love every chance we get to visit!

Cute place but £5.40 for an iced mocha, when all the chocolate got stuck at the bottom so couldn’t actually drink it…

We've visited quite a few times now always using itison vouchers. Food is decent and service is generally really good. We always come away talking about the same member of staff. She never smiles, looks really unhappy about working there and makes you feel like it's your privilege they're allowing you to eat in there. I'm guessing she's the owners daughter or something because she clearly lacks hospitality skills. It doesn't put us off going, in fact we've turned her into a source of our amusement.

By far the best pizza in the Southside of Glasgow. This place could stand tall on its food alone but with the addition of the funky retro atmosphere and awesome rock music it's an instant winner. If it was easier to get a table I would eat here every weekend.

Had voucher for afternoon tea for 4 cafe said cannot book table as they closing Saturday 29 th March ,so takeaway ordered !shocked they charging 10 pounds for takeaway trays !after all they would have to set table supply tea and clear up if we had dined!!!

Been ordering via delivery from this place for years and actually went in for the first time as I was passing by the other week. Adam the owner is a true gent and values his customers old and new. You can tell he really cares about his output as the food is CONSISTENTLY hot and fresh. He will always call if there is an issue and one time he took it upon himself to send a delivery driver out AGAIN with a fresh order after he got lost and couldn't find our address the first time. Had the Park burger and a couple of pints. Great food. Chef was chatty and available. A well attended bar that does traditional music nights too.

Definitely not a Malaysian restaurant. The food is disappointing and not recommended if you crave for Malaysian food. It is more HK food.

Excellent, tasty, fresh fish and chips. Fairly priced, and the owner is a nice gentleman. Only complaint is it would be better if you increased the amount of chips per portion.
