Coffee is good but oh man the pizza is the best I've had.

Lovely fresh food served by friendly staff in a really relaxed atmosphere!

Gorgeous food at a reasonable price. Atmosphere is lovely and the service was really efficient. Can’t wait to go back to try other dishes.

Cibo is a fantastic place that caters for you all day. That’s something that might put some people off but they really do it well here. The food is great. It’s reasonably priced and in generous portions. The service is friendly and very efficient. It’s well worth a visit. Suggest booking a table if you’re going in the evening as it’s a popular place.

Been there for a long time but is getting too busy to get any table so become pointless, the guy said we need a booking to get a table on the terrace but they don't have a booking system, first time I hear that 😂 Update 2024 CIBO DaVia: went there for a pizza with pistacchio pesto, opened the pizza at home the only pistacchio I found were few bits of nuts on the top (love to see they improved 😂)

Cibo, Michael and the team offer a phenomenal scene in the southside. Cibo is perfect for all events, catch up coffee with a friend, evening events, brunches and family dinners. It is our go to spot, and the team feels like one big family. Much love to Cibo! Adam & Loriane

Such a nice restaurant. Didn't even know it was so local. Great food and atmosphere. And lovely staff.

Lovely little coffee shop on Victoria Road, only a 2 minute walk from the park so great if you want a coffee and a walk. They also offer seating both inside and outside for those rare occasions that the Scottish weather holds up. I had both their Americano for my walk, then came back for a Capuchinno and some cake. The Carese Cake (Almonds and Chocolate) was lovely and complimented the coffee well. My friend has the Apple cake, and although tasty could have done with being crisper and with more cinnamon, however this is personal preference. Over all a great place, that is also Dog Friend (10/10 for that), and of course I 'left the gun but took the Cannoli' to go.

I ordered the la chaira or whatever it’s called. Sausage panini. Have to say it’s was pretty disgusting….sausage didn’t taste that nice and the flavours didn’t go well together in my opinion. I was charged £9 for this. Well it said £6.50 and I bought a can of coke as well. Don’t let my review turn you away though because there did look to be other nice stuff there so will definitely give it another chance and try something else next time.

Food was wonderful. Excellent service, great chill place, didn't feel rushed to leave.

For someone from central Italy, Cibo’s pizza will easily gain the top spot in Glasgow. Nice menu featuring both authentic Italian and well crafted Scottish-Italian dishes. The Rigatoni are a must try. Relaxed atmosphere, great drinks and a very informal vibe. A gem.

Wonderful experience. Been a few times before, but this visit compelled me to post a review. Locally owned, expertly sourced, well hosted. I arrived late - after the kitchen had closed - but when I ordered my lovely glass of wine, they offered me some tasty, briney olives and a plump rosemary focaccia. It's like being on holiday, and a perfect tribute to Glasgow's strong Italian connection. Cannot recommend enough.

What a great experience I have had ! I was walking past and asked if was still open, they said they shut 10 minutes ago but didn't want to see me go hungry so they made me a pizza ! The chef and owner was so down to earth and lovely people to talk too !! The pizza was honestly the best pizza I have ever tried. I wish them all the best in the future and defiantly wil be returning next time I return to Glasgow !!

Amazing authentic Italian food. This cafe/restaurant is easily one of the best places for Italian food in Glasgow. Brilliant selection of pasta, pizza, cakes and drinks. The staff are brilliant. Really nice relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food never lasts long enough for me to take a photo!!

Elane was amazing with great customer care, food was brilliant even though with restricted diet.

The new expanded food menu is yet another back of the net triumph and you don’t have to be a food blogger or even an actual expert to know the that food is quality, fresh and delicious. What do you mean you haven’t yet been?

Amazing food in here and I was really happy that they altered a dish to make it vegetarian for me. The service was quick and friendly and was good value for money. Great selection of wines as well!

I recommend this place highly if you want to taste original Italian food. I had rigatoni all’amatriciana: I think you can find only in Rome amatriciana like that. The pasta was cooked to perfection and they used guanciale (as in the original recipe) making the quality/price very good. Portions are generous too. Service was excellent and fast. I felt very welcome. Bravi!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Cibo today. Never been before and will definitely be back. My friend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, very friendly and polite. We ordered at the bar and was told she would bring the coffees over. A few minutes later they arrived and they were perfect. Very nice coffee. The atmosphere is lovely with the staff chatting to customers, laughing and they seem to really enjoy working there. We ordered more coffee and I got the bruschetta which was delicious and so much fresh tomato. Was perfect Will definitely be back and would highly recommend popping in for a coffee and an welcoming and friendly atmosphere. 10 out of 10.

Finally managed to arrive at this fabulous venue when it is open with space available! Authentic and delicious food served by knowledgeable and attentive staff. Can’t wait to come back and share with family and friends ❤️

This is a fantastic cafe and restaurant. I have been twice with my daughter, the first time we had coffee and pastries, the second time we tried the pizza which was really tasty and a glass of wine each. The service was amazing and a lovely atmosphere. It's a real bonus for me that it is dog friendly and my collie got cip service too! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Went there for dinner with 4 adults a baby and a 3 year old! The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were really friendly as well as being great with my 3 year old!

Amazing addition to the new Victoria Road scene which is making Govanhill the place to be in Glasgow! Michael and staff always look out for us but make everyone so welcome. Although the menu is small the food is fresh and delicious and the coffee is the best! Thanks guys John & Ronnie

My friend paused after her third bite, sat back and said "this is the best sandwich I've ever had in my life"...! Was the first one on the list.

Needs some work done to it in all aspects, especially service.

Came here for lunch with a friend and our babies. The staff were really helpful and kind as well as interacting so delightfully with the babies. The food was excellent also. One downside was no baby change facility in the one toilet so I had to change him in the floor.

Unfortunately a series of embarrassments characterise my 15-min experience. First I got embarrassed by a waitress' comment and decided to leave as swiftly as possible. Then the cashier was unprofessional. Last I got charged more than what was indicated on the board. I wanted to leave asap so didn't ask.

Me and my family came here, whilst passing through Glasgow. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! The staff really went the extra mile and we'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone there. It can be tricky with a toddler sometimes to find somewhere suitable but we were made to feel very welcome and loved it! We'll definitely be back, if we are in Glasgow again. It's also in a fantastic location. So if you're looking for great food and service, look no further! I didn't have coffee so I can't vouch for that but somebody next to me did and it looked and smelled fantastic!

My fave place on Vicky road! My go to for coffee, food and cocktails. Staff are 10/10, always a buzz about the place and super welcoming. It’s really brought such a nice feel to Vicky road and loved by the community :)

Really enjoyed my brunch at CIBO. Food was delicious and the staff were friendly and did not rush you out the door. The coffee was very good too. You can purchase Italian food items from the deli section. A great option if you are looking for a bite to eat in the southside.

Very tasty. I think I would have preferred Basil with my Brucetta and Burrata, instead of or together with the pea shoots. However, it is Winter and such summer ingredients are probably hard to come by.

This is my favourite cafe in the local area. The coffee is lovely, the staff are so friendly and the cafe itself has been done up really nicely. It's my first choice as a place to go go for lunch or coffee with friends or even just to study. So glad to have it right on my doorstep!

Had a raging argument with my parents granny and neighbour and this is where I went in my time of need. I was offered water and tissues and got a free chicken sandwich off of someone else’s plate. Really helped me put all my problems in perspective and made me realise that I am going to go ahead with spending the entirety of my future inheritance money on building house-sized, remote controlled animatronic versions of The Chuckle Brothers outside my flat that hang my laundry for me on command. It is a sensible decision and my parents are haters. Thank you CIBO!

Seen a Tik tok of this place regarding the too good to go bag! God smacked, £4 for a poxy roll when those bags are meant to help folk out and this place is ripping them off. Scandalous

Stunning plate of food this afternoon by the staff at cibo. Myself and my wife wanted salads and asked about menu alternatives. Immediately offered amazing, freshly prepared alternative which was just stunningly delicious. Don’t walk past!

Quite possibly the best decaffeinated Americano I have ever tasted. And I’ve tried a lot. The staff are lovely and friendly too.

Delicious lunch for 6 prepared in good time and with high quality ingredients. Lots of drink choices, and great cannolis. Staff very friendly, especially the chef from Italy. We will be back.

Went there with family n kid to grab coffee at 5.13 pm. Cafe was operating as usual. I was told that they are closing down. Google shows time open till 6pm.

A nice wee deli near Queens Park with a genuine Italian feel and space outside for your expression and big fat cannoli. Some off the beaten track authentic delights e.g. Amarena Fabbri and choice Balsamic vinegar.
