Chargrill is a hidden gem in my opinion, come here so often and has yet to disappoint. Staff are so friendly and easy to chat to and food speaks for itself. Everyone needs to get themselves along to try this place and i highly recommend trying the burgers on option!

This place must have changed hands. From being the best to the absolute worst. Never mind the bad curry (watery bland rubbish) , it was not tikka chicken ( despite being talked into the extra cost) no sauce with pakora and no spices onions and popadoms that I had ordered. Dreadful. Probably just had THE best chicken karahi I’ve ever had. Honestly amazing curry. Ok, I didn’t get rice or popadoms but they were rushed off their feet. Defo be back again.

It taste nice but absolutely not as you ordered from the shop(we had a delivery) it was just warm and took 75 minutes to arrive

The “manager” if you can call him that was a joke ! They messed up the order that we waited two hours for . When confronted about it he immediately got defensive raised his voice and swore ! Refused to remake or refund the order . Clearly has a wee god complex . Complaints have been made about him ! Disgusting service from a “manager” but by the looks of the chaos he’s not managing anything .

Thought we’d try this place as heard there were new owners. Salt & chilli chips were soggy (with not much salt & chilli to them), beef was very tough, chicken balls doughy and the gravy too salty. Rated 2 stars instead of 1 as the one plus was the best prawn crackers I’ve had in the area - probably the only thing I’d return for.

This is the worst McDonald's ever fact stale food ,no sauces no straws waste of money absolutely disgraceful.....plus zero customer service ....whole place is awful

Poor table service. Overpriced poor food. Menu not as advertised on website. Staff not happy when questioned about menu. Terrible service. Shame as used to be a lovely wee cafe.

Thought we would give Hotwok one last chance but sorry to say never again. Chips reheated but still cold, rice reheated and sticky, sauce spicey but tasted of powder. Still putting huge chunks of onion in to cut back on actual ordered ingredients. Only bonus was it was hot.

They have machines 😱, great for the young, but when you look around its 50s and over. Order came too quickly, we'd only just sat down. When we wanted another drink we had to queue again, it was soooo long, so my friend went to the food hall, purchased two drinks and sat and had that instead . Won't come back again, it's just about cutting costs, it's so impersonal, impracticable for the older generation, very disappointed.

Awful, ordered a boneless banquet and received chicken wings. As well as missing sides and dip. Entirely disappointing as I usually enjoy a kfc. Have had some bad experiences with the dumbarton branch. Either management needs to get involved or this branch needs to shut down.

Waited 2 hours for soggy chips, soggy burger bun and soggy oinion rings. Overpriced is an understatement. Wouldn't recommend.

Rank Rotten, a cheek to take money for the garbage they sell. Batter full of grease, chips cold, this place has gone downhill rapidly
