Order placed 1128pm through lomond eats latest delivery 1225am. Phoned when notification of order complete at 1230am to be told is just leaving the shop it's now 105am still not here. Will never order again absolutely useless. Just phoned ringing out.

By far the worst kebab 'shop' ever. Chips absolutely horrendous. Kebab meat the worst I've ever had. Called the shop and all i could hear was shouting and swearing. My order took an hour and a half. Don't order from here. Chips cheese kabab meat £11. Wouldn't give it away for free. Absolutely disgusting. If i could give ZERO I absolutely would

Ordered a half and half pizza - came with toppings mixed all over - phoned back and they wouldn’t replace it even though it was their fault - I didn’t like the other toppings but girlfriend tried to eat some of it - RAW dough - absolute shambles of a place.

Took over an hour to deliver a pizza and a donner kebab - what turned up was donner meat and chips no salad or sauce even though I was asked about it, also no pitta bread, pizza dough wasn't nice either, phoned and was asked if I wanted salad and sauce delivered, well no I wanted a donner kebab not a nice attitude either, £17 of food straight in the bin that's how bad it was PS the menu is now in the bin also!

Allegedly open until 1:25am on Saturday evenings, yet they don’t accept orders at 12am? Yous just sitting there buzzing to get home?

Ordered the Hot Chicken Pizza and it was delicious and fresh 😋 throughly recommend and delivery was very quick 👌

This place is honestly dreadful. Ordered two pizzas from just eat and both came with raw dough. Rang up to ask about resolving it and was met with insults and demeaning comments. We were told to bring the food back and we may get a new pizza, but we just want a refund for our money because the pizzas were inedible and the service we had received was incredibly negative. We were then swore at multiple times and shouted at down the phone, before the man then hung up on us! Never before have I experienced that sort of service and I am astonished that the place is still in business!

DO NOT ORDER! Would you eat this? Just moved here, first takeaway and WOW what a great start to the area.. Greaseproof paper had melted into the food. Pizza was RAW dough. "Hoggie" if you can call it that was a cold Pita, Leftover donner, stale overcooked chips, RAW onion and no cheese. Called up and was abruptly hung up on. Getting my money back via Just eat. First and last time. Absolute joke.

Usually go in on a Saturday night with friends n spend a minimum of 40 quid phoned a delivery n wouldn't even let me off with 20p when cash mechanic was broken SHOCKING 🤯

***AVOID*** Ordered a pizza last night for my son and although it arrived promptly, the pizza dough was still raw and had basically no sauce on the base. Phoned to let them know and was told, “We use a different kind of dough so it can be that way.” HAHAHA aye nae bother 😂 Won’t be back and I’m telling everyone I know about you lot ✊💦

Uncooked, doughy pizza base that was inedible. We called the restaurant, requesting a replacement and receive a rude attitude and unjust tones. When we realised we would not be receiving a replacement meal we asked for a refund for our order and the man on the phone responded with "I will give you nothing". Disgraceful and unprofessional behavior, we will never order from here again. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AND WISH FOR AN APPROPRIATE MEAL OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

SO RUDE WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! we order from here all the time and we have never had any problems but when we called to let them know our delivery had come without any of the sauces we had paid for I got nothing but cheek! telling me I am lying and "i am very shameful for complaining over a couple of sauces but he'll send them.out anyway"! erm no pal I've spent £30 just today on food from you including £3 delivery the least you can do is put ALL of my order in to be delivered!! and if you've forgotten to put them in the bag, then okay fair enough but dont dare lie and make out I'm a liar! why would I call up and lie about sauce? very very rude, very unprofessional and I will NEVER order again! We only ordered a portion of vegetable pakora just as a quick nibble on a Thursday night - it was extremely tasty, quite spicy and good value - just perfect. We will certainly be back.

Cold food. Sparse portion. I asked for a hoagie which I’m pretty sure includes cheese. IT DID NOT unless you class a square inch of cheese, and that’s being generous, which they most certainly were not. I get it was not the most expensive dish on the menu, but come on!!! If I ask for a hoagie, please, please, give me some cheese. Utterly revolting stone cold offering of what they pass off as a dish. My family order here frequently. Certainly won’t be again. Appalling customer service. Rude staff, generally pretty disgusting excuse for a food establishment. Much better local places to choose from. AVOID!

Ordered chicken burger with Mayo salad came covered in burger sauce called shop to be told all burgers come with this not stated menu total waste of money and no satisfaction off the server/owner DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give this place minus stars I would. First experience of this takeaway and kicking myself for not reading the reviews before hand. Ordered a pizza and small chicken tikka kebab. Pizza was average, however the kebab had no salad (unless the few strands of cabbage was it) and no pitta bread. So £6 for a few bits of chicken swimming in sauce. Worst takeaway I’ve had in a long time. Will not be back.

Absolutely shocking. Have ordered here a few times usually because it’s the only place open. Have waited 2 hours for a delivery which never came and when we phoned the restaurant the man who answered the phone shouted at us and said they never received our order on just eat (even though they had confirmed it and said it was out for delivery). Ordered again tonight despite this terrible experience we thought we’d give them another chance but once again we were disappointed. Food took an hour and 40 mins, was missing items and food quality was terrible. Tried to phone the restaurant multiple times and got no answer. Will not be giving this place a third chance.

We Ordered 16" 4 in 1 deal AVOID. £17.50 for an doughy pizza, Literally 3 bits of pakora and half the small box of chips. Everything was also cold.Also said it was out for delivery only for it to be delivered nearly 40 minutes later.. won't be ordering from here again.. shocking

2 stars for how clean the food is. But unfortunately that's it. Just under £15 for a munchie box and we have more than half the box full of chips and less than a small child's handful of kabbab meat.

Avoid at all cost. Daughter ordered a takeaway just before 11pm which never arrived. Stayed up until 01.30 am . Phoned the next day and was met with a barrage of insults also called us liars. I've also noticed a good few reviews with the exact same things happening to other customers. Absolutely disgusting what they do. I've wrote a email to complain to just eat.

Waiting over 90 minutes for order. When I called up, very rude customer service blaming it on our postcode... He didn't know where it was. Still waiting 2 hours later. Would not recommend. They didn't even phone up to say that they where having difficulty with delivery.

Firstly I complained because they make a charge for paying by card. Then I paid cash. A couple of minutes later I was told it would be 15/20 minutes, I said I can’t wait, can I have my money back. They refused. He then accused me, very rudely and very aggressively, of being rude!!! I did complain re charges and time to wait and I did say I won’t be back. He then went into a rant, don’t come back because you won’t be served! Would you trust someone cooking your dinner after that? So they have my money and I have no dinner. 😢

Order placed on Thursday before 9pm. Waited 94 minutes for cold calzone and warm cola. My advice Pay on delivery.

Ordered a kebab to get me through a late shift, sorely disappointed! Burnt naan to start, followed by a salad made of 99% raw onion and finished off with a pile of raw donner meat hidden under cooked meat. Hands down the worst fast food I've ever had!

Waited over a hour for under cooked food and bits missing and the pizza had few bits mince and loads cheese called up to say abot this and the gent said I was lieing so I have posted pic off the chicken pakora they send out stay

Really disappointed in the service from the shop tonight. Use this all the time and usually have no issue. It might seem trival but ordered sauce to go with food. When contacted the shop and asked for it would be delivered ASAP. Phone back about 30 mins still hadn't left the shop asked if I could get a fresh portion as tge food was cold and was REFUSED. it will be the last time ordering from here!!!!

Kebab size changes every time as does the pakora. Lamb shish not cooked last time and its the more expensive part

Ordered meal b for 2 after having the starters had main meals both were watery and tasteless won't be going back there.

Bought chips and cheese with kebab sauce, was drenched in a deep reddy pink sauce (not my idea of kebab sauce) was 4 quid and didn’t have a lot of cheese, as a chips and cheese Connoisseur I was disappointed with my late night feast. Guys were nice enough but just disappointed

What has happened to this place? Used to be my go to and after some time thought I would have my first take away in a while. The food was below average but the prices and portion sizes are beyond a joke, Meat feast?? Where was the toppings?? and don't ask for donner meat on a pizza as you only get a couple of cut up chunks pretty much none at all and the chicken pakora used to be excellent and you could tell it was fresh chicken now just average pakora, £8.10 for pakora that was average and the size of a regular at nearly every other restaurant is absolutely ridiculous and the pakora sauce was horrible no taste and like water. It honestly feels like this place now only cares about making average food and small portions to make money. Shame really as it used to be my go to, won't be back again and advise everyone to stay away until they sort themselves out

was really disappointed to get a chicken buryanni last night to find we had to hunt the chicken we eat from here all the time and have never had any problems but last nights buryanni was disappointing wont get another from here

Normally the best food in town.....bought 2 chicken korma and both tasted of nothing....so disappointed as usually great ..wont be back ...

Not enough meat on the kebabs as there use to be go to a different shop not this one's not through the money

The place does good food however the opening times are completely wrong, if you say you're going to be open until 0130 then you should be serving food until that time, if not then reduce you're opening times

Just got a special wrap it was edible not a lot of sauce on meal normally get a tub of sauce and half a dozen chips defo not a bargain chargrill
