Food covered in what looked like a full bottle of sauce making food freezing once delivered

I ordered a buttered l masala, lamb tikka but got chicken. I hate chicken. if I could not leave a star I'd have left zero

Just ordered a pizza and it’s came cold contacted them to say and the guy I spoke to said it’s in a heated bag. To which I replied back saying it’s cold.. I usually do order and food has been fine up until now

Second time order was lacking in portion size and even using spice of life for over 10 years I’m still not getting likes acknowledged

The food last night wasn’t good. The curry had a sour taste , pakora was soggy and the poppadoms smashed in to tiny pieces. I’ve used this takeaway for a while and it’s usually good but the last 3 orders have been rubbish. It’s gone downhill.

Excellent food, slight disappointment with wrong sauce. Overall A++++

Ordered 2x 500ml bottles of Sprite and got 2x 330ml cans, if it's not in stock it shouldn't be available to order

tandoori was good curry sauce good rice good nan bread very poor and cold

Love chicken chatt chicken is cooked to perfection however my mouth should not be on fire you need to rain the spice down a little and yes I am aware the spice of life but dalm I want to taste the food I'm eating lol xxx

Great experience and food. I didn’t hear the door go when it arrived or my phone when they called. I called back and they rearranged the delivery within 5/10 minutes which I was extremely grateful for :) thanks!

Orderd a cheese pizza with cheese in the crust the pizza was raw the base was soggy

Shocking service. About 3 chips on my Hoagie. Terrible customer service. Bad attitude and blamed me for not puting salad on my Hoagie. Had to travel back to change my meal. No apology when I went in

this time, the vegetable paratha were well stuffed, fresh , and as requested less salt and chilli. for this I'm truly grateful, as these are tough times, and for a few reasons I can't cook myself, and I'm allergic to most things. so this was perfect tonight . thank you so much for this lovely treat .

Food great, but slow delivery. Ordered 6.40, with delivery time of 7.40 to 8.00. Told on its way at 7.55 - Arrived 8.15

Not anything against race, but couldn’t understand a word on the phone, had to phone up and ask 3 times to speed up my delivery as it took about 2:15 mins to arrive. Food was soggy and mostly cold, credit where credits due, food was ok, but freezing, wait time and service was not good at all I’m afraid to say.

Food included a sauce I never asked for and I could not eat my dinner. I order frequently but I won’t be back have found service to have gone right downhill from delivery times to quality of food. So disappointing as it used to be great

Loved that it’s a paper bag and not a plastic container as there is no need for them. Fresh , hot and reasonable price.

guys I have never left a bad review in my life but tonight was absolutely horrible.Well over two hours for a bare bone order , I understand there can be issues but the communication was terrible, For Chicken pakora , chips n cheese snack box. This should not have happened.I am sorry I have had to leave this review.

Tikka chasni and tandoori mixed grill was superb.

Ordered chips cheese and kebab meat only received chips n cheese !! I would like the difference refunded back into my account ! A separate portion of chips n cheese which had one layer of chips absolutely shocking and an hour n 25 min wait ! Chips were burnt waste of money n not the first time I’ve paid for items n not received what I asked for

took an hour after supposed delivery time.not happy at all

Worst service ever, food never arrived, when I called the store they said I should have expected it to be late, I waited over two hours for food that never came and they said they won’t refund me, terrible service avoid at all costs

delivery was fast, but pizza came squished into one corner and very messy looking, food tasted good but unhappy with the presentation.

I ordered the sauce and salad separate for 2 items and only received one. While collecting spice of life tried to change an extra £1 when I had already paid for everything separately shown on the app.

10/10 service along with food being delivered early it was still roasting hot and was well and truly enjoyed definitely recommend and I will be back for more 💯🔥

Food is spice of life was outstanding. Got a home delivery and it was delivered fast. The driver, Christian i think, is a credit to the shop as he was a nice guy. Food was roasting hot and absolutely tasty. My favourite local takeaway and I always tell others to go here

Donner meat has went down hill , soggy chips also ! Used to love this place.

Waited 2 hours in total but 45 mins over latest estimated time when placed . Order 16 inch pizza and 16 inch munchie Box the amount of food u get it's great if edible the whole lot went in bin it was dry and stale ,kebabbmeat was dry and hard chips soggy underneath everythibg . The bottom of

I didn't receive all of my order.

Literally still waiting on my food over 2 hours after ordering. Keep saying the driver is coming every time I phone but obviously not. Hopefully get my money back. Will never use this place again.

Hoagie arrived an hour late, freezing cold with hardly any meat or chips inside. Called to complain and tell them that I wouldn't be ordering again and was not offered a refund, reported to just eat and got a partial refund from them

The meat feast calzone had no chicken in it , just filled with mostly donor meat

Never forgiven them for refusing to make me a pizza when it was twenty minutes till closing time. No explanation given, just a flat out no.

Instanbullian Calzone, Chicken Pakora and chips Calzone deal. All decent enough but didn’t quite have that wow factor. I’d probably say 3.5/5 but I’ve rounded it up to be nice.

Pizza base was undercooked, donner meat was over cooked and thick.

Food was cold and I recieved a can instead of bottle that ordered which cost £2.10. Called and was told no bottles but they thought somehow 1 can would be acceptable for the price of a bottle. Will not be ordering from here again which os a shame as I used to look forward to my treat days

Food late out of the time set on just eat and says it was delivered when it wasn’t delivered. Contacted space of life twice no one could locate where the food I asked to cancel as I didn’t want cold food as apparently it has left with delivery driver 30mins before I called I asked for a refund was told to go through just eat. Then was told I was going to get a call back terrible service food arrived 45 mins late and freezing cold went on the bin Waste of money !

Pizza is unreal. Chios and cheese is unreal. Everything they do is brilliant.

Don't buy into the reviews complaining about delivery times. This place is not to be missed. We couldn't believe the quality and quantity for the price we paid. Greeted by a warm and helpful lady at the counter and had a short chat with one of the pizza chefs. The Chicken Tikka was to die for along with the Rogan Josh. This fine establishment deserves better than a 3.5 star rating.

My order wasn't delivered as I live in Norwich and some how it was sent to Scotland the delivery driver called me and said I would get refund

Order took almost 2.5 hours from when originally ordered, staff extremely rude & unhelpful. Repeatedly saying it was on its way then blamed us for being 20 mins away for it taking so long despite them accepting the order.

Food cold, hoggie was poor, donner meat was shocked small end bits No strips of meat. Pakora was very cold, and the coating on the chicken and mushroom pakora was mushy and soggy. Order many times before and have enjoyed very much but this was just shocking.

Ordered lamb got chicken instead didn't want to send it back as I waited over an hour for it , wasn't spicy enauff love my south Indian but that was a very thick tomato puree curry .
