Didn’t come with kebab sauce phoned them up and they said they would send it took 40 mins to come and order was freezing cold by that time and not worth eating won’t be ordering from them again

This order was disgusting the chicken burger was a breadcrumb frozen Iceland chicken burger which had been deep fried with runny mayonnaise on top! The donner meat chips & cheese were inedible the chips were reheated so badly they were rock solid! Avoid !!

A mistake caused by me putting the wrong house number and still the delivery driver still managed to get my food on time,thank to him 👍

The menu stated that there were 2 pieces of Haddock with each order - there was only 1 delivered. The Haddock was covered in breadcrumbs and was very thin and dry/burnt at the end. Breadcrumbs is normally a special order and I had expected normal batter and a thick piece of fish. The fish was very thin and not worth the £8.00 charged. I do not like fish with breadcrumbs and I would not have ordered it had I known what was being cooked. This was my anniversary meal treat and it was awful. I did not enjoy the meal at all. The spiced onions were poor and not spicy. I was not impressed with the meal and will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered boiled rice accompanied by a cauliflower & potato dish cooked in a tomato sauce with spices which was really nice.

Fabby & Yummy! Was a little cooler than I’d like, but that’s not a problem… 5 mins in a hot oven and my pizza & chips were perfecto!!! Defo will order from Raj again 👌👌👌👌👌

the food was delivered wrong and it was rectified quickly however when the food was delivered there was no sauce on the kebab meat and it was so dry. the raj is not the same as it used to be. has it changed ownership?

Honestly, I was surprised by what we received. Have been using other tandoori places in dumbarton for a number of years but the Raj blows everyone out the water.

I have used Taj for years and it's been brilliant but they have done something/changed their pizza base. I got 3 pizzas for the kids the other night and none of them would eat it, said it tasted disgusting. I tried it and they were right. Tonight I ordered a calzone for my husband and I to share, again none of us can eat it. Chips and the kids donner was fine but whatever they have done to the pizza base is horrible. Unfortunately I won't use them again now. £35 order in the bin and the other night I was about £40 and all the pizzas went in the bin then too!

Pizza base was burnt and tasted terrible, chips and cheese and pakora were ok.

Chicken was dry, asked for korma instead of madras as was optional. Received wrong sauce. Stated order was delivered 30 mins prior to its arrival. The rest of the order was good food though.

Popped in here for a pizza and a kebab when we discovered that Sizzlers, our usual stop, was closed for renovations. I had the vegetarian pizza, which had loads of toppings and was really nice. These did include pineapple, which suited me but I know some folk aren't fans. My partner had a donner kebab, which he enjoyed. The sauce was quite spicy but that's how he likes it It's cash only (I think that's the permanent state of affairs, at least the man didn't say that the reader was broken).

Would be no stars but cant exactly leave a review then, ordered food at 22:33 on a Saturday night got confirmation of my order and then a text saying it was on its way at 23:06 its now midnight and i have no food and everywhere else is now shut. Extremely disappointed to say the least. they wouldn't answer their phone either when called 20 mins after it didnt show, their restaurant is less than a mile from me so shouldn't take long to deliver

Raj seems like a nice guy....dont know about his food cos I've never bought any from his place...was asked so il give an honest answer!!!!

Food was rotten. Order incorrect and told I would get reimbursed. Got offered 50p as a reimbursement. Place is a joke and full of minks.

I think they have been here so long they letting hygeine slip dont know how they got a hygeine pass, especially in this covid climate very dirty and rundown looking and thats just the staff sorry wife was ill for days after our take away, sorry not good enough.

Ordered a king kebab and went to collect. Noticed when I turned up that grills not on. When I got it from back it was steaming and soggy. I asked why it was not grilled and informs it out in an ‘oven’. Got home It was soggy and it tasted it tandoori curry and was very spicey. This was NOT a lamb kebabs. It was clearly a reheat job with let’s of the lamb darkened down! I tried to call back and the phone rang out despite it being open. The dish I threw in the bin in the end. It was clearly a reheat job and not fresh. Business thinking of today and not future they lost a customer!

I hadn't ordered from here in years but thanks to a truly shocking decline in my local takeaway I tried these guys. From the lovely polite guy who took my order, to a speedy delivery (I'm in Haldane) service was great. The food was piping hot, fresh and tasty. This is how takeway food should always be.

We ordered tonight and were very disappointed. The order was half an hour late and when we tried to call the shop, there was no answer. When the food eventually came, our order was wrong. We still couldn't get an answer from the restaurant. Very disappointing.

Food is top notch but not that great home delivery service phoned at 8pm now 10pm and still no delivery would have been easier to travel the 6 mile journey to collect in person
