I have tried this eastern European joint sporadically each time had bad upset belly .Today had single lunch takeaway item the same happened .Food not cooked right won't be going back try Ernie's it's fab

chips no bad but well overpriced and portions microscopic, dont know why they put their prices up cheaper and you would visit more work out the economics.

I went in for a bag of chips and after being ignored for 15 minutes ( apparently home deliveries take priority) I asked if I could be served. My request was met with the ridiculous reply that they were really busy preparing home deliveries and I would have to wait. I tried to explain that collecting customers should take priority and this was met with an aggressive stance by the staff. Customer facing service is non existent and the worrying thing is that they don't seem to realise this. I won't be back. !!

My wife went in for buttered roll and chips. Sounds like something small but not the issue here, customer relations is the issue. When she pointed out she had asked for buttered roll the manager replied I’ve told you before we don’t do buttered rolls. My wife replied No you haven’t. The manager, rather than apologising for getting the wrong person, decided to keep it going in front of other customers. I went in to quietly complain about embarrassing my wife in front of other customers. To which I received a slightly louder and aggressive responsive denying anything she had said. Some manager I think As I was trying to get my point across she became louder over speaking me. I then got louder. Her brother then aggressively told me to stop shouting at his sister. I pointed out I was talking to the manager not his sister. For customer relations this place is shocking. I’m sure there will be a reply denying all the above. Can’t wait to read it. So as the title says, always travel the extra mile for decent service. In this case to somewhere else.
