spent £58 on dinner and everything was stinking also got squid and they sent shredded with every bit burned ..would not recommend and when you phone them complaining there not interested

Disgusting, horrible would never return nor would I feed this to the dogs… avoid this horrible place if you can. Staff leave to the back and don’t return when you have an issue waited 20 mins with a child and no one came back out… staff looks unwashed and very unhygienic.

Delivery driver chapped once and by chance I heard it opened door n food sitting outside on ground…never even waited for tip

Where do I start ……… booked there gig package deal to take me and my 5 friends to the Pink concert, amazing value for money and wish I had used this before will definitely use again. We turned up early as the manageress had advised they were very busy. We were meet with a very warm welcome and sat down, we ordered some cocktails to start. Lovely cocktails served by very friendly staff, great selection of food for a set meal. I had the Cajun Chicken was lovely. Staff were very attentive and there was a great wee buzz in the place, it was full to the brim but very well organised. The Manager Carly I think her name was is an absolute asset to yous so friendly and all her staff on the ball. She made sure everything managed for getting all 100 people I think she said out onto the bus, we even had takeaway cocktails 🍸 🫶. Thanks for making the start of our day fabulous.

Have ordered from here a few times, order online and delivery is quick with a good app that shows you progress. Prices are always pricey for just pizza

clearly stated on the app notes salt and vinegar and tomato sauce. Again never got what I wanted. no wonder we stopped tipping the drivers... they should be making sure its all as asked for. they have the receipt with the notes and the order.

My son got noodles out of here and the a seagul shat in it he was sad but workers cleaned it up very good and replaced his noodles

was served by danielle, had trouble using the kiosks and danielle was helped me to reslove the issues, food was hot and fresh and served to me quick. if i could give it more stars i would A* SERVICE COATBRIDGE

Closed yet again. Phone Via Torino 01236 356524 for a cheaper and better meal. It hasn't been the same since Bashir gave it up

Relaxing and enjoyable, of which my wife or daughter always finds something to buy :). The play centre is excellent for very young.

I would recommend the chicken to anyone.

Not recommended!! Very disappointed. I Ordered: 1. Mamma many’s pizza 14”- the pizza with double cheese and double pepperoni. Has the normal amount and not double. 6/10 2. Double cheese burger- both my burgers didn’t have cheese and burger was oily and bad quality.3/10 3. Vegetables samosas- slightly burnt and very oily. 2/10 4. Strawberry milkshake- very nice and refreshing 10/10 Not only the food was disappointing the order was late 25min. Calling multiple times to see where my order was as in the app showed that was delivered. After 25min the delivery guy arrived very relaxed and knocked my neighbour’s door to deliver my food. Thank God I immediately opened the door and correct him. All together a very bad experience!!

We have ordered takeaway food for a while from Firehouse, it tastes great and has great gluten free options but its too bad that service is just too bad to continue ordering from here. In the past few months, every other order has items missing or wrong. I don't usually call up to complain but the last order had half of the order wrong and another item missing. When I called up to ask for the food I paid for, they said that I didn't understand what I was ordering and that I was wrong (despite having the order summery in front of me). I didn't think that I could misinterpret 2 sides of fries to mean 1 side of fries, and a hot dog to be a gluten free hot dog with no bun - but the staff really helped me to understand that I was an idiot for thinking otherwise.

Best chinese about, food is amazing

We popped in for food around 6 o'clock. The place was jumping. Waited 10mins for a table ( we didn't mind) food was great and came quite quickly. The service from the girl on the till was amazing, she was super friendly and helpful. She was under pressure trying to serve and clean tables etc however this didn't affect the customer service or smile on her face. Wish I had caught her name as she's an asset to your business date of visit 17/3 around 6pm
