Refused to serve me as I am autistic and without supervision. Staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful to autistic stress behaviours. Would not advise if disabled with anger issues

Iv been going here since this cafe started out based in Asda over 2 decades ago. The girls are always attentive! My kids now love it too. For me the lentil soup with crusty bread is the best and carrot cake cupcakes! Superb cafe! ❤️💯

Staff were very pleasant, food was quickly sat down at the table and the atmosphere was typical of a main street cafe.

We had coffee and the All Day Breakfast. You know how most black coffee tastes of boiled water that met something dark somewhere? Well this one tasted of COFFEE. That was the start. Then, each element of the breakfast tasted like it was supposed to! Wow seventh heaven. Served promptly with a smile. No better start to the day.

This wee coffee shop was one of the delights of our trip to Scotland. We were met at the door by one of the servers, Kate, who became a good friend over the duration of our visit to Coatbridge. On the very second day, she asked us if we would like our "Usual Table". We returned there many times over the 3 1/2 weeks of our stay, and the service was always of the best quality. Not to mention the excellent coffee, and the wonderful Scottish breakfasts! We look forward to re-visiting this place in a couple of years.

Attended for breakfast today and on returning to work to eat, I noticed my order was completely wrong and seriously overpriced

I came here for a small lunch meal and bought soup , chips and a scone as well as 2 milkshakes. The place was clean and not very busy. Unlike other reviews i saw the soup was actaully quite bland. The chips were rubbery some how and the scone was stale-ish. The service wasnt the best as I had to remind the waiteress of my order a couple times. Not the best place for food.

Staff friendly and extremely helpful as I was with a granddaughter n 2 great granchildren. Un fortuneately cant say the same bout food. I ordered Mac n Cheese ... still looking for the cheese lol. Portions were very large.

Second time in here great atmosphere happy staff , was served by Katy both times and iv got to say she is the most pleasant and efficient waitress iv ever been served with. .

Staff are nice and friendly ...service very quick.... unfortunately not the best flat white coffee.. but thats the only thing I wanted... but the food at the other tables looked ok so I changed this 🌟 from 3 which I would be for my flat white to 4 as maybe unfair of me because of my coffee only ..

Great service and good value for money

This place has the most outrageously disrespectful, vile owner to the point I don't know how the place is kept afloat if she is in house and interacting with customers. Completely oblivious to the basics of being a civil human being much less knowing how to conduct herself in the hospitality industry.

Love the coffee cup in Coatbridge. Been going there for years love the staff. They know what we have every time we go in. Food is lovely no problem at all with the food. Great atmosphere. Really clean. Even with the Covid 19 and they have all the rules and regulations in place too.

Moved to outside the Quadrant decor nice and place clean You now order at till pay upfront and waitress brings food Tea nice Flat white tasted like dishwater couldn't drink it Toastie cheap catering cheese which is tasteless and rubbery Heard soup is nice visit and make your own mind up

I go there nearly every day for lunch ieven take my son and grandchildren there but recently I have had a lot of stomach problems whitch I had to go into hospital for had 5 byopsy,s and was told I am celiac and a tolerance to dairy to when I asked for a baked potato with tuna without mayonnaise they refused to do it I was shocked and will never go back in there if they can,t do a simple order like that for someone who is I'll they do not deserve to be in business have they no respect or feelings for thier regular customers

Meal was spoilt by the time taken to keep waving away flies. Food was fine but didn't enjoy the experience.

They make the best soup and whenever I am near the coatbridge or rutherglen cafe I always stop for a bowl . Great selection of toasties and my kids can always find something they want to eat.

It would be beneficial to show the waitresses what a cappuccino is (shot coffee, thick frothy milk), how it tastes, (smooth, thick and creamy) and then maybe get them some training on how to make one. The cap is had was definitely not a cap, didn't have any froth, tasted like last nights dishwater and I had to pay for the privilege of having possible the worst coffee I've ever had. So unimpressed. If I had to go back, I'd order a bottle of water!!!

I have just had a full breakfast in the big coffee cup and it was great, the service was the same. I will certainly be going back for another in the near future.

Now Coatbridge Main Street could certainly do with a makeover however this place is a little gem in a cave of betting shops, pound shops and pawn shops. Delightful staff, speedy service and good selection. I often visit for my breakfast and love a muffin with bacon and scrambled egg and a wee pot of tea. My other half always gets a full breakfast at any time of the days and loves that he can swap the black pudding he hates for another sausage! Great selection of fresh baking too, try a little carrot cup cake. Yumm!

A large cafe in the bottom section of the Quadrant Shopping Centre. Lovely staff with waitress service. Good varied menu with toasties, rolls, club sandwiches, baked potatoes and meals. They also do lovely cakes too. Very good prices.

Been just once..too coffees and two scones..7quid!!..bit dear for my pocket.
