Burger King in North Lanarkshire

Quality service and food, and I’ve got to say the kitchen staff are really good at their job, quick and efficient cooking whilst still making it taste so good.

Absolutely shocking experience last night. We chose to sit in, selected no bag. Was given food in a bag...practically launched across the counter. No offer of straws, ketchup salt etc . No fork to eat the loaded fries. Stood for over 5 minutes at the counter to ask for these items, 3 members of staff completely ignored me, and then my husband when he went to ask for a fork. The place was filthy. Rubbish all on tables. We sat and ate our food and were appalled to watch the 3 staff members touch their faces numerous times, pull up their leggings, scratch their heads....all while working with food. Absolutely disgusting. Do they forget customers can view all this? Will definitely not be back. The least impersonal fast food place I have ever been to.

Absolute worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life- Staff are 100% paying for fake reviews since all they do is stand around joking and talking. Took 45 minutes to get my order that was ordered online even though the restaurant was empty & there were only two other cars in the drive through. Got the order wrong four times and by the 4th was just too fed up to ask again. By the time they remade the burger 4 times (a whopper with no sauce - didn’t realise this was complicated) everything was freezing and it was just disgusting. The girl who served us was polite and smiling but honestly that just annoyed me more because it didn’t seem like she was listening. There’s an actual conspiracy going on here where the staff are paying for fake reviews so they can provide the worst service imaginable while suffering 0 consequences- It’s the only thing that makes sense 😂

Fantastic service, young Thomas was outstanding, very friendly and went above and beyond, can't do enough for you honestly.

Jessica made my visit so much better her customer service was excellent and completely elevated my whole experience she was super!!!

I come in here as a treat to myself whenever I have been a good boy and I must say Thomas is an excellent staff member, always happy to see customer come through the palaces door. His customer service is top notch and he even game me a crown today, made me fee special :) I left today with my crown held high, thank you tom!

I recently visited the Burger King on Caldeen Road, and I was truly impressed by the service I received, especially from one of the employees, Thomas. From the moment I approached the counter, Thomas greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. What stood out the most was how Thomas asked for my pronouns. It was such a refreshing and inclusive gesture that made my visit even more enjoyable. It’s not every day that you encounter someone who prioritizes respect and understanding in a fast-food environment. This simple act of kindness created a welcoming atmosphere that I deeply appreciated. The food was, of course, delicious—just what I expected from Burger King—but it was Thomas’s thoughtful approach that truly made my experience memorable. I left feeling not just satisfied with my meal, but also uplifted by the inclusive spirit he brought to the workplace. Kudos to Burger King on Caldeen Road for fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, and thank you, Thomas, for making my day!

When i first arrived thomas was very welcoming, kerr showed me various different burgers and sides that i could choose from whilst stefan prepared them quickly and fresh as can be. will definitely be back

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to say that the front counter staff are all very lovely and attentive, when ordering I asked for help multiple times on the kiosks and they were all more than willing. My food arrived hot and fresh and was very delicious, thanks to the girls, Amarah, Jessica and Grace

I was disappointed with food as it just didn’t seem value for money or taste great but the service I got ordering the food was excellent amarah on the counter was very knowledgeable and helped me make changes to my meal and would be the only reason I would try this Burger King again as service was top class just poor food

Amazing restaurant, it's my favourite burger king in the whole country! I don't get why people hate on it so much, every time I was there, it was clean and the atmosphere was calm so you could eat in peace. By the way one of the employees, I think her name was Jessica, she was sooooo nice! She said my makeup was cute and her service was also really good, didn't wait too long 👍

Came to Burger King today was greeted by a girl called Lauren honestly such a wee soul. She was so kind and helpful would come back just to see her

This is one of the best Burger King branches in terms of service, quality of food, cleanliness, and the staff, specifically Adam, one of the best workers in the branch, suggested to me the best-selling sandwich and he has a good communication skills

I went through the drive through and was greeted by Grace, she was very helpful, polite and patient when I had to change my order 4 times due to my indecisive nature

Food was great and was ready quickly, the staff member Thomas was really nice as he took our order with no problem at all and was able to answer any questions we had regarding our meal. Would go back again.

The food was hot and fresh, as expected from Burger King, but Adam’s customer service really made the visit stand out. He ensured everything was perfect with my order and checked in to make sure I was satisfied. It’s not often that you encounter such genuine care in a fast-food environment, but Adam went above and beyond.

Went in at around 6pm to pick up an order and despite it being relatively busy, the food was made quickly and the service was great. Abbie working the front counter was very accommodating and helpful.

Food was Luke warm at best and pretty dry. Just had two meals. One for me and one for my son. £23 for dry lukewarm food is a bit of a kick in the balls. We were the only customers too. Only real plus side was the staff seemed friendly enough. Stick to McDs or KFC

Best place to eat if you don't want to know how much your order is before paying, best place to eat if you don't want a receipt. Best place to eat if you like half competent service. Best place to eat if you want flat coke. Best place to eat if you generally have quite low standards when it comes to fast food. Hurry there and beat the queue that is never there, and now I know why.

We had been the only customers when we ate at this branch. Not welcomed by any staff. Ordered via the kiosk. Took a while to get the food. Went to choose somewhere to sit and change my mind multiple times due to the tables actually being dirty with debri them as well as the floor. There seemed to be plenty of staff on shift, but unfortunately, they seem to neglect the lobby. It was a pity as the food was decent.

Always empty in the store, no atmosphere and the staff look like they don't want to be there. Food is always of a good quality but they are beginning to get very pricey and think that's why the stores are so quiet.

Tasty food, good atmosphere, helpful staff and clean guest areas - everything you can expect from good restaurant is there.

Food was brilliant I recommend the double cheese melt burger and the chicken nuggets are amazing
