Food was nice but a bit of a wait from order in drive thru to actually getting food but order was fine

Ordered through the app turned up at restraunt showed my order was away in 7mins. Great 👍

Says open 24 hours but we were told they were not taking orders for up to half an hour tonight when the tills were updating

Food is good & hot here. Service is great. Quite busy with alot of younger people but good for a quick bite to eat before the cinema.

Every single time without fail when I come here it’s either slow slow service waiting at the speaker for minutes before someone speaks or just give up and go to the window and be told to go back round which is fair but why do we not even get a “just a second”? Nothing at all. And when it’s not like that there’s something happening, tills resetting, tills not working, can’t take our order, systems rebooting?? They always say it’ll be a 5-10 minute wait but car after car gets rejected for atleast 30 minutes.. would rather be told the truth and just go elsewhere than wait 30 minutes!! When i know it doesn’t take anything over 10 minutes to reset a till just lazy staff clearly. Also big attitude problem with the night shift we are always polite but met back with monotone rude staff who clearly don’t enjoy their job. I know night shift is tiring but it’s just plain rude clearly need retraining as have 0 etiquette for customers always being rushed through the drive through when there’s no one behind or infront! Needs sorting.

Chips were stone cold, unable to add lettuce to burger first time in 10 years this was been refused. Forgot mozzarella sticks for the 2nd time. £19 not worth it today

Pains me to post a negative review as this is my goto McDonald's and usually good. However on Monday 30th September around 1.30pm their chips were the worst I've ever had. Barely cooked. Limp and soft. Couldn't eat them, should have taken them back.

Others often knock McDonald's, I generally like the food, especially the breakfasts. I think the quality is good.

The drive through experience isn't great. There have been lots of times I've been asked to take a space for standard menu items and the carpark is full of other people waiting on food. Sometimes takes 15 minutes.

McDonalds at the showcase is much better then any other place in my experience they are always friendly. My orders from here are quick but not always correct so I would advise to double check incase of any mistakes. Any mistakes they are more then happy to help with which is a relief as I know how awkward it can be. So all in all I would recommend this McDonalds.

Cafe was, freezing. Meant food cooled down fast. Food was still really tasty though. Staff were nice but Tray was given to me covered in bbq in one corner. Luckily my food was no where near it. Meaning trays are not being cleaned. So that is why service score is low. Atmosphere is just low as place was, freezing

Came through the drive through at 10 in the evening. Fries were cold and soggy.

Chips were half cooked food was warm but not fresh

At drive thru Always something missing like dip for the cheese bites did ask guy at window if they’ve put in bag which he looked at me as if I was mad and said yeah - no dip when looked in bag once parked

Was really dirty, floors sticky, toilets were really a disgrace, hand drier not working, filthy floors, toilet paper all over floor, and smelly, doors were dirty sticky fingers everywhere....really could do better when there's so many staff, chatting amongst each other and not communative with the paying customers

Gotta be one of the worst branches locally. Constantly getting orders wrong despite checking multiple times. Staff don't care, mangers don't care. Nothing changes. Place is a joke

Ordered through just eat, chicken nuggets come with sauce. Sauce was missing, also ordered a big mac meal, drink and fries arrived, no big mac though. That's a few times now that items have been missing, how difficult is it to get an order right?

Asked for no sauce or pickle yet got both. Service was sloooow! Sat at the drive thru 5min waiting on the car infront then another 5 min for 2 burgers and 6 nuggets coffee and a juice. Slowest service ever! Definitely not fast food. Everything was cold besides the nuggets. Coffee was also cold.

Terrible service every time. Had to queue to ask where the rest of out order was after everyone had finished the food we did recieve behind other customers complaining about having to wait so long for their orders

Went to McDonald’s 02/06/2024 And it took 20 minutes to get the order out, the staff weren’t doing their jobs to the best of their ability People had left due to waiting too long for their food. Quality of food wasn’t the best. Won’t be coming back

Never order from hear, never seem to get an order correct. Missing items, just downright sending the wrong stuff. Plus foods always cold.

I got a McChicken Sandwich for £1.39 in one of their Monday offers. It was freshly made and cooked to order. I can't complain at all, it was a great deal and it tasted great.

The slowest and worst macdonalds I've ever visited , atleast 13 cars parked waiting on food before we were parked up and waited nearly half an hour .

Staff a little bit surly at the drive through. Got my order wrong. Wait was longer than I'd expect but they don't bother explaining that to you. Second time I've used this maccy ds and was similarly disappointed the last time.

It wasn't busy and they took forever for a mc flurry wen I did get it ,it was more like a milkshake because it melded

This time I was disappointed. Fires cold and as you can see on the photos barely half the box and it mean to be large. Sandwich wasn't great either. Which is surprising as I had really. Good meals in this one before.

Customer service shocking as 1 employee boasted she had 'just had an argument with an old man' and the food that we waited 20 mins for and was on the board for collection suddenly was unavailable. Disgusting service

They are great at getting orders wrong.

Sat at speaker at drive through for 5 min, no one spoke. Drove to the window and showed them my code on my prepaid order on the app. Drove to second window, asked if I had paid for it, told them yes, was told to take a parking space, took a space and sat there for 10min, no sign of food, ended up going in and asking why I was left outside and no food, one of the children that came up and asked what was up, started acting like Kevin out of Kevin and Perry, throwing his arms about making mad noises. Waited for another 5 min on food. This McDonalds is terrible, went right down hill, more like a crèche for children than a food business, plus food was cold and stale.

Food was fine although burger was missing a slice of cheese. No soap in the gents toilets, I see this being reviewed by others over 2 months ago!

Busy, Fulled with 10 year olds.

After several disappointing experiences with this McDonald’s, I won’t be returning. Today they were unable to supply any diet drinks. No Coke Zero, diet coke, or Sprite Zero. On a previous visit one Big Mac was missing the top of the bun. No gherkins (pickles) for the last few orders. I’m left wondering why such poor service has been maintained over the last few months. There’s several alternative McDonalds ‘restaurants’ locally that will get my business in the future. I would recommend using these.

Very rushed and lack of customer relations

Absolute Idiots. Every time I go the order gets messed up. What's difficult about giving me a plain cheeseburger when I ask for one.. joke of a place.

Went in just after 11am this morning. Waited over 30mins for my order. At that time there was about half a dozen Just Eat drivers collecting food from the breakfast menu. There was an altercation between a driver and staff and police were called. Place has went downhill over the past few months. Will never return to this branch ever again. I advise go to the Bellshill branch as staff are more competent and helpful. The longest i waited for my order there was no more than 15 minutes.

Girl on drive through said you cannot have ketchup on a plain mayo chicken ! Due to allergies !! We told her of course you can. She said you cant and was adament, then said she would try different buttons. And hey presto... mayo chicken, no mayo, no lettuce , add ketchup !! So why lies about allergy. Very silly and a waste of our time !

The prices are expensive especially when the food quality is not that great like it used to be. Fries weren't hot. Also most items were out of stock including new items! Left feeling hungry.

It's really bad service. Staff were rude to customers. The food was cold.

Went in on Christmas eve waited 40 mins for food as they seem to be more interested in the drive through orders and the deliveries than the actual customers that go in When it finally came 2 portions of chips were missing also one of the burgers were wrong The bins were also overflowing and customers were having to leave there trays on their tables One girl went to do something with the bin near us (she did stare at it for a few minutes) and the manager actually told her her leave it Disgusting ()

I have go in drive through. Place the order , pay and get the order . I have ask stuff if order in bag is complete . Boy from staff confirmed said yes . Back to my workplace open the bag and there was stuff missing

Staff ignorant. Waited 25 mins for my order which the staff were baffled about when I asked where it was. Someone came in 10 mins after I ordered and got theirs first (much bigger order) and his food was wrong! How hard can it seriously be? Maybe if the staff spent more time doing their jobs instead of messing around in the back, shouting and swearing at each other and their friends who are in the restaurant they’d get somewhere! Management don’t seem to care either.

Absolute disgrace!! Served dirty water served as a coffee, called the branch to advise that their machine must have a fault and the attitude I got from the "manager" Karen was attrocious. Doesn't sound worthy to picking up random calls in a phone box never mind a management position!!!

Yet again this branch has failed to provide meals that have been paid for, I went as far as to contact the branch and was told the items were availabl to order, they just had not bothered to prepare the order correctly, not the first time from this business or from other local branches, thoroughly not impressed Mcdonalds, your management needs take action immediately as this is a very poor show for the brand. I won't be ordering anymore im sick of having to do a refund for every disappointing meal!

Perfect drive thru breakfast collection.

This was my go to Mac's with the grandkid on a Sunday morning and pretty much 3-4 times a week for lattes for the wife and I, but the lattes got hit and miss, either just black watery something or cup of milk, invested in a coffee machine and haven't looked back, this morning (Sunday) waited 25 minutes for breakfast to have to then go in and remind them, manager appeared not to believe me although most other staff likely recognise me as a regular, got our order and reminded her of the drinks to which she claimed you usually get them at the window even if parked? I KNOW THAT, but again, seemed not to be believed, oh and the food was cold, so sorry showcase Macdonald's, a regular customer now gone, in future I'll just make something myself for the grandkid on Sunday mornings, won't be involved in such shameful customer service or unsatisfactory food again.

Place is a riot and a joke of a restaurant. Ordered a delivery usual food missing! Happy meal 6 nugget meal missing and cheeseburger also. Send the drinks for the meals but don’t send the food aye nae bother!! Staff and managers should actual do there jobs check food is in the bags to send the order to the customers!!

McDonald's should have another window at the drive through where you can trade in all the wrong items they give you in exchange for what you actually wanted. It seems McDonald's everywhere have changed for the worst with this unfortunately being no exception. Ordered using the app, checked in before the drive through, got to the last window, asked to take a parking space and wait for the order and...you guessed it the order was wrong by which point we were already on the road and couldn't get back, called the store and told to make a complaint on the app which is unnecessarily difficult because the chat bot on the app can't upload a photo of the receipt and you need to start again on the website instead. McDonald's food was never good but at least it used to be fast.

flat drink, uncooked chips, chicken nuggets where cold, waited 45 minutes, everyone else was complaining too, waste of 6pounds, the workers whete rude and kept giving me and my friend dirty looks and we noticed them being rude to other customers.

Service here was terrible. There were fries missing from my meal went to ask for them and it took an age to get someone attention after numerous attempts. Once I did the girl just asked if there medium or large. Went and got them eventually and just handed them to me without even an apology. Just poor attitude. The food was ok. The fries I got late were anaemic and looked way under cooked. But by this point my burger had gone cold because it took so long to get the fries. Place was clean. It’s just the really really poor service that lets it down massively. All the staff stood about chatting about what they did on Saturday night and not even noticing customers standing waiting.

Staff here have the enthusiasm of a corpse. The touch screen method of ordering food seems only to serve the staff with more time to do nothing.

Incorrect order packed with no chips

Absolute shambles of a place. Every time I order online whether it's just eat or other there is ALWAYS things missing or wrong. Ordered 3 meals with mcflurrys, none of the meals came with their drinks and only 2 mcflurrys. called restaurant and the 'Manager' said there's nothing she can do. No apology or anything, not interested. Definitely will never ever go there again.

Very busy at end of term. Very noisy with school children( unaccompanied) who did not tidy up after themselves. Employee did very well to clear their mess.

Wrong order taken at drive thru then it was amended at the pay kiosk then was given the wrong order at the food kiosk eventually it did get sorted out but I was 1 of a long line of people waiting. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE

3 weeks no ice cream or milk shakes food always cold

Took my toddler for a treat, not a great dine in experience at all! The order screens are placed so close together, they cant be used at the same time, reducing the availability from 4 to 2 screens. There has been no attempt made to direct folk where to queue, or a designated 'waiting area' set aside, so you have to wade through a throng of people, asking everyone if they've already been served or not, (delivery drivers included!) The restaurant has swapped out some of the booths / individual tables for two huge community tables, so not only are you forced to dine with strangers, it takes up so much space that the child seats were plopped in the middle of the aisle, in the way of everyone! It feels crowded and uncomfortable in the dining area, even when its relatively quiet. My advice would be to pick a nice day and sit outside if you're eating at this branch. The staff seemed overwhelmed and without proper direction, everyone fumbling over each other caused unnecessary delays and queues built up easily in store and at the drive thru during our visit.

Ordered food. Nearly got what we ordered...drive thro, took order, screen showed what we ordered.... staff didn't give me the same ...

Chicken salad. Two tiny pieces of chicken barely cooked. Lettuce and a couple of bits of cucumber. Tomatoe, red onion and dressing were missing. Wouldn't feed it too an animal. It went straight in the bin.

Absolute joke now a days to be honest always have to wait on your food even if its something small and simple , always something missing as well from your order last time I ordered a quarter pounder meal and ended up with 6 nuggets and chips , when your waiting on food your always waiting ages aswell. Great coffee and decent enough quick bite to eat. Being a little out of the way it usually isn't very busy. Bowling and cinema near also.

A very busy place - even at drive thru as most customers are asked to park up and await food being handed over. On a plus side, the food is fresh and hot !

Simple order but staff unable to differentiate what a single, double or triple is..... Order was taken back for the correct order yet I'm given back the same order. Utterly clueless and a waste of time and money

Once again missing items that you pay for and stone cold food. Try to call them but no answer. 26 quid wasted.

I ordered 5 cheese burgers, and my lad ordered a big mac with chips. Started to eat them seconds after being given them.... COLD COLD COLD! As my lad ate his hot under fried fries. What is so hard guys??
