Tesco Cafe in North Lanarkshire

Disgusting, horrible would never return nor would I feed this to the dogs… avoid this horrible place if you can. Staff leave to the back and don’t return when you have an issue waited 20 mins with a child and no one came back out… staff looks unwashed and very unhygienic.

The worst breakfast ever. Broken tooth on hash brown. Prices went up and are ridiculous. Next time I’ll go to Morrisons. Better food better prices🥵

Had a light lunch here yesterday, the cafe was not too busy. The staff were constantly clearing the tables, the member of staff serving behind the counter was very efficient, smart and professional, she even offered to take our tray to a table for us, that's what I call service, well done, a credit to Tesco.

Lovely decor. Lovely bright open space. Lovely for a cuppa or lunch while in tesco or in the retail park. Great value for price.

Lovely cafe and staff are always amazing. Have never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend this place!

Nice breakfast, delivered warm. Everything was cooked properly and the delivery was on time Went hack recently, would get better food around a gypsy campfire

Served at 15:30 on 13/8 by the least friendly person in Scotland. Round girl with tattoos so the nicer, happier one that was also on doesn’t get blamed. From tutting while my young son tried to read and order for himself to literally throwing the cutlery and change at us to a lack of any customer friendliness. Relocate her to non customer facing roles please

Ordered a roll with bacon and the bottom of the roll had blue mould bits on it. Went back to the till and the lady replaced it, got the replacement roll and that was also mouldy. Just got a refund.

Just visited this place about 2.30pm today (17/07/23). Food arrived as we were eating some young boys came in with plastic guns and started firing them at different customers. The staff were watching this. When I approached the staff to ask them to deal with them, The STAFF TOLD ME TO GO GET SECURITY and he would get them to leave. I was a Customer trying to eat my food . WON'T BE BACK

New cafe looks great shame about the service, the server behind the till was very unpleasant couldn’t even muster a please or thank you when asking for payment. We ordered x2 breakfasts then added extra items, the breakfasts came without extra items. Waitress was lovely and took our plates back to have them corrected. When she returned the items on our plates had been replaced with extra items instead of them being added. At this point we had given up hope just ate what we were given and left. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

The new designe of the cafe is absolutely shocking! The lighting alone is bad enough. It looks and feels like a dentist office. It's shoking that they have turned it into.

Ordered toast and beans today.White thin slices of bread and very small dish of beans.Did not even fill half slice of toast.Prices very high and was very disappointed. 😒

Quick efficient service. Breakfast nice not greasy at all.

Quick end of yeat breakfast, had to say no to mushroom and advocado on plate, the rest was fine. good price, clean.

All day breakfast is rubbish because u get it served cold and food is overcooked because it is held in a tray for longer than 20 mins. The tables were not clean when we arrived in morning as it wasnt busy only 3 customers in i had to ask for it to be cleaned. When food arrived the links sausage was cold and it looked shrunk, beans were cold as if straight out the can, the fried egg was also cold and yoke was hard. The only item that was edible was the toast. I did notice when I arrived how nobody was eating and only drinking coffee or tea. I won't be back until changes are made was really disappointed.

Cafe is nicely spaced out with sockets conveniently located at a lot of tables which makes it a good place to work BUT service is slow, coffee is mediocre and soup was underwhelming with stale bread and no butter. At £3.05 for the soup I’d expect a little better

Was great when they did the buffets, but ate here last week and the breakfast was sad. Had originally ordered a sausage toastie only to be told after paying for it that they had no Toasties left?? How can you have no Toasties left at 9sm, in a cafe, in a store full if supplies??

Payed nearly 6 pound for a poor microwave macarroni cheese and an undercooked slice of frozen garlic bread, partner didnt have much good to say about the pannini either, convenient but not worth the money

£2.75 for a roll n sausage. What they don't tell you is that the sausages are chipolata. Disgrace.

Popped in for lunch. Order fish and chips with beans (photo was after I’d eaten some of the fish and daughter pinched some chips!) which wasvery well priced at £6.50. Waited 6-7 minutes was a big portion and so yummy. Just as good as any chippy or high street restaurant but cheaper . Lovely staff and spacious, clean cafe.

Staff unhelpful and cant be bothered mode. Food ok. Eggs overdone.
