Scoopy Dessert in North Lanarkshire

Ordered crepe…was solid and couldn’t even cut it. Waffle was ok. Ice cream flavour was wrong

This was a bit of a let down. I will say the Milkshakes were lovely but nothing else was handled right by delivery driver. Hot and Cold food was in together so everything melted. The cookie dough, ice cream and apple pie were all covered in melted ice cream. It was all over the bag too so no way they didn't realise. Really disappointing. Cookie dough was mush and had ti be scraped off box. Food was about 25 minutes late which wouldn't have bothered us if it had been transported right. I'd avoid.

I asked for a sandwich but got a toastie instead and no straw with milkshake on app was saying delivered a few mins before I received order

Was in yesterday for some lunch with my aunt. The tables were dirty, service was abysmally slow and they eventually served our food separately, about 10 minutes apart. They gave my vegetarian aunt some smoked ham on her "savoury cheese" baguette that she waited 30 minutes for. Which I was surprised about because their menu mentions nothing about ham, but does say "halal" - don't think pork is halal. The place looks cheap and drab. Everything including plates and cups have been chosen for their low cost to purchase, not to improve the customer experience. We ended up going somewhere else afterwards for food, doubt we'll be back.

Ordered a warm crepe with ice cream 2 milkshakes and cookie dough. Was more than an hour past the latest delivery time and when it finally arrived the ice cream had all melted and crepe and cookie dough were frozen and brick hard kinda as if they hadn’t even been heated in the first place for some reason. Had to bin the lot and the milkshakes were awful having clearly been sitting for the past 2 hours. First and last time I ever order from here..

The cookie dough dessert I had was absolutely fantastic! It was sweet and gooey, with a perfect balance of sweet. I would definitely recommend this dessert to others!

Warm, enjoyed the 1 teaspoon of gravy in the chips won't use again!!!

Food was delivered at time specified. Ice cream was delicious. Will definitely order from here again

the churros are so undercooked and the sundae was fully melted thr roll was also cold

My family and I were in today for lunch and were so pleased with the kind staff and the food. I had a Tuna baguette and fries and they were delicious. We definitely will be back. We were extremely satisfied 😎

25 minutes over latest estimate time and still not here. First time using this shop and will be the last

Juice was warmer than the pie chips and beans or rather bean they were very miserable with the beans .and ice cream was melted .

Not impressed - the just eat app said my order was “on its way” and 5 mins later the guy called and said they’re out of strawberries so could he put banana on one of the cookie dough instead…how can u change the order when it’s on the way already?! Than order turns up 10 mins after the latest estimated time on just eat.

Ordered a tango ice blast was give a slush….not an ice blast. No straws provided for the slush. Ice cream and slush both melted. Do you not use cool bags to keep deserts cool?

An hour late, rude on the phone and no apology at the door. Ice cream and milkshake was OK but not worth the stress.

Do not order a ham roll it's tiny wee horrible cut up stuff that looks like it should be on a pizza. Rest of the order was good

I actually often eat here as i love food from this so much! Their foods always out fast, and really delicious! But it differs from previous cafe here. Really Yumm desserts best ever in cumbernauld And this is why this specific cafe my favorite well done Great food Great staff 👏👏👏would definetly recommend10/10

Delicious milkshakes and banana waffle

The food was excellent and so was the service. I had the Milkshakes and waffles which was awesome.

Enjoyed food for what it was simple and easy and fresh ! but please consider having ( pork ) on the menu ☺️( pork sausages , bacon ect .. I was expecting port links and pork bacon but I got beef links and turkey bacon I'm not a fan of this 🥓🙏🏻☺️

I ordered a breakfast, it came in a box what looked like was all flung in with a pool of grease at the bottom. I also left a note asking for no egg and tomato it still came with these

Food received was not good, I ordered a jacket potatoes which was the size of my palm if not smaller and my order had clearly just been thrown about as all items were covered in butter. I ordered at 3pm and didn't receive until closer to 5 (over an hour above the allocated time). Would not order from again.
