Have ordered from here a few times, order online and delivery is quick with a good app that shows you progress. Prices are always pricey for just pizza

Pizza delivered cold. Said online it was at quality check for 30mins and still not out for delivery. Phoned up to ask if this is just sitting waiting as I was going to go pick it up myself but told no it’s just been made and is next out for delivery. Obviously a lie unless the driver had been blasting the boxes with air con on way to the house. A waste of £35. Considering I’m a big fan of dominos pizza we won’t be back anytime soon. Disappointed

Hi guys. Let me start by saying I am overwhelmed. Never in my life did I think a pizza delivery could be this life changing. So was having a pretty rubbish day. Phoned myself a double dunter veggie pizza heaven. WILL answered the phone and delivered me IMPECCABLE customer service!!! Not only did he listen to my needs.... but he accustomed my order to those needs and more. He really did go the extra mile. I also asked him to SURPRISE ME with a dip. He sent me four different dips one of which I DIDNT EVEN KNOW EXISTED (the honey and mustard 10/10) Thank you so much Will! You made my evening. If there’s a swill, there’s a sway... and if there’s a WILL? There’s a way x

First time there tonight, sweet/sour chicken hong kong - very bland and only 9 very small pieces of chicken. Onions, peppers and pineapple filled the container, very disappointed and still hungry. The chips were not bad but dry as didn't want to dip into the sauce. Breast of chicken curry, visually unappetizing, chicken was tough and sauce was thick. Rice was fine. At what we paid this was not money well spent, must do better Jasmine House

116 Merry St, Motherwell, ML1 1NA, United KingdomFound this long dark hair in my food, owner wasn't interested used the poor girl that takes the calls to hide behind and she convinced him to give us a refund. He sent a driver out who put his feet inside my door shouting show me the hair repeatedly while my daughter was sleeping I've never experienced anything like it he then opened the food on his knees outside my door going through it saying where's the hair. I had to tell him to get away from my door. We will never be back again and I advise not ordering they took the food back I wouldn't put it past them to reuse it judging by the way they operate. Avoid this place I'm so disgusted with what I've experienced.
