Always late ! 30 min delivery estimate for it to be over an hour !

Delivered on time as usual, but pie was dried out and pastry was solid, probably last nights, same with king rib overcooked so definitely not fresh, disappointed as use Milanos a lt

Food was hot, delicious and a perfect sized portion. Always speedy delivery from Milanos.

Chips soggy, every other item was burnt. Forgot the dips I’d ordered. Chilli dip for donner meat was as thin as water

was the worst meal ever, after trying to break through fish dressing found fish dried up and inedible. chips cold.

Usually this place is great but my chicken batter was rock solid and the curry was a different taste tonight , tasted more Indian than Chinese curry .

Fish extremely overcooked and dry, pizza and hamburger the same. Fritters and chips were ok. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again majority of food went in the bin as it wasn’t even edible

Placed order at 8pm and never arrived, will not be ordering ever again from here!!

Smoked sausage was cold fritters were like rubber didnt get my can either

burgers were too thick and chewy, mac n cheese sauce was thick and not very cheesey, we didn't eat most of it. my son actually felt really unwell after eating it. fritters and milkshakes were really good.

the delivery driver did not deliver the food in a heat bag so the food was luke warm so the detracted from the food.

Food was cold and seemed not fresh, second time in a row fish was not good and had sat in the top heater for a while chips were cold pizza and sausage were ok

£10.10 for a supper and I was lucky if their was 10 chips in the box.

Ordered a chicken burger meal it said it would be delivered around an hour later came around 10 minutes later from ordering, bit into chicken and it was rock solid obviously not cooked properly as to why my order came 10 minutes after I ordered, will not be ordering from here again very disappointed as I always order from this place,

Well over ans hour for a delivery that the shop is 2mins along the road this was for my 86 year old mother who can’t go out, absolutely ridiculous length of time, if too busy come off line and don’t let people wait for hours

Milanos used to be of the best. In my opinion it’s went completely down hill. We order every Monday. Went through around 3 weeks of something being wrong, granted they sorted it. Today I’m shocked. Chips are solid, and my son’s chicken burger was literally slightly bigger than a nugget. Hardly going to fill up a growing 10year old. What happened?

It was a supper i asked for not crisps the waffle was solid and when I took out the ice cream it fell on the floor it wasn’t secured properly

The pizza from Milanos is outstanding. It’s better than any other local takeaway and the big chains. It’s not your run of the mill pizza. 10/10.

Special fish,portion of fritters and a tiny ice cream over £12.smallest fish I've ever seen,mostly breadcrumbs when i did get a bit of fish,it wasnt very pleasant,what a rip off.fri night place was dead,wonder why.AVOID.

Food itself is good but don’t be surprised if they forget something. Happens a lot which is a shame.

How can a chip shop not get chips right? Totally flavourless. Asked for extra salt and vinegar and neither my friend nor I could detect anything. It was like eating cardboard.

Order 2 large chips and cheese - delivered without the cheese on both. Contacted takeaway - Informed they could send it back out for delivery but could not say how long as they were busy or next time ordering they would owe me. I stated I wanted it sent back out in the next delivery. My door was chapped about 10-15 mins later with 2 tubs of cheese. I had the 2 portions of chips packaged as delivered to give back expecting new chips and melted cheese but no! Cold chips and cheese not melted!

I’m afraid that we didn’t enjoy our meals. The fish was dried up, as if it had been sitting on the shelf for a while and the lasagna had no taste and was really bland

Mac and cheese could have been more cheesier and the spag Bol was bit bland but lasagne and everything else order was great

Absolute joke, food finally arrived 2 HOURS after ordering, had to phone up 3 times to be told it’s on its way. Food was freezing cold & missing items. About 11 tiny chips in the sausage supper. Ice cream turned into a milkshake. Waste of £30.

After waiting for more than an hour for our food Part of the order was missing after we contacted them they offered to resend the missing item but we never received it

Went in here tonight for steak pie supper steak pie looked as thou it been there all day..the chips they put with the steak pie where sitting in a tray beside the steak pie obv not fresh..and about a handful...then had the cheek to say £7.50..needless to say i asked for my money back..what a poor poor show from a chipshop..so please people AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD

The food was fine but I wanted a lasagne, on what planet does a lasagne come on its own ? No chips, no garlic bread, not even a side salad. At least one of these should be included

The chip portion sizes for both suppers where very poor for the prices paid.

Took so long food was cold, driver got lost and drove past our house twice

1/2 pizza crunch was way over cooked was like a brick! Ordered a portion of chips cheese & curry, curry came in a separate tub & was all lumpy and the chips & cheese was cold and stale.

I had ordered a Coke (Coca Cola), but instead got a can of Pepsi - the delivery guy was very nice in offering to get me a Coke from the shops, but I declined, as it wasn't his fault. Yummy main course, dessert was only raspberry sauce over cake tho

Wouldnt order out here again first and last time ordered special haddock fish was tasteless and the chips where cold the curry sauce was watery to dont recommend

Food had lovely flavour but food was Lukewarm and was assured it was gonna be hot so a bit disappointed normally really good.

The food was good, although I asked for salt and vinegar on the box when I called in as in forgot to mention it when ordering and they said they would add it but didn’t

food delivered which was fine. shortly after door knocked again and the delivery driver asking for a bottle of irn bru which he said he gave us by mistake. I told him repeatedly we didn't order or receive any irn bru. I shut the door as he wasn't listening and took a few steps up the stairs and the door handle went. I think he realised what he was doing as he didn't attempt to open and come in but to even think it acceptable to attempt the door handle . I THINK NOT!!!

Just had a baked potato with cheese and to say I’m disgusted is actually not even close - had to add my own butter and cheese to the smallest baked potato I’ve seen in a long time - what a rip off - do not even bother!!

Disappointed got bag of chips which consisted of half a large potato not sliced rock solid among the rest of chips and packaging looks as though had a large bite taken out of it. Would send picture dont know how. Would take back but they are now closed. 1st time here and will be last.

pakora excellent, chips good. between here and in store had Milano large pakora over 50 times (it's good!) and it has a chilli sauce and garlic mayo. Just the chilli this time. I loveeee garlic mayo so bit disappointing to be short by 2 tubs.

Excellent. Pakora nice and crisp. Extra 2 sauces which are always welcomed. Kebab meat nice. All nice to be honest. We really enjoyed it.

This has to have been the most over cooked, greasy & tasteless fish supper I have ever had, wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back. Two fish suppers and a kids sausage supper and all well below average 😡

Usually not disappointed by Milanos, but portion was fairly small and despite asking for sauce, salt and vinegar, both suppers came dryer than dry. Not the first time something has been missed or wrong on an order so a bit disappointed.

delicious, cooked well, crisp pakora - brilliant. Garlic mayo is soo good.

The takeaway menu's are 7yrs old.

Fish was brick hard, asked for it plain and got it doused in salt. Binned! Waste of money, wont be back anywhere near this shop

They got the Raspberry Tango Ice Blast, Small, wrong, they aren't me a mixed one instead. Just lucky I don't mind the other flavour.

Not bothered about it being early. I have ordered a lot from milanos and cannot fault the food. Only thing I have a problem with is when you leave a note on the order. Tonight being the 3rd time I have received the order and it being wrong. I was quite disappointed when I received my meal and it wasn't correct.

Never again, asked for a buttered roll came dry very tasteless no salt nothing on it. wouldn’t give it to my dog, if you like bland food then it’s perfect for you

Tonight was my first visit to this chippy, and most definitely the last! The fish was more suitable for hand to hand combat, it was that hard, and the chips consisted mostly of the tiny left over bits, which were also chewy. Just one word to describe it: Disgusting!

ordered 13/02/24. Whoever prepared and made the chicken pakora should be paid a bonus - back to the best it's been. Nice and crisp but chicken still lovely and not dry, not doughy or anything. Chips brilliant and sausage in batter good. Lovely! 11/10! Delivery early too which is great.

We usually order from milanos but this time we were disappointed. The food was cold & was like it had been sat out for a while so after waiting an hour on it we were annoyed. Probably won’t order again now sadly!

ordered the food at approx 17.45 delivery was for 19.10 to 19.20. 3 chips shop meals shouldn't take almost 2hrs to arrive. Tried to call the shop & sent a text. Driver left shop at 19.10 (according to update) and arrived just over 30mins later approx 3 miles away. My husband took the food off the driver and said the bag was cold, the driver walked away & ignored him. My husband opened the bag & all food was cold. The fish went to the dog as it was cold & dried out! I give up now.

Food was late. Called the shop who advised the food went out ages ago and must have been delivered to the wrong address? Food was then delivered 20 mins later. Very dry. Not a great experience.

haven't had food from here in a few months as it was cold or luke warm. Tonight we were let down let again with a cold pizza & cold chips such a let down & waste of money

Pakora well done as requested and really nice, not all doughy as last time so great improvement... brilliant. Mixed kebab lovely. All good. Delivery around 75 minutes but came hot so no complaints food wise there. Driver nice and friendly. Thank you.

pizza dough nothing like it used to be, bases aren’t hand made anymore taste frozen. chicken pakora had more batter than chicken, only good thing was quick delivery👍🏽

Their pizzas and chicken kebabs are very nice and the chippy stuff is decent. Their donner meat is horrible though, it's like rubber.

No complaints, delivery driver pleasant too :) ice blast came actually frozen instead of runny like other places so that’s a bonus
