Pure banging scran word to my mother

Was flung out of this establishment by a staff member over something that happened 7 years ago regarding my daughter.. 1 of the co-owners knows my daughter and things have been settled years ago! She eats regularly out of this establishment.. for a counter staff member to hold a grudge is damaging for businesses during already hard times!

Unfortunately a previous pizza order arrived pretty cold. To be fair, the manager explained they were a delivery driver down which is understandable. However, customer service was excellent and I received a complimentary pizza when I next ordered..this level of service is uncommon these days so we'll done. The pizzas are excellent! Keep up the good work 😁

Sick of this mob getting my order wrong time after time.every time I order a donner kebab or wrap,they don't deliver the salad and sauce.i even ordered an extra sauce this time and they didn't send that either.they send the poor driver back out with it but it's too late because the donner meats went like rubber trying to keep it warm in the oven had to chuck it in the bin.couldnt eat it .fed up wasting money. Stopped ordering bhajis as there raw on the inside and over cooked on the outside.theyve changed their veg pakoras,they used to be really nice now there rotten.phone and complained numerous times,but I might as well talk to the wall.ive used this shop for 6 years and it used to have great food and friendly service, but I've lost patience with them now.i won't be back

Grub always class and piping hot

hated it,everything was cold to touch,tasteless, waited over a hour,so disappointed

First time ordering a curry from here, chicken tikka jaipuri asking for a little bit spicier. It was really tasty and plentiful! Had previously dismissed due to fairly low review score but will definitely order again as was pleasantly surprised

£4.50 for big portion of frozen chips no chance. Won't be back xx

Amazing quality and always delivered quick

Waited 2 hours and 20 mins for it to turn up freezing cold. Phoned up the first time to be told it would be here any minute had to phone back half an hour later to be told 5 mins then turned up 15 mins later. Horrible attitude from the shop not even an apology for being so long

Ordered through Scoffable, had to chase the driver into the street for my pizza which clearly wasn't in the bag he handed me, luckily it was in the car. Back inside to discover the order was missing a kebab and a portion of chips. Called and was told they would phone the driver. 15 minutes later my partner called and was told the kebab and chips would be sent out with a driver. A further 45 minutes later emailed Scoffable who were told by Spicy Cottage that the whole order was packed together and they didn't believe anything was missing. Complaint very well handled by Scoffable but as for Spicy Cottage, Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Clear from other reviews that customer service and honesty aren't their strong point.

Ordered 10” munchy box tonight, when I got it, there wasn’t a lot of food in it. I phoned up to say to the manager but he wasn’t in, so the lady in charge told me that the amount we were given was the correct amount of food for a 10” munchy box and that someone had been giving out extra portions when they shouldn’t have been. I’ve never got any other sized munchy box ever but I got made to feel like this was my mistake. Lady didn’t know what to say (her words), from a personal point of view, if you’re in charge you should know how to handle customers complaints other than I’ll speak to the manager but no number was taken 🤔. Usually very happy otherwise

Best and fresh food in area. We ordered and when arrived it was hot fresh and my mother liked it so much she made me call Spicy Cottage and compliment the chef 10/10

Owner has a terrible attitude and speak to you like rubbish when you challenge him on adding £5 onto the price of a meal that you have order 4 times in the past 2 months and paid £5 less for. Total rip off trying to charge you more than dominos would for a 16” pizza AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Club Bombay in Baillieston deliver to moodiesburn and are 100 times better quality and value for money !

Excellent food and amazing food portions, quick delivery aswell, everything is well priced aswell, there is no sit in or alot of parking but should be able to park on the street outside as it is usually quite. Staff are really friendly and helpful, no toilet available as it is a take away
