I had asked for a bowl of water and the MANGER told me she already put them out 5min ago them continued to laugh and then I asked where the bathroom was and everyone I walked in she was so unprofessional she should even be a manager no manners , not polite one bit the attitude was stinking and for a issue to even ask for water for the dog is ridiculous!I had asked the person behind the bar for it and she decided to come out and has an issue with It!! I won’t be back certainly not after the experience I had it was as-if she had a chip on shoulder (all for a bowl of water) her way or no way , the person behind the bar assisted me perfectly untill she came out and did not want me to have it what so ever !! All for a bowl of dog water the way I was treated was disrespectful and disgusting I don’t recommend any one to come here !!

I started eating these chips and cheese 20 odd years ago because this place made the best chips and cheese . You got cheese in the bottom them chips salt and vinegar and cheese again. Tonight I got the driest chips with a sprinkle of cheese, and it was half the portion size it always used to be. If you can't get this right, then everything else is for naught. The kebabs are out of this world and I will order again, but I will never buy chips and cheese ever again.

This is a takeaway, not sit in dining. However, the food is good.

Have started to cut costs and use haddock which hasn't been properly filleted. Lots of bones in both fish, some quite large. Not a great meal. I'm from the East Coast so recognise cheap fish cuts.

Called in for a coffee! as in the area. Had a bowl of chips as they looked good. Ended up with the most delicious ice cream, which is made by them. Staff lovely and will definitely go back when next in the area.

We both have passed by here many times over the years while in the area, the shop appeared clean, the decor could be doing with updating, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious and arrived very quickly.

Loved it, what a great spot. Jim is a great host and the music selection is fabulous. Would come here again anytime. Jim has a great selection of drinks available and this pub is also close to the train station.

Average, overpriced. Katsu curry was basic. Not a place you would go for dinner. Would go back unless it’s was for a coffee.

Location and views are spectacular! I went for small breakfast, it was okay, a little bit burnt but ok, nothing to write home about. Prices for the standard is very disappointing.. in particular, anywhere that charges £3.50 for a 330ml can of coke should be ashamed of themselves, disappointing overall.

Food was nice but service was awful. Overcharged nearly three times the bill, told it would be refunded but not told it would take 3 to 5 days. Member of staff was just not listening.

We sat at 2 different tables to try to heat up as the door was wedged open and eventually asked if it could be shut which it was.Both tables were rocky. We ordered 2 panini one with chicken and vegetables and the other with Italian sausage.They cost £7 each and were massive so in future one between two is plenty.Not normal panini more like a pizza base doubled over or a flatbread.They tasted lovely however the chicken was ridiculously salty.We also had coffee. The staff were not particularly friendly and there was a young boy and a toddler belonging to the Italian lady running about which is not really acceptable but seemingly happens quite regularly. We did enjoy our food but the chicken should be less salty and the atmosphere better.

Terrible service, missed items from the order and told us we should come down to pick them up or wait till they 'get a chance' to send them over as they were busy. Of the items we did receive most of them were cold. Won't be wasting my time with this place again.

We both visited this Chinese takeaway while visiting the area and can honestly say we both had no complaints, the curry sauce was hot and fruity, the service we received was very quick.
