The staff were friendly, drinks reasonably priced and delish, music was banging and superb talent, great nite out. Amazing decor.

The workers wash there feet in the sink they do not wash counters they do not wear gloves when handling food they are always cheeky to members of public ive reported this shop to glasgow city council on several occasions due to there food and hygiene withing this food premise

Coffee soaked all over the food, when I called the restaurant and explained they hung up and kept doing so then just let the phone ring out

Salí a pasar un día de chicas con mi hija, entré en la caja de tinder por un chocolate caliente y un pastel. El barista arrojó una cucharada de chocolate en polvo en el vaso seguido de malvaviscos y aproximadamente 1/3 de leche tibia Luke seguido de 2/3 de crema. El chocolate no estaba revuelto, así que mi bebida estaba fría y obstruida con el chocolate en polvo que no se derretía en la leche ya que estaba demasiado fría. Llevé mi bebida de vuelta al mostrador y pedí que se calentara. Mi crema y mis malvas que pagué en ambas bebidas fueron recogidas en el contenedor y se agregó más leche tibia. Así que ahora todavía tenía una bebida fría menos mi crema y malvas. Perezoso para remover y calentar una bebida simple. La vergüenza ha estado viniendo aquí regularmente durante mucho tiempo, dio al personal la oportunidad de corregirlo y todavía no podían ser molestados.

Ordered take away from the website, they asked me to sit down and wait for 10 min when I arrived meaning that I got the food 10 min later than the time I had selected as the pick up time. They were also out of take away sauces so I had to go and pour them on my own into small containers. I asked them TWICE to give me butter for the corn. Once when I arrived and 2nd time when they packed it, and, of course, they never provided me the butter which I realised when I came back to the hotel. Never trust the order, always double check yourself before leaving the restaurant as this resulted in a huge disappointment for me.

Went for birthday drinks, got a table straight away. Service at bar was quick, a duo was playing live, were quite good, place had a party feel which made an enjoyable night. Returned for lunch, the bon bons were great and we both had fish & chips, highlight was the chippy pickles, lol...Will be back soon for another visit.

First time iv been back in there in many years, before anything else let me say the food was exactly as I remember it and was worth the visit. From the outside of the shop it's looking a bit tired, first impressions, ok maybe not a good idea to judge a book by its cover but I would probably have driven by looking at it from outside. Inside the customer area looks like a jumble sale with boxes thrown on other boxes cluttered all over and stacked high , once again adding to the "I think iv made a mistake stopping here" vibe the place gives off. The staff were nice enough, they smiled but weren't much for chatting. The food prep area looked clean and the food was ready quickly, and one again yes the food was worth it. Prices are pretty decent. I'll go back again, fingers crossed the place looks a little more organized then.

Charged me £80 for chips, cheese and donner

Tbh if we look with a pinch of salt at the service, which sometimes behaves as if it was a punishment, for this money you will not find fresher food in such portions. Breakfasts are filling and substantial (I regret that you do not serve Big Daddy / Buldiers breakfast anymore), classic fish and chips (ultimate) absolutely fantastic, always fresh, portions such that you will never leave hungry vs. the cost you incur. 100% better option than any fast food. Just remember this is not a full restaurant and not a fast food- something between.

Usually the food is amazing but... today the pizza's didn't taste the same + we were given a 10" spicy chicken pizza instead of a 16" :')
