We had full chicken and then dear to share and it was all amazing we had and some side it all so tasty;))

Food is great.. Sometimes late service and atmosphere feels crowded which is not bad.

Honestly no word to describe how awful The food was , cold,dry ,tasteless staff didn’t seem bothered in the slightest won’t be back!

I took my elderly Mum for a quick dinner at Nandos - we only had a window of about 50 minutes, but it was quite early - 5:15 pm, so I didn't think it would be too busy. We had tried to reserve a table in person (not online or over the phone) a couple of hours earlier, but we're told we couldn't. When we entered Nando's at 5:15, I asked for a table for two, and was told that there would be a 15 - 20 minute wait. This was odd, since I could clearly see more than ten free tables. However, since a twenty minute wait, followed by five minutes queuing to order our food then maybe another ten minutes waiting to be served seemed like it might not give us enough time, we just joined the queue to get our order to go. While in the queue, my Mum asked me why we couldn't be seated, since there were so many free tables, so I asked another member of staff who grumpily told me that I should ask the original staff member, so I did - I asked him why we had to wait to be seated since there were so many free tables. He told me that he had just sat 12 people and there were another 13 people in front of me. These 13 people were nowhere to be seen! I didn't really understand his point, so I gave up and we ordered take out. While my Mum and I waited for our food, we noticed that customers were joining the food queue, then being shown a table when their food was ready! We realised that the staff member who refused to seat us may have meant that there was a 15-20 minute wait for food, rather than for a table! If we'd known this, we'd have joined the queue and awaited our food and table. This is the only Nando's I've ever been to where you apparently join the queue, order your food, wait for it, THEN are shown to a table. Normally, you are seated, note your table number, then go and order your food. If you join the queue before you have a table, then you can't provide your table number with your order! By the time we realised that this particular Nando's was operating differently, it was too late, and we were receiving our food to go. So we ate outside on a bench in the car park! If you are going to operate completely differently from all other Nando's restaurants, please can you make this known to customers? It would have been nice to have been able to sit in and eat, which we would have had time to do, if only we'd known the strange set-up in this Nando's.

I placed my order of a chicken pitta and made sure the staff understood I cannot tolerate hot food, ie, containing a lot of chilli. They assured me that they would serve me the "very mild" lemon & herb sauce that contained none. My pitta arrived, accompanied by a red sauce I hadn't asked for; my partner said it was actually hotter than his order ( medium hot), and quite heavy on chilli and lime ! Plus the "onion relish" on the chicken was also hot, all this completely ignoring my original order. I refused the meal, received a correct replacement from a very courteous member of staff, but got a shock when the bill arrived because VAT was added at the end and is not included in the menu prices. I think this is deceitful and bad practice. I will never use Nando's again.

best part of the experience is that the food is Halal. You cannot go wrong with a stop to Nandos.

Literally the worst place ever! Told 20mins when we came in. Over an hour 10mins and still waiting! Dan who is the manager literally doesn’t give a damn, looks like he doesn’t even want to be here! Will never come back here again! Atleast half the tables in the restaurant are empty! The place is a joke! Queuing system doesn’t work as they are giving tables to people who just walk in! The manager “Dan” keeps on giving lame duck excuses like the grill is busy and we are getting lots of take-way orders! If that’s the case don’t take walk in’s. I usually am a regular at Nandos but never again! & definitely not to this shambles of a place.

Food was cold, I was given the wrong sauce instead of Perinaise, I ordered 4 chicken pieces and received only 2, I was picking food up for collection and the food was 30 mins late infringing on my time and taking my money for something not deserving of the required payment. It was extremely busy but the standard of service should not be falling to this level where I am a paying customer at a reliable Nando’s I have known for years

The service is unbelievable and the staff are polite (Tyrell & Lazo). They made sure we had a great time and did not make us feel rushed. Highly recommend 👌

Ordered food for collection and it was lovely, great customer service from the staff and manager and even made my food earlier to accommodate my early arrival as it wasn’t busy at this time! Definitely recommend 😊

Very rude manager , we been here week ago , our order give them wrong table and we waiting more then an hour , at last food served and later on we spoke manager regarding this issue and not give us reasonable response , he is very rude Not happy at all of this branch

4 of us were here last night. Meals were brought out one at a time with several minutes in between and one order did not arrive at all. Girl at the till said we never ordered anything else yet knew what sides had been ordered to go with the apparent non-order. No apology, no discount, no offer of a refund. Just told order would be added on and waved the card machine in our faces. Another order the chicken was rubbery and under cooked. Same girl who claimed to be the manager took the plate away, brought it back saying too much had been eaten to offer a refund and tried to put the plate back on the table. Her attitude was terrible and showed the same disinterest to the table next to us who also had an issue with food being missed off their order. If this girl genuinely is a manager I think you definitely need to work on staff training. Staff should not be shrugging their shoulders completely disinterested when it has been an error on their part and not even offer an apology. The attitude of so called managerial staff in here last night was absolutely abhorrent and we certainly won't be back

We are a large family of 5. Ordered food around £100. After waiting 45 minutes and on enquiring we were told that our food was given to the wrong table who consequently ended up eating our order! The waiter was completely unapologetic and the manager did not reimburse or compensate our order in anyway.They just made us wait until they made our order again. . Just a plain apology was given for the mistake made which they tried to make out to be our fault.

Best halal burger that i have eaten in glasgow till now. Although it was really small portion for the price

Visiting Glasgow and Not the best Nando’s I have had I must say. Atmosphere is ok but the food wasn’t great. Not the usual peri chicken. Took ages to receive the order to my table. Surprising especially it was not a busy time with literally few dinners around. Staff’s at the till very slow to respond. Not a great experience overall. Miles to improve guys. Good luck.

The food we ordered was freshly made and served hot to us. The service was great and friendly even though they were non stop busy and made sure everyone was accommodated to their needs.

If you've been to other Nandos then you know what to expect! Food was nice and service was good. The decor was a little drab but nothing to put me off coming for food. My biggest complaint was the bathrooms. The ladies loos were awful being dirty with no soap in the machines. Really puts you off in a food venue!

Food portions good, halal, didn’t wait long, took blue light discount, staff were friendly. Better than any Nando’s in Leeds.

Poor cleanliness, poor food, dry chicken and toilets were far from ok. Loads of parking but staff made you feel like you were an inconvenience.

Not had a disappointing meal here yet. Waiting times can be abit long but if you book in advance it’s not an issue. Halal

Food and service great. No issues with that. View of the river great. The reason I can't give 5 out of 5 is the disgusting state of the cubicles in the ladies bathroom. Paper everywhere and not flushed.

Nice dinner here, always an enjoyable experience. Special mention to our host Maisie who was nothing but helpful and cheerful throughout our visit. Great service guys!

Came here for the first time with my family tonight to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday! We had a lovely evening the staff were very helpful especially the manager Laszlo as he allowed us to put banners & balloon up for my daughter. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our meal was lovely, well cooked and great temperature as other stores I’ve been to my chicken has been cold. Thanks for a great night.

The concept (ordering at the table via an app) wasn't clear to us at first, but once we got over that hurdle, things went well. The burgers were juicy and very well seasoned and the side dishes were also OK. The service was friendly and quick.

Was in last week on my own at lunchtime. Waited about 30 minutes for food. When it did turn up it was cold. No knifes available had to go find waitress. Tried to cut the pitta with the knife and it wouldn't even go through so left all of rhe food as was late back from lunch as took so long and it wasnt edible. I then complained on the app as that is how I paid for meal. To get a pretty much automated response from some guy called Conor. Won't be back shame as I sometimes come in with staff from work as we work round corner!

We had never eaten at a Nando's and we quite liked it. Highly recommended for spicy lovers. It must be taken into account that it is a franchise type restaurant, although it is not comparable to the most common ones. It is self-service in terms of refills, soft drinks, cutlery, napkins and most of the sauces, of which they have quite a variety. The staff was very friendly.

Got food was cold then got wrong order 3 time lucky was warm. Been to nandos 2 times before def wont be back and will not recommend going to eny body

Ordered food for pick up the chicken was so dry and also felt like food was cooked and then reheated. To spend £40 on order to have chicken that's dry and tasting like paper. It's almost put me of Bandos completely as this is my second time in a month. I even called resturant and said this and they assured me will be cooked correctly.

I have already left feedback on Google as left without eating in edible meal. I asked for my money to be refunded and sent picture of meal I had not touched. Couldn't get anyone to help and food wasn't edible. Connor sent me a reply that was automated and didn't reply to my response. I am seriously annoyed hence why I am leaving another review as it is completely unacceptable. If I don't get a reply I will pop in person on my lunch break and speak to whoever is on shift I waited that long for the inedible food I had to rush the last time I was there.

Got a burger for takeaway however first my burger was cold and on top of that I didn’t receive my cheese in the burger which was a whole £1 extra just for a slice so to not even be given it is really frustrating. Please don’t be charging crazy amounts for such cheap products and then not even be adding it in the order.

Food was pretty poor. Service was good thank you Harris, much appreciated. Burger was freezing. Has went down hill a lot. Not the cleanest either has to clean to seat myself. System messed up my order and never put my starters in. 😒

Food was good as always. The staff weren't nice to be honest. It took the staff more than 30 minutes to give us a seat although they were plenty of empty tables. Also we were served quite late from when we ordered. I'm quite disappointed as they used to be really good. Sad

A nandos fan for sure but this did not hit the spot. The child's meal was forgotten and even after countlessly specifying our order it came out wrong. Took a long time to be rectified which resulted in cold food. Disappointing as nandos is expensive and we were excited for it and left feeling meh

i would recommend you all to buy one time Airfryer for yourself & say goodbye to Nando’s forever.you spend a fortune still you order & take the food by yourself.sauces they charge you £1 extra & they remove those from table as soon u leave the table.for chips they extra charge you which should come handy with your order like chiken platter.poor service & poor quality.if you spend £30 per person,better buy 7chickens (medium) for a week & treat yourself!😝

Het eten was oké. De temperatuur binnen in het restaurant was veel te koud. Mensen zaten met hun jas aan. Waaronder wij zelf ook. De jongen die ons naar de tafel bracht was niet te verstaan. Het was echt koud in het restaurant.

Ate here sunday 10th December and have been up since 4am with traumatic food poisoning. Totally unacceptable. Avoid like the plague.

Visited this Nando’s with some family for an early birthday meal. The meals were edible however they lacked the heat from freshly cooked food. Got the impression it had been sitting out for quite a while

I'm a big fan of nandos and have been to this one a few times. Staff are friendly and food was up to the standard that I expect from a Nandos restaurant. Good Location and decent atmosphere inside.

Literally been sat for 30mins after being taken to a table, Writing this review before I walk out and leave. Worst service I have experienced from a venue, I do not have any plans to return to this venue at all!

Very pleasant it was a standard nando's with standard nando's food and standard nando's service it was fast they were busy a great compliment to the team, but I wouldn't say oh yes let's rush to nando's . I found that the nando's pricing has significantly increased yes there is a cost of living crisis but it's put me off going back to nando's until their prices drop.

Pleasant restaurant. Tasty dishes, for people who like spicy food, this is a good place. I like them and that's why I recommend them. Nice and professional service. Prices typical of a Glasgow restaurant. It's usually not crowded until noon. However, it can be crowded there, especially in the afternoons on weekends. But this is normal for some restaurants.

Hello, our experience here extremely stressful,appalling over all a disaster stay far far away the supervisor/head of staff whatever he was was extremely rude, sassy, I’ll mannered and needs an attitude review we were missing food from our order to which is shocking

Been going to this branch with a group of friends twice or three times per month until our most recent visit where the manager was extremely cheeky and ill mannered and basically told us we weren’t welcome after this visit. Stay well clear! Disgusting way to deal with customers and I’ll be reporting this to higher authorities. Very disappointing

As busy but got a takeaway and the customer service was amazing.

Food was good, service was so quick and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Definitely felt the price increases since the last time I was there though.

Visited here 2 weeks back and loved the place and food as per their other branches. Friendly staff and no complaints for service. Washroom could have been more tidy.

Went on my lunch break with a work friend didn't need to wait long for a table ordered and received our food quickly everything was cooked perfectly

I love this Nandos! It is big and there is plenty of space between you and others. The staff are brilliant and I'm always impressed. Anything additional that we needed was provided promptly. I'll be going again!

Excellent taste and friendly service

You know I've had great meals here and terrible ones. Consistency is never a strong point of multiple franchise branches. However, the last few times I've been, I've really enjoyed it! It's probably one of the more busy branches in Scotland. Wife and kids do love it!

The food is always made to agreat standard and tastes great. I suggest you do not use the bathrooms as my partner who who pishes constantly wherever we go tells me they are always honking.

This restaurant is almost always full. We waited for 20 minutes for a table, and then another 20 minutes for food to arrive. Food was nice when it eventually arrived. I wanted to highlight that the employee (glasses and tattoos) was fantastic. He was literally verbally abused by a very hot- headed, unreasonable man, complaining that his chicken was over cooked. The employee seemed to try and help the customer, but the guy just lost his head and was shouting and swearing personal insults in front of a full restaurant.The Nando’s employee was admirable, he carried on doing his job with a smile on his face (I doubt he gets paid enough to take that). Definitely some recognition for him.

Well I went to this place twice in my recent visit to Glasgow and twice I couldn't get a table. The first one because they had a big order and they cannot accept any guests for at least an hour. The second one was because they were "full" though I see some empty spaces and the waiter asked me to wait for 45 minutes, so then I asked him if he could make a reservation after 1 hour and he said no they don't do reservations which I found really weird. I left the place immediately and never went back.

Great food, as always, went in for a take away and happy with what I ordered. It was ready very quickly too. Staff friendly

Been going here for years and years. The vast majority of the time we get our food promptly and it tastes great. However this time we were waiting for 40 minutes for our food (we usually only wait around half that time for food) and there was a mistake on our order. Unfortunately this meant the food got cold. We complained to a member of staff and they mentioned that this was because they were understaffed, so understaffed in fact that there was no manager available to assist with our complaint. That is poor service and not what I'd typically expect.

The Burger was lit, table service was a bit weird you had to sit on a waiting bench till you are assigned a table.

The fact that it's busy is a good sign. A bit annoyed about being seated after folk who arrived after us, but yer man sorted us out. At maximum, would wait 30 mins for a table, not 45. Best Nandos in Glasgow. If only Silverburn matched it's quality.

This is definitely the best nandos (chicken is halal) we have been to so far. Great food, quick service. We wanted to order chocolate cake but the till was closed so they served us a free slice. Very pleased.

An OK Nandos but I found it quite dirty. I was seated on a dirty table and moved myself to a different table but felt the need to get some napkins and clean the seat on the second table because I didn't want another person's food sticking to my tights! Food was ok though

The chicken is always dry and over cooked. Braehead Nandos is way better.

Oh what a real disappointment! Had dinner here before heading to the cinema. Tables were dirty, food strewn across the floor and no bother cleaning up. Self serve drinks station was out of order and long queues for get a soda. It didn't help that children were shouting across the tables and a toddler that was not being cared by his mother. Generally a really awful experience! Reminded me why I don't frequent this Nandi branch!

Food and staff were great, serving timing ok. Unfortunately though the state of the mens toilets was disappointing. Looked like there not cleaned very often and whats.with the silly one sheet toilet roll dispensor, not pratical at all! Oh and being based in Scotland, where's the Irn Bru? Couldn't believe they dont serve it!

The food was delicious and affordable. Apart from the food honestly the staff were very teamwork with their food and time management. Overall I’ll say excellent service.

Halal Nando’s in glasgow city centre and the manger was a nice guy who helped us to get in with my wee once when it was heavily raining 🌧️ my favourite food there is extra hot wings OMG SO YUMMY 😋 I CAN HAVE THOSE WINGS EVEN FOR BREAKFAST 😂
