An excellent experience! Abundant food, at a very affordable price, high quality and very short waiting times. In addition to a very convenient location if you are sightseeing in the cathedral area. The owners are the workers themselves, a very endearing couple. A service of 10! Highly recommended. Thank you

Had a retirement event recently, and had over 30 people in this place. The staff all looked like they could not be bothered all night and it was a chore to serve us. They called last orders at 10.30(?) and then physically forced us out at 11 on the dot with the bouncer menacingly standing over us, who was then abusive. Avoid at all costs.

Dirty and dated. The bathroom was covered in dust, and the shower full of hair and therefore didn’t drain. My duvet had a blood stain on it, visible through the bedding. When I raised this with reception and requested a replacement duvet, nothing was done about it and I was left to sleep in a bed that felt dirty as there was nobody on reception post 8pm to raise it with again. Also dubious stains on the carpet. And the TV didn’t work. The only good things I have to say about the place are that the lift was pretty cool, and the girl working on reception in the morning was nice.

I was attending an afternoon function here and meeting a lot of friends. The bar staff were really friendly and I think everyone had a good time.

My first time here and certainly won’t be the last. The restaurant itself is beautiful, full of charm as do the staff. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Hope to be back again soon!

Was in today me and one of my sons had the steak pie chips n beans absolutely superb other son had the special fish chips n mushy peas that was some size two big bits of fish n plenty of chips deffo be back well done avanti

Got the Ruby's 5 meat special kebab also got the Tandoori mix Grill and both were delicious and very fresh. This is now my No1 Indian take away I can't fault it.

The best chips, cheese, chicken doner and chilli sauce!

Good salad and sandwich options. The portions size could be quite filling though, better keep it to medium bowl for salad.
