Morrisons Cafe in Glasgow City

I could not tell if the was 3 slice of bacon as it was in bits, the option of toast or fried bread would be ideal " not so much the Ultimate Breakfast " also ordered 2 rolls sausage and scrambled eggs,the scrambled eggs on both rolls was not there, which makes twice now

Awful. Took one hour 20 minutes from ordering to leaving the cafe, then the delivery driver spent over 20 minutes driving back and forth a long the wrong road, texting me he couldn't find my house and asking me for help. Also, WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED!

Absolutely shocking got a delivery paid 42 pounds sent hardly any food 1 sausage egg and one slice of bacon put egg in my sons box when he has a egg allergy took it back to them and when confronted the man who made it went and sat in the kitchen and left it to the manager to deal with manager was nice he did tell me he was going to sit him down and talk to him never had a bad order until today but won’t be back now put me right off it

ordered the ultimate breakfast and got sent sausage bacon and mushrooms for £10.50 it was missing alot from the breakfast will no be ordering again. I think you guys could take more care and attention when making up orders as I think it's impossible for no one to notice that egg, blackpudding, beans, toast,hashbrowns are all missing fs!

Delivery was good but the breakfast was cold

Order was late. Meal was burnt and cold by the time it got here because it was so late. Also received the wrong meal (not a Scottish breakfast as no potato scone and square, I was given hash browns and links instead). One link had been cut in half making me think it’s been scraps from a roll? Toast was missing and the egg was just splatted into the box and looked vile.

Nice quick stop for breakfast and coffee, very friendly service, vegan breakfast arrived fast and was tasty, maybe a touch more seasoning. Just a self service coffee machine with regular milk but I appreciated the mini cartons of oatly oat milk for my coffee.

I never received my order, I waited over 2 hours a d update still says preparing your order. Absolute disgraceful service

Waited at checkout for 10 minutes to pay for a coffee. Coffee machine had no milk and when eventually refilled coffee was cold. First and last visit. Never again.

Got the breakfast muffins and they were cold and gluey they also had runny egg not worth the money this time

Basicbbreakfast and a coffee. Quiet but slow service. Had to ask where it was after 20 mins and it materialised instantly. Food was barely warm - probably sitting in the kitchen waiting for me to complain. This is typical in Morrisons cafes where the quality of local staff/management determine the quality of everything else. Not usually bad enough that I post a review, but Anniesland seems to be particularly shambolic.

breakfast sent all squashed 8n and smudged. half the items were missing. absolute disgrace

the quality of the breakfasts was atrocious on both breakfasts plus had items missing on both. For paying £10 per breakfast it must have been the worst breakfast that I have ever received

Food a complete mess in the box, toast burnt to a crisp, bacon and Lorne sausage undercooked eggs overdone and rubbery, absolute over priced disgrace.

Food was good but total delivery time was 67 minutes! Only to find the lemon meringue pie was missing from the order! Disappointing 🙁

Waited about 30 minutes for food that had been pre-ordered and the cafe was empty. The food was slightly warm and dried up. The had ran out of peas, enen thought there were kilo's of peas on the shelves next to the cafe. We couldn't actually eat it. Waste of money and time. The young man serving the food was courteous. How difficult is it to serve hot food?

Never gave me half my kids meals, beans where spilled everywhere, cold and soggy

Waited over an hour for a breakfast delivery All that come was my kids egg on toast no breakfast at all how they can forget to put the main part of the order in the bag beggers belief absolutely dumb idiots. Iv not got to request a refund and order something else and wait another hour its just an absolute joke order a big breakfast with kids egg on toast on the side yet all that turns up is the kids egg on toast no breakfast absolutely shocking.

Asked for cheese and ham toastie and got only cheese , never got scrambled egg got a tub of beans instead

wasn't happy with my order as was ordering breakfast for my nephew and the breakfast roll in bacon the bacon didn't looked cook

We ordered Fish and Chips, the Fish batter had basically turned into mush and we were very very disappointed, would it not be an idea to pack the Fish separately from Chips etc to save all the condensation ruining the Batter on the Fish 🤔

Butter packets in with the hot toast 🤦‍♀️ so I had oil for my toast. Also grease from the breakfast seeped through the bottom of the bag. Cold food, cold coffee.

Pros: decent coffee, sausage and bacon. Cons: toast - greasy cold disgusting, poached egg - it was not poached egg, grilled tomato- raw and hard. Atmosphere: constant beeping nearby

Great delivery service. The cheesecake is delicious and cold. Downside was when the toast I ordered was just bread, not toasted. Overall okay food quality.

This was actually late by nearly an hour as the app kept updating the anticipated delivery time. Freezing cold, all in bin but only refunded a % of cost in line with just east cold food policy!

Lovely cooked breakfast. Well packaged with beans and scrambled eggs in separate tubs which is a big plus. Good value. Fed two people. Would order again

Food was perfectly cooked and still hot on arrival. I have used this cafe a few times without any dissatisfaction. Highly recommended.

Todd was freezing! Wrong breakfasts giving there was supposed to be two links on two breakfasts and also links on the side which we paid extra for and nope only two links

2 potatoe scones missing, two sausages missing, beans missing, two leafs side salad. A joke obviously.

I have been charged twice for the same order. It was delivered and eaten, then a 2nd delivery arrived and I explained it had already been delivered, so, he took it away...ergo, I only had the 1st order delivered. There was only 1 order. I do not know why I have been charged twice.

Ordered a full vegan breakfast and it arrived with a fried egg?! Both vegan and allergic to egg so couldn’t eat it.

Vile. Disgusting. Inedible, even the dog has turned his nose up. Food arrived on time but everything was cold. I'm disabled, trying to decorate, looking after 7yr old twins and awaiting delivery of my new oven, slow cooker, microwave and air fryer so cooking is impossible at the moment. I wished I had just turned on the kettle and made a pot noodle. Chips looked good but cold. Beans in their own wee cardboard tub looked good but cold. Mushrooms cold and slimey. Tomato was just a slice, mushy, so wet that a hole was being made in the cardboard and cold. Sausages cold, overcooked and hard. Bacon cold and undercooked. Black pudding tasted like nothing I have ever had before. And that's not a compliment. Fried bread cold and so hard it could be used as a weapon. Would break your teeth. Egg overcooked, burnt on the bottom and edges. The cost of the cake for one wee sliver is outrageous. Worst plate of food I have ever been served. I will never order from here again. I don't think I have ever wasted the best part of £20 so quickly. Entire order is in the bin. I would like to hear back from the cafe.

Food was definitely reheated. Very dry. Bread was stale and hash browns were hard. Fried bread was Rock hard aswell not to mention it was all freezing Cold. Waste if £20

Terrible order the breakfast with links and hash brown but got the Scottish one with square and potatoe scone which i dont like so iv soend £15 and waited an hour for a load of food i dont like and have never ordered absolute joke

Full breakfast. Was delicious, well cooked, still hot when it arrived. Actually the best breakfast Ive had in a while.

Extra Toast and chips are missing after specified to double check at items were there and correct.. also two choc muffins instead of lemon muffins.. yeah because they are so alike.. should have just listened to what people sayed in the reviews

Cheese toastie was lovely but a little cold the sausage egg muffin was delicious chips were poor as had a lot off black bits in them most were inedible only plus was they were warm ordered 2 brownies and one millionaire crispy cake only received 2 cakes service was quick but the cost off the food was expensive for what I received first time using and will be my last sadly

Alright but food quality can vary alot, price is always good for what you get though and is usually pretty quick.

A decent breakfast for early in the morning, might be a wait time but food freshly prepared & polite staff. Bustling brightly lit atmosphere - what you expect from a supermarket eatery, no more & no less.

Breakfast were do I start.fried egg think it's been under heat lamp for a couple hours b4 i got it,and pretty sure bacon wasn't cooked,potato scone fell apart on the upside the beans were warm

A good place to "Get the weight off yourfeet". Coffee is OK and you do not have to converse at the top of your voice range ie no canned rap music being endlessly directed at defenceless eardrums. Good shopping too.

Morrisons cafe has to get an award for the best fish and chips. Never disappoints no matter which store

Morrison's cafe needs a good boot up it's rear end as the cutlery in the dispenser is filthy and the staff are dreadfull it needs a right good clean and staff need training on hygiene safety the mugs are not clean always seem short staffed

Clean but a little slow with the food orders also noticed that the process are getting higher for the same portions.

Place has went down hill. Can't poach a bloody egg without boiling it to a inch of its life or make decent porridge these days. They also always run out of essential items for what's on offer, come on guys it's a super market. Go to the aisle and grab some hollandaise sauce or fruit. Or even better do a proper stock check.
