Love this place. Astoundingly good patisserie, great coffee, warm and friendly staff. I usually just pick up cakes to take away, but I had lunch here today - the freshly made lamb shawarma wrap with hummus was delicious with well balanced flavours

Quería algo rápido después de pasar el día caminando por Glasgow. Regresamos a nuestro hotel y encontramos este Dominios. Pedido en línea y me dijeron 30 minutos. Condujimos allí y 30 minutos más tarde obtuvimos nuestra comida. Procedimientos Covid 19 implementados. La comida estaba caliente y sabrosa.

**Disappointing Experience with Room for Serious Improvement** I had high hopes for Bamboleo, but our experience left us disappointed and questioning the restaurant's standards. While the food overall was passable, the service and handling of a serious issue completely missed the mark. My partner ordered a steak, only to discover *bonus toppings* in the form of several hairs—an unappetizing surprise to say the least. The staff did apologize, but the situation was handled poorly. We expected a manager or supervisor to step in, offer a sincere apology, and discuss alternatives, but instead, the apology felt surface-level, and the resolution was limited to a casual, "Would you like another?" Unsurprisingly, my partner was put off and declined the replacement. While her meal and our drinks were removed from the bill, it was done with an air of generosity, as if they were doing us a favor. Spoiler alert: they weren’t. Adding to the frustration, the steak I ordered as medium-rare was closer to still-mooing rare. I’m all for authenticity, but there’s a difference between "medium-rare" and "still needs a vet." To top it off, the service was painfully slow. Long gaps between servings and tables that were only cleared after prompting the staff made us feel like an afterthought. Restaurants are bound to have the occasional mishap, but how those issues are handled makes all the difference. Sadly, Bamboleo failed to rise to the occasion. A more sincere apology from management, some accountability, and proactive service would have gone a long way. Until improvements are made, I can’t recommend this spot to anyone expecting professionalism and care alongside their meal.

I definitely won’t be back , returned after long break due to poor service ,to find out nothing has changed . I was waiting over 1h for the food till I decided to cancel the order and walk out ….

We come here alot while visiting family. Have always had great service from staff. The rooms are super clean along with the bathroom, and if you need anything, there are very helpful staff members around. When we were last at the inn back in July, they had started having their own breakfasts. The room was fairly small but fine. It was self-service, which was great and plenty of nice cooked food. This time round 3mths later, Oct, it had changed. No.more self-service (continental breakfast was still self-service) it was now breakfast ordered at the table. I'm not sure what happened, but it was not very nice at all. Food wasn't cooked properly and cold. Didn't say anything as we were also having breakfast the next morning, so we decided to wait as it may just have been a bad morning! Anyway, next morning, what a difference. You ordered again, what you wanted and how many of the items you wanted, the food came out, and it was lovely. Hubby, well pleased with full English, and i was happy with mine as well.. Put the 1st day down to a hick.up

Unfortunately the staff member on the phone gave the wrong times for the pre theatre menu, but kudos to the restaurant for still honouring the deal when we got there. Curries were very good and the female staff member was attentive, pleasant and humorous. Thanks for a great dining experience. Cheers.

Preferred place for an ice cream... Real ice-cream with an amazing variety of flavours!

Excellent café. Great service, friendly atmosphere and very reasonable. Best hot roll in the area by far! Will definitely be back!
