My kids love the churros, especially the loaded variety. The gelato is to die for and the ice cream cakes are amazing. The staff are very nice and the store manager in particular is a lovely woman, very accommodating and always happy to help.

There were only two items that I ordered and one of them was missing!..if this is not negligence, then I don’t know what that means!. Absolutely outrageous!

Delivery driver delivered to wrong address then when i asked him if it was loop and scoop he denied it. Lovely lady gave me it but what bothered me is that my phone number was on receipt with request to call me and directions to which house it was.

Phoned today to reserve a gelato cake to pick up after I finished work. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful and when I went to collect my order she was also the one to serve me. She quickly grabbed my order and then kindly popped it back into the freezer for me after I'd decided to order churros as well. I noticed while I waited that she happily chatted away to each of the customers she served. Sadly I didn't catch her name but she was a credit to the store! Kitchen staff were very speedy and served with a smile which was lovely to see.

The one worker girl was very nice and great friendly service from her however the male worker seemed to have some attitude with regard to serving me and my younger brothers. He looked very mad and a vein was popping out his forehead as he spoke to me. Not sure if he maybe just had a problem with me specifically but I wasn’t best pleased.

One of the best wee gems in Bearsden. We frequent this place weekly. The staff are lovely and welcoming (not to mention generous with the old scooper). Dog friendly, so bring them along on your visit as well. Flavours of gelato rotate daily, so you'll always get to try something new!

Friendly, efficient service. Bought a tub of their award winning gelato to take away - absolutely superb. Liked it so much we returned the following day!

Food was on time and arrived hot, filled churros are lovely :)

Out for a walk this evening (Friday 17th May) and looking forward to a fab Loop & Scoop icecream but service shocking with free for all at till for ordering but absolutely no recognition of customers waiting to order.

Delivered the wrong order to me

Loop and scoop ice cream are my all-time favourites and the most delicious ice cream I have ever tasted. This shop is quite small and has limited seating, but they always seem to have the flavors that are sold out at other branches.

Absolutely love this place. It’s such a nice little store and great for the warm weather, the staff are so friendly and informal. I visited the other day and the worker, I think her name was Lizzy was so helpful and really nice to me and my children. Thank you Lizzy x

Poor hand hygiene from young girl serving today. Using disinfectant spray to clean surfaces then seen scooping out ice creams without washing her hands. Pretty disgusting.

Mix up by delivery drivers so wrong order delivered. Had to go down and get it from the shop but staff very apologetic and gave a tub of ice cream as recompense. More than made up for the initial mistake so can’t mark them down really!

I ordered this pudding to satisfy my needs on a Sunday evening however, I was immensely disappointed at the levle of pure agagonce letting me order a kinder bueno sauce that didn’t arrive with the order! I was also unsatisfied with the fact that I orderd peanut butter and once it arrived there was a note saying they don’t carry anymore and gave me a caramac sauce instead my excitement plummeted down to the floor and I binned all the food in a fit of rags

Small seating area, good selection of ice cream and freshly made churros. Fast friendly service and food was great They need to clean the menus and napkin holders, more often as they are pretty yucky.

The churros didn't taste fresh, very little to none cinnamon sugar & cold. Very dissapointed.

Asked for Baked potatoe with beans and cheese beans were missing.

My ice cream was like milk and my sauces were all hard hard because the ice cream was put in beside the warm sauces and churro oyster not happy at all!!

The. Best. Churros. In. The. World. My dad visited from TX and said these were better than the ones he has over there. High Praise. I've visited Mexico and loop&scoop churros win every time. The ice cream is creamy, thick and delicious flavours. Our favourite dessert spot. Hands down. Lovely, friendly staff too.

I got a delivery and they forgot half my order. Churro bites were raw. There was a dead ant or spider inside of one of the churros. I am disgusted 👍

Delivery driver arrived before it had even stated it had left the shop but the ice cream was completely melted to the point it could have been a drink. The churros were just pure grease and rock solid as it arrived at us 35 minutes after the “quality check”

Went last night and had the loveliest experience!! The staff that were working were wonderful, I think it was Lizzy (according to the receipt so I hope it is!) and a lady in the kitchen who’s name I never caught. We ordered dipping churros and a three scoop tub, which we planned to share but we never mentioned that. We asked how long it would be and they guessed about ten mins so instead of waiting in the shop we headed to sit in the car as it was fairly busy. We came back and the food was ready so great timing, and it turns out they had put the churros on the coffee machine to keep them warm 🥺🥺 it honestly meant the whole world and it was probably a tiny gesture to them but it was very sweet and we spoke about it the whole ride home! They also gave us two spoons (and two wafers) for the ice cream 🥰 I’ve never had a bad experience here but this really made me want to come back more regularly. Thank you to both ladies who were working for your kindness, especially on a Sunday evening when I’m sure you’re very tired. Ps the ice cream flavours are phenomenal, especially the kinder (or bueno, can’t remember what it was called) it was unreal!

The food took ages to deliver however, the churros were delicious.

Our order took 45 minutes to be delivered which was excessive. The delivery time kept changing. Also we ordered two scoops of ice cream and when it arrived there was one whole scoop of mint and a tiny topping of chocolate, not a scoop at all. Not good value for £4.50! While we love the churros, we were disappointed with this order.

Churros we’re slightly cold but still delicious! Ice cream was still at a good temp and was also fab!

Visited Loop and Scoop in Bearsden this evening. Purchased a 2 scoop tub - biscoff and snickers. It was very good! My main reason for this review is to give feedback about the staff member who served us. Her name is Elspeth and she was so lovely and smiley. It literally was service with a smile. A great asset to your team 😊🍦

Fantastic Ice cream. Friendly staff

Delicious churros and ice-cream. It's our favourite go to place for a quick cheeky desserts. All the flavours are absolutely yum but two of my go to favourites are Ferrero Rocher and mint chocolate chip! Definitely give it a shot of you're around.

Went on just eat to see what was available for order. Loop and Scoop showed up so we ordered. Order didn’t appear and no phone call from restaurant to explain why we weren’t getting the order.

Ordered well before close, which was accepted, and was given delivery time of 22:20 only to have it cancelled at 22:00. Don't accept the order and make me wait for 30 minutes only to cancel. Also I'm sure they've replaced all the quality dips with cheap, chemical tasting, over-sweet alternatives. Best avoiding.

Disaster, the driver turned up and didn’t get out his car and drove away. He also must have marked on his app that he delivered it.

First of all it didn’t tell me my order had been accepted, 25mins later it says it’s on its way. By the time it got here my ice cream poured out the container and my Churros freezing and oily. What a waste of money.

absolute appalling service from loop and scoop. Our order was delivered to the wrong address we didn’t receive we could see on the map the driver was at the complete wrong street. resturant was useless when we phoned to tell them we hadn’t revived our order and what could be done. Very angry and frustration as we payed for an order we didn’t receive.

Order was late, the milkshakes had melted and the wrong churros were sent out and couldn't be eaten due to having dairy in it

My Nutella was missing from my order and I only hot 4 churros

We ordered a loop and scoop for our son as he was feeling poorly. The order was placed at 18:16pm and was eventually delivered at 19:44pm. It seemed they could not get a driver. very dissapionted.

We ordered through JustEat at 6pm for an 8.30pm delivery. It didn't arrive until 10pm!!! Granted, the food was freshly prepared for the late delivery, but surely a full refund should be due when customers have been messed around this much.

There was no chocolate dipping for the dipping churros. Aside from this, everything was great.

The ice cream was delicious, the loop was fantastic. It was a little slow to get it but worth the wait.

As with its West end sister shop it provides a delicious selection of churros and ice creams. They don't have as big a selection here as it's a smaller shop but still some tasty vegan options for me. Staff could have communicated slightly better as we weren't asked if we were sitting in or taking away and so we had to disassemble the beautiful creation for travel...much to the sadness of the employee who had carefully constructed it. However, once home and reconstructed it was yummy!!

We go at loop&scoop once a month for a wee treat with my family it’s always nice but not cheap but we enjoy but we went on Thursday with my family I don’t think we will back the size of the scoop of ice cream was very small and Churros where not tasty we very disappointed i think the size of the ice cream was small we will not be back

This is the 2nd and last time ordering from here. Both times large number of items missing from order with no way of contacting resteraunt to resolve the issue. Extremely poor experience.
