Usually quiet as it is at the end of the pier away from the main departure area. Usual choice of snacks and drinks.

Had a beautiful day at wedding at Falside Mill, venue was fantastic, food was fantastic. The day was spoiled by one member of staff clearing peoples drinks from table when they were up dancing, I stopped him from doing it twice as I knew the guests hadn't left. When I want up to the dance floor for the last dance with the rest of the table he cleared the whole table of drinks, it wasn't closing time as the bar was still serving drinks. I was going to complain at the time but didn't want to cause a scene, only disappointment of the evening!

Shop was busy and was not restocking so had a poor choice of food.. Chicken goujons were delicious it's a shame that the spicy potato wedges were NOT Spicy and very, very bland. Sandwich pizza and sausage roll were great.

First time in for a quick bite. The food was okay, I got a pie that I though would be hot but it was barely warm. I had to eat it with a spoon, there were no knives or forks. It tasted fine. The seating are was not clean. Most of the tables had evidence of the previous customer and the floor badly needed swept.

Neat, tidy, spacious mickey dees. Car park difficult to find....

Terrible service, missed items from the order and told us we should come down to pick them up or wait till they 'get a chance' to send them over as they were busy. Of the items we did receive most of them were cold. Won't be wasting my time with this place again.

Awful communication. Phone line doesn’t work. Sat outside for 3 hours waiting for food in the middle of the night. No communication skills. Had ordered the food as an alternative and had 3 drivers cancel and not tell me why. 3 children waiting for food that never came. They are not clearly 24hours are they. Disgusting.

The food is really good x and the staff are friendly x me and my kids eat here most night x we all enjoy the food ever time thank you guys

Food was not what we ordered and the beef was chewy

Got shenzeun chicken and beef chow mein with were delivered hot and tasted lovely, got a bit worried when we seen a just eat message saying delivered but it wasn't but it was just a mistake Many thanks will order again

the staff are all so generous and kind - food has massive portions!!!
