Half of calzone was empty no cheese on top nothing just dry bred disgusting

Our food is always great however the large option for all pakora is labelled as “fish and chips” and I even stated this in the notes to make sure they delivered the pakora and not fish and chips however I was given fish and chips. Just a thought to maybe double check they’ve received your note if you’re leaving one.

We had high expectations for Magic Spice Takeaway, but my experience was quite disappointing. We ordered two pizzas: one Spicy Chicken and one Chicken Pizza. The Chicken Pizza was bland and lacked seasoning. As for the Spicy Chicken Pizza, it was incredibly salty—so much so that it was inedible and a complete turn-off. The service was also lacking. The guy serving us had a noticeable attitude. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I know what customers expect, and this fell short. There were no printed menus available; instead, we were told to look up the menu on their website. When we asked for recommendations, the staff was unhelpful and simply stated that all their pizzas were good, with the Spicy Chicken being the most popular. Given how overly salty it was, this recommendation was far from satisfactory. Overall, a sad and disappointing experience. I expected better.

Food never got delivered. Phoned restaurant several times and no answer. Went to the shop to ask for the order and was told it was out for delivery nothing they can do. Shock food still never showed up 2 hours later. Avoid

Banging food. Doner meat is lovely. Food overall is 10/10 a would defo recommend .

Iv been eating out this shop for 20 years and it is still the best kebab shop ever got a chicken pizza kebab and chips it was cooked to perfection the food was roasting we scoffed the lot I highly recommend 🫶

My order didn’t turn up and when phoning spice magic they aren’t answering the phone SHOKING

The driver called me asking for my address again. Language barrier, so I sent a text message directly to the number that called confirming my address and postcode stated on the order slip. The drivers attitude was shocking because he followed the maps incorrectly BY FOOT. He called and told me he was outside. Which he was not. I waited around 7 minutes for him to walk to my address and he's shouting this is not where maps is taking me. He continued to show me his phone instead of giving me the food. Where he was showing me was the correct address and he had followed the directions incorrectly which took him somewhere else. The food was cold and sweaty and I won't be ordered again. Not the usual service from this place.

usually 5 stars snf i order from here often but idk what was going on tonight. food tasted amazing but my hoagie just had spicy chicken in it? usually expect chips and cheese as well. Very disappointed but it did taste good. Spicy potato fritters were great.

Ordered hoggie with chicken tikka, lamb kebab and donner. Came with 4 tiny pieces of lamb extremely overcooked, 4 strands of dry and horrible donner. Worst takeaway ever.

Ordered two curry’s both tasted very bland and watery very little taste to the currys which both were different types but looked exact same very disappointing and I am a regular customer

Normally order from this place as it is our local, however tonight’s food was very disappointing. Chicken on the pizza tasted old and not fresh and also the chips were stone cold as well as the nan we had in our Munchy box. Won’t be back in a hurry.

Not very happy the app told me it would of been here at 19.20pm tried to phone the shop to find out where my food was and all i got was an engaged tone spoke to the driver and he gave me cheek and told me to phone the shop when i told him tell them to put there phone back on the reciever he sped off

This is about tonight’s order that has disappeared off the just eat orders on another email . Received food tonight and was frozen , called up was told driver had problem with car , someone would call back which no one did so was left with £19 worth of cold uneatable food , can’t even raise a complaint with just eat as the order is been cancelled of app. Disgusting service and terrible food , would avoid at all cost !!

They’re beyond a joke, they’re forever missing items then when you phone you’ll be lucky to speak to anyone who wants to acknowledge you and tonight it’s taken over an hour and a half, still not received yet, even though when you track online it says delivered. No point in phoning they’re rude, make it known they can’t be bothered, a simple timeframe request is too much and they sigh constantly ! I’ve been ordering from here for about 8 years and at first they were fantastic, but no more after what’s been happening lately & especially tonight. I’ll spend my money elsewhere & hopefully you close soon as no one in the area has a good word to say about your service. This management is rubbish.

Wrong toppings on pizza when called up they where rude and hung up quality if food is bad

Asked for a large lamb shish. Got home and opened the box. Beef marinaded as lamb. Not happy.

Went in tonight shocking service attitude problem , no menus and over charged me for pizza deal 3 went onto just eat and was cheaper but he over charged me , £18 for a pizza that wasn’t cooked right and small portion of chips and 3 pakoras , won’t be back here again AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. food is disgusting aswell.

The order was delivered roughly 40 minutes after it said it was on its way with no updates on the location of the delivery driver. When requesting that I be sent a text from the restaurant regarding the status of the order, there was no response. The food was unrecognisable to the taste due to the overwhelming consistency of coconut milk.

Estimated delivery was 45 to 60 mins. Over 2 hours since placing the order and 6 phone calls to the place (each telling me it’s 5 mins away) did the food finally arrive. Poppadoms were all smashed, onion bhaji were cold. Do-Piaza : Lamb was nice but be warned it was exceptionally spicy, a lot spicier than I’ve ever had (and I like spicy food).

Every time I order I receive it still piping hot. Always get what I asked for. Despite coming a fair distance, food quality is fresh too.

Hi food good and good staff and ha4d workers only thing standards are skipping in shop glas windows need ckean front inside and need a new coat of paint everywhere ceiling as and new wooden 4 bsurrounds front dhop and at back of shop where red doors need new wooden one there plus wall switch needs a good clean etc and doors painted and glass clean as well can you look into this,thks

When it arrived, I have to be honest I was a bit sceptical... But as they say, don't judge a book by its cover. Once I tasted it, it was amazing! Especially the poor with lamb is a definite recommendation! And the price for what you get is pretty decent too 🙂 all in all, a good choice for a day when you can't be bothered to cook 👍

I can't review my food as 5m after placing the order they rang me up to say they were out of veg burgers, and they agreed to cancel the order and reimburse payment. Instead I watched the App tell me my cancelled order was 'on it's way' then 'delivered' and my card charged. No order came as it was cancelled and have contacted Just Eat and my payment issuer for full refund.

The korma pizza and fish pakora from here are amazing!

Some things are great and some things are awful. Would recommend tikka calzone and chasni. Would not recommend anything with donner.

Guy on the phone was exceptionally rude, told be to call back in 30 mins and hung up. The food was cold despite only being 5 mins from the store. You don’t ask for a takeaway to be delivered so you have to cook it yourself!

Called after the first hour, it was meant to be "another 10 minutes" Thats okay! Takeaways get busy, After the 2 hours waiting it arrived cold and chips were stale. I understand that restaurants get busy or overwhelmed with customers, but if you're too busy or in this case, you just dont care, to actually make food edible or to hygiene standards, then don't sell it. Its a shame that reviews said it was good, would have saved me going through the refund process

Best pizza I've had in a while 👌🏽

Ordered large Kebabs - got small ! No nann got half a pitta ! Asked for sauce on kebabs with 3 extra sauces , no sauce was on kebab and had to phone the place to get them to send the driver back with our missing sauces! Chicken was dry! Disgusting! So so disappointed! This is usually a good take away, will not be back! Shocking food

It’s the magic, the spice magic. Order what you fancy it’s always tasty.

Ordered the Chefs Platter of pakoras .. gave options of what sauce you wanted, I chose Korma.. order arrived without the Korma sauce and also no salad .. Called the Restaurant and was told that Korma and Salad actually arn't included and its an error on the system. I wouldnt have ordered this if i had known it wasn't coming with these items as thought.. didn't honor or call me to tell me .. didn't enjoy my food and wont be ordering again
