Friendly staff and very experienced good cheff, best vegetable pakoras i ever i had

They’re beyond a joke, they’re forever missing items then when you phone you’ll be lucky to speak to anyone who wants to acknowledge you and tonight it’s taken over an hour and a half, still not received yet, even though when you track online it says delivered. No point in phoning they’re rude, make it known they can’t be bothered, a simple timeframe request is too much and they sigh constantly ! I’ve been ordering from here for about 8 years and at first they were fantastic, but no more after what’s been happening lately & especially tonight. I’ll spend my money elsewhere & hopefully you close soon as no one in the area has a good word to say about your service. This management is rubbish.

Asked for a large lamb shish. Got home and opened the box. Beef marinaded as lamb. Not happy.

Went in tonight shocking service attitude problem , no menus and over charged me for pizza deal 3 went onto just eat and was cheaper but he over charged me , £18 for a pizza that wasn’t cooked right and small portion of chips and 3 pakoras , won’t be back here again AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. food is disgusting aswell.

Hi food good and good staff and ha4d workers only thing standards are skipping in shop glas windows need ckean front inside and need a new coat of paint everywhere ceiling as and new wooden 4 bsurrounds front dhop and at back of shop where red doors need new wooden one there plus wall switch needs a good clean etc and doors painted and glass clean as well can you look into this,thks

Some things are great and some things are awful. Would recommend tikka calzone and chasni. Would not recommend anything with donner.

Spicy lamb which you get Donner meat cut into small pieces and chicken pizza. The worse one ever.

Just got a delivery. Chips looked like they had been reheated more than a few times. Kebab was ment to be a large one but hardly any Kebab meet . The chips cheese and donner meet looked absolutely disgusting. Went straight in the bin. . The individual curry. Well that was not to good at all. . All in just waisted £25.30 . . Never again . Honestly stay clear of this takeaway it's not that good at all

This spicy chicken pizza was amazing, the nicest one I have ever had. I have recommended this to every friend and family!!! Called the shop to express my admiration for their pizza the cook who made it was very appreciative. Lovely friendly shop!

Stay away, expensive n bad customer service with bad attitude.

It wasn’t the greatest of food. I got a pizza and chicken pakora which there wasn’t any chicken in them. It came to 24 pounds which is shocking. Wont be buying from it again. Also the man who answers the phone isn’t the nicer person

Ordered 2 kebabs, one came with sauce the other as dry as a camels nose in a sand storm. Almost £20 for dry stale meat. The large kebab is the same size as the regular. Called the shop to be told you have to request salad and sauce. They couldn’t care less! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Poor attitude and poor quality of food!

I've now ordered from Spice Magic for over 3 years and it's always been excellent. My dad, who adores Indian food, visits from Fife every week for dinner and we always order from here - we wouldn't go anywhere else. We've tried loads of dishes and every time the food is outstanding, and it's so reasonably priced for the portion sizes! Highly recommend 👌

Ordered a shish kebab,large. Fantastic, didn't want the eating experience to end. Tender lamb, crispy fresh salad, tangy kebab sauce that wasnt too hot that you couldn't taste the herbs. And only £2 delivery. Always top notch food .

If you like spicy pizza, wings or tikka made in tandoor, this is one of the best places to eat. I normally drive 15 minutes to come pick up my favourite chicken tikka meal from here. Great taste.

Only criticism is there was no salt on the chips but apart from that, the pizzas were awesome. Full of toppings. Arrived on time. Happy stoner sat here right now hah

Just ordered a takeaway from here. Arrived 20 mins ago cold. so called pizzas are cold and the kebab is swimming in oil for the person on the other end of the phone to say ok I am closing the shutters. I hope you close them for good as your food and customer service is terrible please do not put your bad food onto anyone else again or your bad customer service. Do the world a favour and close.

Terrible customer service experience! I ordered and paid for a full house pizza with extra toppings and stuffed crust and received a ham and pineapple pizza,I tried calling them multiple times to let them know right away, several times the phone line was engaged and other times nobody answered the phone, finally managed to get hold of them a day later and the manager was very very rude on the phone, said I should have called last night and when I said that I had he said that it wasn't true. He couldn't do anything about it and he never even apologized for THEIR mix up. I would never ever order from here again and i will be telling others about this experience.

Did not get salad and sauce with kebab when I called advised I had to ask for salad and sauce and then hung up on me

It's the first time ever that I visit a store and I order a burger meal which does not include a drink. What kind of meal is this then? Anyway, the food just ended up in the bin as it was inedible. Also, the hygiene standards are below the basic levels in this store as noone uses gloves. Absolutely disgusting, especially during these times. In addition,staff's attitude is not the best! We won't go back of course. Keep up the "good" job guys 😂

Ordered 16 inch munch box from here tonight with 2 extra garlic mayonnaise found a hair in both garlic mayonnaise and the pakora sauce

Portion was small compared to the other local takeaways which happened that be closed tonight for sure me reason and the guy behind the counter was cheeky to most of the customers that came in. The food took ages as he was giving people who ordered after me there food first.

Late night kebab was good, pita was nicely toasted, salad was crisp, paid extra for a pakora sauce on top which was quiet minty but refreshing, I am a bit tipsy but this was a treat an 23.45 well done lads

Poor quality food and my order was missing essential items which the description stated were included. The temperature of the order was cold upon delivery having been waiting for nearly an hour. I would not recommend, save yourself the disappointment and spend your money elsewhere.

Do Not Use this takeaway. Absolutely terrible service and when speaking to the guy on the phone we could hear his staff swearing at us. False advertisement on their just eat page was our fault, so many better Indian takeaways to choose from.

Ordered a masala curry and it was sweet like desert, i phoned them to ask what curry was that in case they sent the wrong order, they were very rude on the phone and said to read the menu again. NEVER BUYING AGAIN

+ Food got delivered fast enough. + Nice naan + Nice chips + Nice sauces - Few items in the 16" munchy box - Chicken wings, chicken/veggie/mushroom pakoras were deep fried more than expected. They turned dry and hard to chew. - Disgusting onion rings. Unchewable mushroom pakoras Got very disappointed with the munchy box. The 16" option had 3 pieces of chicken wings, 5 pieces of chicken pakora, 5 pieces of veggie pakora, 4 pieces of mushroom pakora, 5 pieces of supposedly onion pakora, chips and a massive naan bread. The chips, naan and sauces were good. The rest things i've described felt like they had been fried multiple times to the point of being dry and very hard to chew. The most disgusting were the mushroom and onion rings. They felt like cardboard. Definitely wasted my money on this order. Also when i placed the order i've requested politely to replace the mushroom and onion pakoras with more veggie and chicken pakoras but it got ignored. Unfortunately i won't order from here again.

Spice magic? More like spice tragic? Ordered 2 kebabs from here, and asked for one with no sauce. They both came swimming in sauce. The nan bread and salad were covered in sauce and soggy. The kebabs had very little meat and the containers were covered in sauce. They also did not provide the garlic sauce that we had ordered and paid for. Phoned them to try and explain this, very very poor customer service. Told we were not getting a replacement order because they claimed there was nothing wrong with the order. They then proceeded to swear on the phone before hanging up. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN.

On my recent visit to Spice Magic, I was given the usual friendly welcome and did`nt have to wait to long for my order...the Kormas are great in here too.

Good fast delivery food not so good sauce watered down with to much oil the star is for the delivery.

The chips were disgusting, the doner meat looked like the bad side of harvey two face. Finally the chips and curry sauce was so thick it is still sitting with a fork sticking out of it after 5 hours!1/10 would not frequent this establishment again.
