Very good customer service, they go out of their way to get you the right order. Delivery is also very fast. Good food, would order here again.

Very dry…. just not for my family

We order from here regularly but tonight the food was well below standard. The Donner meat was dry and hard, the pitta bread tasted stale. The chips were cold. The curry was ok but blander than usual and we asked for white boiled rice and received pilau. The naan was also hard. Chicken chaat and pakora was ok. Disappointing order.

Nice enough place - staff friendly, although the boy behind the counter looked about 12. Pizza I ordered was fine, no complaints there - plenty cheese and good base. Also ordered a chicken shawarma pitta - got one pitta bread and 4x cold pieces of chicken. No sauce or salad. Felt a bit hard done by the pitta but pizza was fine

Dirty needs a good scrub food cold and only fit for a bin

The first thing I did was pick up an onion ring. It was seriously microwaved. So hard I couldn't bite through it !! The salad was ok, the chips were ok. The Donner meat was cold. The pakora was way overcooked; refried I think one time too many. Nearly damaged my tooth on the onion ring .. it's an absolute joke they even sent out this food. I would NEVER order from this restaurant again. 3/4 of the food is left .. and my dog ate most of the Donner meat. I do NOT recommend this takeaway to anybody

Items were missing on purpose. The menu states that all burgers come with chips, which was untrue.

Pizza was good but the munchie box was really poor onion rings rock solid uneatable same thing chicken pakora! The pita bread was rock solid also must be constant reheating! Overall not happy for price paid as that all went straight in the bin not what expect when u order food!!

Used them regularly with no issues, then the one time something went wrong, they gave me extra stuff free which more than made up for the mixup.

Food was so bad last time. I ordered a Bollywood platter and chicken burger. The meat was lightly cooked and so horrible. Even though chicken burger was a without any sauce and salad. I just ate a meat and I don’t like that after that I bin all the order.

wasn't that great it was quite watered down to my suprise very 'watery' was more of a spiced lamb coriander soup than a creamy thick korma redeemed by plenty of lamb meat of decent ok quality so 5/10! could of been better thickness, In hindsight the cheese nan was nicer 8/10! delivery time was ok

was called at 17.19 to confirm address and was told be half hour to 40 minutes. it has just turned up after driver had gone to wrong adress . chips are like concrete . not happy at all

Ordered a veg samosa and got mince, wasn’t till I walked home and ate that I realised. Weren’t fresh, little triangle one from the shops. Staff don’t wear gloves and was concerned about contamination while watching. Won’t be back

Ordered two pizzes as I've ordered pizza and kebabs from here before and they were really good but this time around the pizzas were really disgusting! Kids wouldn't eat there's so the whole lot went in the bin which is surprising as they've liked it before . Then I tried ours and no wonder they never liked it , the pizza base just flopped and was soggy, the chicken was really chewy and just disgusting so 2 pizzas went in the bin abd the delivery driver was so rude!! I'll never order from here again after that experience

Did not deliver what was advertised and ordered. When i called to query staff were very rude and hung up on me when i asked why?

Wouldn’t order from here!! Phoned up an hour later and he said it’s out for delivery be there in 15. Half an hour goes by I phone again and the cheek I got from the owner was absolutely disgraceful! Told him to phone the delivery driver not to deliver as now after 9pm. The delivery driver arrives at 10 past 9 when I ordered at 7.20!!!! Absolute joke

Fantastic food - arrived super quick and piping hot! Chicken pakora was excellent, the best we’ve had!! And the pizza was delicious. Even the chips were great! 10/10 - delighted!

First and last time I’ll ever order. Got a nasty surprise in my curry. It was either a shard of glass or a really hard plastic foreign body. I contacted JUSTEAT 4 days ago as it should be reported to the FSA. Nothing happening. I’d post pics but don’t have the opportunity. Was waiting on an explanation before posting this review but haven’t got one!

I ordered from this restaurant as there weren’t very many Indian restaurants open. I ordered through Just eat. The food was substantial and tasty until I came across a foreign object in my curry! Im unsure if it was a shard of glass or a really hard plastic, neither of which I would liked to have swallowed! I complained to Just Eat 4 days ago and still waiting. The FSA should absolutely be involved!

great donor kebab, other places don't serve it properly, but you did it just right with the salad and sauce on top. other places miss out the salad or miss our the sauce. I now where to go in future. thanks

When order arrived pizza was missing, phoned shop who phoned driver and pizza arrived about 10 mins later. Tandoori king prawn that was ordered arrived with no rice, just 7 king prawns on to of a tub full of onions, at £14 I think this was ridiculous, i have a photographof the prawn dish. We have been using this shop for many years and recently noticed with the curries the meat, prawns etc, seems to get less and less, we used to be able to make a meal last 2 nights. So will not be using them again

We ordered king prawn in our set meals which states on the menu is an extra charge however this is not added to the bill on the just eat app, we didn't realise this and assumed we'd been charged but the restaurant called us after completing our order to ask us for the extra payment which we paid in cash to the driver! There is clearly an issue with the restaurant menu on the just eat app, this needs addressed quickly because it will put me off ordering again! Other than the issue above, delivery was quick and the food was really good. We really enjoyed our meal.

Worst food quality. We have ordered Tandoori chicken and it was so dry , hard , full of red colour and no taste. It's looks like dip fried chicken in oil . Taste so bad . With chicken they give one portion rice , it was good and they gave curry , it was so so and the salad only cabbage and lettuce rarely you can see cucumber. Food was so bad .

Mixed chicken and lamb doner kebab with garlic sauce. I asked for Jalapeños and the guy garnished with a little Lettuce and tomato on top. Best takeaway kebab ive had 👌£5.50 for a small yet generous portion. Will be back.

First time i tried this place because of the reviews however the food was really awful. The curry’s we bought tasted off, pakora batter was inedible and the chicken had an awful after taste. Rice was also hard. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to this time. Ordered a munchie box that was just superb. Most generous I've ever seen, and quality was perfect too. ON top of everything else it was delivered in lightning time. Thank you Bollywood Spice!

Sterling kebab, as always. Read the notes and gave me pitta and extra salad instead of naan bread. And split the pitta as a base. Nice touch!

I ordered a munchie box never had one before lots of food I had a bit of every thing but I just wasn't happy with it the donna meat the foxes got that everything else went in the bin there was so much wrong with it I will not get it again

I love the kebabs from here but this is the last time I order a curry. Butter masala chicken had the same watery tomato sauce that came with the biryani. Disappointing.
