Very friendly owner, great service and delicious (fresh) home baking. It’s the kind of place you can go by yourself but wouldn’t feel alone…….thanks for all the effort you put in to running a clean welcoming place to visit. Kenny and I thoroughly enjoyed our (carry out) sandwich and cakes yesterday …….thanks again!

Café is very dog friendly and the food was amazing. It was a cold winter’s day when we visited and the Café was so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend the French Toast, with bacon (for meat eaters like me) and the home made shortbread was one of the best I’ve had; it was a chunk rather that a small slice. We would highly recommend this café as well as a visit to Linlithgow.

We buy coffee and cakes from this cafe every week. The service is quick and efficient. Coffee is excellent.

Ist time eating at the Commercial for Lunch but it won't be the last. Great tasting food and excellent friendly service. Lovely wee place, would highly recommend

We visit Greggs at least three times a week. Coffee and the sausage rolls are so good. Service is always with a smile. Pity they don’t have a tip box.

Lovely place, run by a lovely very knowledgeable lady and her team. Bench style seating meaning you can meet new people while enjoying superb wine along with a tasty cheese board

Had come highly recommended by friends but was a little disappointing, some of us ordered soup with bread and the rest of us ordered soup with half sandwich, seemed expensive for what we had when paid bill including the teas and coffees and the cake from display. A shame wasn't a bit cheaper as otherwise would consider going back when next up. The only small thing is it was quite cold and noticed quite a number of people still wearing their coats in the cafe.

Sister placed an order at 5.24pm tonight for delivery. Order received after numerous phone calls at after 8.15pm, seriously not good enough. Food is always delicious, have no complaints whatsoever but the delivery service is shockingly bad. By the time the delivery came we were past hungry for it and angry about the time it took to deliver. We did receive popadoms and spiced onions and also a £20 gift voucher, but to be honest we would have preferred to have our food delivered at a reasonable time after order. Would not recommend delivery service outwith the Linlithgow area. Seriously Ashmaan get it sorted. Maybe your app needs some work and updates.

After arriving at the coffee shop at 3.30, told that they were closing in half an hour, and if we wanted to sit outside, the tables and chairs would be removed soon, so they could only do take away. That was ok, we only wanted three coffees. Sorry we came in when we did, in hindsight we maybe should have gone to one of the many other coffee shops in Linlithgow, and spent our money there - and sorry for asking how to pronounce the word Neuk.

This has been a lovely little coffee shop to visit. I certainly would recommend them try the chocolate cake :) yummy. Best coffee I had in while.

lovely little cafe serving really nice food and coffees . staff were rushed of there feet but nothing was to much trouble . clean warm envirement and the scones are to be recommended . we often pop in as its a wee gem

Not somewhere I would go now, when Davide owner this place it was amazing. Since it was taken over and changed to Nero I have not really bothered with it. Owner and chef very nice but Gabrielle the waiter is a bit hands on with the other staff and diners for my taste.

Great service lovely cakes and friendly staff. Big thanks to people who made cakes and to all staff we will definitely be back to try some more food.

What a great wee find whilst visiting Linlithgow. Dog friendly cafe with a lovely menu that has a fab selection. Our food was absolutely brilliant!
