FITS from Italy to Scotland in West Lothian

Not somewhere I would go now, when Davide owner this place it was amazing. Since it was taken over and changed to Nero I have not really bothered with it. Owner and chef very nice but Gabrielle the waiter is a bit hands on with the other staff and diners for my taste.

Arrived at 1835. Ordered drinks at 1840. After 15 minutes had to ask the waiter to serve my beer that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. Ordered food at circa 1845. Food was served at 1925. There were 12 people in the restaurant. Organisation was sadly lacking and there was nobody in control. Screaming out for a manager. My party enjoyed their food. My 8" pizza was average. Must try harder!

The service is very friendly and the food is freshly cooked with an authentic Italian taste. The portions however are minuscule and the variety on the menu is not huge. The decor is a little bit basic. If these aspects are improved this can easily become a five star restaurant.

We nipped in to Fits for a quick coffee and snack. Service was very pleasant. Macchiato was excellent as was the cheese and onion toast. The black pudding roll was served in a lovely ciabatta bun. Casual atmosphere in the morning. We could tell there were many regulars around. Can’t wait to return and try the pizza. Pleasantly surprised and highly recommended.

Really the best food is a fry up, I'm so disappointed, you should be making the name for yourself, why not some homemade lasagna from scratch, good pasta at a good price, then the big man can help ye

Visited tonight for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. Excellent service and great value for money. Authentic Italian pizza has eventually reached Linlithgow. I have previously visited there sister restaurant in Airdrie called Puro and it was so good to see they have matched the quality. Definitely worth a visit I will definitely be back. Pasta superb too.

Nice place. Great food. Generous potions. Delicious. Good ambiance. Great value. Went there with my hiking buddy. He had a pizza and beer. I had the pizza burger. Both were excellent and are highly recommended. Management presence was evident and spot on. Nothing not to love.

Pitstop on the way back to Edinburgh from Blair Drummond Safari Park & needed to feed ourselves plus a 10-year old with Gluten-Free diet who likes Italian food. Happy to report that GF was no problem for the pepperoni pizza which went down a storm, as did the Lucca ice-cream based milkshake. We enjoyed the aubergine penne and the gnocchi, the latter the recommendation of the helpful (Italian) waitstaff. Good value + tasty = full marks Apparently it will be changing its name to suit its new owner. I hope I can find it again ...

Fits have had a change of ownership in recent months. They have made a few new alterations to the restaurant for the better and it has a nice clean fresh look. They have retained the waiting staff which is good as they are excellent at their work. It is difficult to compare the food with the previous chef but it is hard to beat David’s cooking . It is good to see the specials board appearing again and I look forward to new ideas.

The pizza here is lovely, the dough seems very fresh and there's plenty of quality toppings to chose from. Great value for a great pizza compared to other nearby pizza takeaways! Staff are more than happy to accommodate any customisation to your pizza, would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back! They also offer a vegan pizza which is great, its made with vegan cheese, its delicious.

Visited here on the 13th February and had to wait for a table !! Well worth the wait with everything cooked to perfection . Real value for money at under £50 with very friendly staff , we will be back ( husband ,wife and 3 girls ) .

My husband and I have eaten here on a few occasions now and have never been disappointed. This is more of a trattoria than a ristorante, fairly informal and serves mainly pizzas and pastas although I have to say their filled rolls, during the morning, made to order using their own pizza dough are a delight. Good food and pleasant staff make for a most enjoyable experience.

We've had food from FITS quite a few times now - it's always delicious and the staff are so friendly! My favourite is the cajun chicken pizza. Definitely our first choice for takeaway food.
