The Cosy Tearoom in West Lothian

A really nice place to go for lunch. Very good choice of soups and sandwiches. The butternut and courgette soup was lovely 😊 and the choice of home made cakes were amazing. Will definitely be back as we all loved it.

An excellent and atmospheric little cafe/restaurant. Fantastic cakes, one is never enough! A must visit if you come to Linlithgow or live nearby.

Friendly staff, food was amazing and homebaking selection was outstanding. Highly recommended! Pesto chicken sandwich sandwich was lovely.

Been twice now snd cannot fault the food staff and the cakes and scones are our if this world. Home made soup with a shared BLT followed by raspberry and pomegranate sponge with fresh cream. We also tried a fruit scone and never tasted anything so light. All home made on the premises, the staff are lovely and so welcoming. Our new favourite place when visiting Linlithgow. Well done ladies. ❤️

This is the most beautiful little cafe I’ve ever been in, and the decor is lovely. The owner was so friendly and welcoming as was the young staff member. Will definitely be back soon!

WHAT a find yesterday!! Anyone in and around the West Lothian area.....if you're looking for a wee place for a cuppa, breakfast or a quick lunch ....I've got just the place for you!! Beautifully quaint, fabulous coffee, delicious food and what HAS to be THE LIGHTEST cake I've had EVER (and it was Gluten Free); all served with a smile......look no further than The Cosy Tea Room Linlithgow on the High Street. I collected a Good to Go bag and everything was lovely. Soup & roll, raspberry and white chocolate scone particularly nice, lemon scone and tray bakes. Very good value and everything fresh.

Looked in the window as there was a fabulous variety of home baking by Sheena the owner! Went inside and had the home made leek and potato soup , served with sour dough bread £4.50 ! Great portion size too ! Didn’t end up with the lemon meringue rocky road as I was full up , but will defo go back .

Everything homemade , fresh and tasty , spotlessly clean.A hidden gem . Staff warm , friendly , and welcoming . Everything delicious and well presented on vintage China .Love it !

Lovely lunch experience; had ham, cheese, pickle toastie, yum; tasty smoked bacon bap, lemony fruit scone (delicious flavours) cream tea, washed down with pot of tea, served in pretty traditional china cups and saucers. Don't miss out on this experience 😋😋😋

Despite living locally this was our first visit - and it did not disappoint. 5 star experience. Such a pleasant, clean space despite its compact size. So tastefully decorated. Our light lunch of toastie, followed by coffee and sweet treat was delicious. Looking forward to our next visit!

What a wonderful and truly delightful little tearoom. Olde worlde feeling and as in the shop name...cosy. Tea and coffee in traditional china crockery and teapot. As for the variety of home baking....amazing especially when it comes out of the oven.

Everything homemade and freshly prepared it’s hard to decide what delicious goodie to have with your coffee. Well that’s not totally true, it’s the chocolate caramel shortcake every time! Soup and toastie always a great snack for lunch.
